Don't need to spin anything. I know what this company has and the hurdles they have overcome to get to the current point. This storm may delay things a week or two - no need to panic and sell at these low bids. Buying opportunity right in front of everyone's eyes for those smart enough to see it!
This weather event will give us the knowledge on how high to build the Green Cyberfuels terminal. Those selling are Panic selling - not sure why - construction hasn't even started yet?? Everyone who sells on emotion always gets burned. We are setting up to start construction with the education of a lifetime this week. Motiva and Chevron will be shut down and we will learn from their mistakes built in the 70's! Make no mistake - Tampa needs our fuel terminal and the buildout will move forward with 2024 Technology!
https://truckingtower.com/
Averaging 23% better fuel millage with Reduce Particulate matter & Emissions for added truck fleet savings. Fleets are testing the additive and are realizing the benefits! No one Guarantees 10% better fuel millage - that is unheard of in the industry!
The last 5 years of ECSL Returns have not been bad (+169% return) - But the next 5 years will blow the below #'s off the Charts!
Hydrogen and Green Methanol are game changers in the fuel industry! If your one on the informed who is reading this post and own stock in this company - be Thankful. This company will lead the change in Combustion engine fuel technology that everyone will want - Globally!
There will be no need to spend 1 Trillion taxpayer dollars per year to change current infrastructure - The Tampa Terminal will just be the beginning.
2024 YTD Return ECSL +36.92%
1-Year Return ECSL +17.11%
3-Year Return ECSL +11.25%
5-Year Return ECSL +169.78%
Fellow Longs - can’t stress enough to ignore the negative rhetoric. Mabanaft is the real deal and perfect partner for us at the Tampa terminal. Shorts, flipping, and all the negative rhetoric will not change the fact that we are headed into an immense storage facility which honestly, we cannot even satisfy the huge storage demand of the area. This is the first terminal of this size built since the 70’s. The population of the area has quadrupled since that time with not much added storage in the area. Hydrogen production is the future. Once this terminal gets started, believe me - the news media will be all over it and you will wish you could by the stock at todays price.
Its coming UM - I see your still Bearish - Can lead a horse to water - you know the rest!
This stock is anything but Bearish - do some research!!!
The Land deal is just the beginning folks! Don't know who the Einstein was that sold 100k at .73 cents a share after it reached .90 - maybe a friend of UM - but many of my friends want to thank you!
I'm looking forward to the Future of this company - Green Hydrogen Terminal in Tampa,Fl. with a Population of 3 million who maybe 100 know about this right now.
Florida has a Population of 23 Million of which maybe 300 people know about this right now.
I think the media will tap into this, Green Hydrogen will peak the interest of many! Just remember - todays trading is mostly investors who have been in this for a while. When 5 million plus become aware of what's being built in their backyard over the next few weeks - I think the stock price will react Bullishly!
JMHO
Are you for Real Pennyking? You are downright hilarious in your accusations. Since when does a boiler room do a 1 year study with a Police Dept running on their methanol fuel and document it. There are many on this board that have tried the fuel in their own cars and are aware of the Police Dept. trial. This company is the real deal!
That's like saying what's the big deal going on in Steve Job's Garage years ago. It's not the Land - it's what's going to happen on the land once we close on it! As Paul Harvey used to say "And Now - the rest of the story!"
Ignore the rhetoric and distractions. Closing paperwork is in the process of being generated. This is a very complicated deal and when completed - everyone will understand why it took so long to coordinate. Many have been here a long time and are beyond frustrated. Point taken, but in this case - your patience will pay off generously as you will witness in the coming weeks. The closing of the land deal is just the beginning of what will become a global footprint of the most Environmentally friendly fuels ever brought to market!
It seems there are many still in the Dark at understanding what Green Hydrogen & Green Methanol actually are in the making of Carbon Reduced fuel for Combustion engines. Stay tuned - your about to get educated in the coming months! There are many College Universities currently researching this Chemistry, but last I checked - none of them are under Contract to build the First Alternative Powered Fuel Terminal with Super Tanker Access in America!
If you walk up to 90% of Americans and ask them what they preferred - A Reduced Emission Green Fuel they could put into their present car or an Electric vehicle with double the price tag and no infrastructure to charge it - I think we are all smart enough to conclude the answer.
If you are reading this post - Congratulations , you have the upper hand on millions of investors who honestly are unaware of this technology. That will all change in the coming months!
Green Hydrogen is important to the growth and vision of CyberFuels’ plans of providing sustainable zero GHG emissions eFuels. An added feature of the new patented process for production of hydrogen is that it uses municipal solid waste and a process similar to fast pyrolysis which produces Green Hydrogen at a substantially lower cost than traditional methods of production. Today, 96% of Hydrogen comes from Steam Methane Reformation and 4% from electrolysis. Both methods are very expensive. Having the Hydrogen hub at the CyberFuels Terminal will allow the company to have back up hydrogen power for the terminal’s energy needs, which will also include utilizing solar power as a power source. As part of the relationship, hydrogen will be sold at a very attractive price to be used as fuel. Next, Green Hydrogen is also an important component of Green Methanol, which is an important component of our eFuels solution for combustion engines of today. Mr. Lawrence further added, “CyberFuels has been developing its Green eFuels for 8 years, and the proprietary additive makes Green Methanol eFuels not only an important tool in the effort to decarbonize transportation, but also a timely alternative to help reduce fuel prices while at the same time helping to improve the environment.”
CyberFuels Green Methanol will be focused on individual transportation modalities. Green Hydrogen is focused on heavy transportation such as buses, transport trucks, trains, ships, and planes.
When a 90% reduced CO2 emission drop in fuel hits the market - you can say goodbye to $60,000 -$90,000 EV's that need $20,000 new batteries every 10 years! Not to mention the lithium mining that is currently destroying the Earth's Rain Forests! Talk about robbing Peter to pay Paul - and we haven't even talked about rolling blackouts to meet todays electrical demands.
CyberFuels Focus is on Green Energy, Sustainable efuels. Renewable methanol as an efuel reduces carbon emissions by 65-95 %. Currently CyberFuels GEM fuels reduce emissions between 8% and 22%. This is a bridge to the future. The company’s goal is to reach a 95% reduction in CO2 GHG by using a sustainable efuel made from renewable feedstock resulting in biomethanol. Through the electrofuel process, CyberFuels synthetic gas can be turned into a drop-in fuel for gasoline, diesel and jet fuel which will obtain the sought after 65-95% reduction in GHG.
Can't wait to see America's reaction to news of a 80%-95% reduced emission biofuel and the first Green Storage Terminal ever built in Florida of all places! Both parties agreed to 1 week extension with no financial compensation - that tells me we are good to go!
https://www.rainforest-rescue.org/petitions/1182/electric-vehicles-are-stealth-rainforest-killers
As more people are educated that Electric Vehicles are not the answer, our fuels are really going to take a grip. Low emission methanol and biofuels is the answer.
Not that it matters because of the amount of water used to make ethanol,
but unsubsidized methanol is cheaper than Gov't (Taxpayer) Subsidized Ethanol !!!
Spot price 5/17/22
Name Price Unit
Ethanol 2.16 USD per Gallon
Heating Oil 102.23 USD per 100 Liter
RBOB Gasoline 4.02 USD per Gallon
Methanol 1.92 USD per Gallon
Add that ECSL has a 60-95% GHG reduced Bio-methanol fuel.
Huge events on the horizon!
https://www.eastvalleytribune.com/news/plummeting-lake-levels-threaten-mesa-s-water-supply/article_fc41f632-d32c-11ec-ae30-a7acc2ed74fa.html
Food for thought:
Ethanol - 1000 gallons of water to make 1 gallon of ethanol
Methanol 1 gal of water to make 1 gallon of Methanol
Every gas station now carry's 10% ethanol blend.
10% or 1/10th a gallon of Ethanol takes 100 gallons of water to make.
So if you fill your car up with 20 gallons - it took 2000 gallons of water to make the ethanol to fill up your car.
Methanol additive - would use 20 gallons of water for the same fill-up!
Wayne Gretsky - "The Great One" - a sports reporter once asked Wayne why he was so much better than all the other Hockey players?
His Answer: "I never skated towards the puck - I always skated to where the puck was going to be!
When the Terminal closes - everyone will see where the Puck is going to be!
Amigo - when the average American citizen realizes it takes 1000 gallons of water to make 1 gallon of Ethanol - they will realize what fools our politicians are. Ethanol is not a green fuel additive to expand the gas supply period! Methanol takes 1 gallon of water to make. Ethanol has 2 carbon atoms in its chemistry and Methanol has 1 carbon atom - that's why Methanol combusts with less CO2 emissions. When the facts are understood by investors of this fuel additive and its benefits - that's when the fun will begin! The terminal deal will close soon and one article in the Wall Street Journal that educates consumers is all its gonna take. We are running completely under the radar right now. Timing couldn't be better.
Things are about to get real exciting as they get the first domino to fall by closing the terminal deal. Its all about extending Gasoline Supplies Globally and reducing CO2 emissions at the same time. If you own this stock or are thinking about buying it - do yourself a favor and educate yourself at the link below:
https://www.methanol.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Blending-Handling-Bulletin-Final.pdf
Methanol has many fuel properties that make it cleaner burning in gasoline engines. Besides containing oxygen for cleaner
fuel combustion, the methanol also has a high blending octane for smoother burning, a lower boiling temperature for better
fuel vapourisation in cold engine operation, the highest hydrogen to carbon ratio for lower carbon intensity fuel, and no
sulphur contamination which can poison the vehicle’s catalytic converter. These unique blending properties allow oil refiners
or gasoline blenders to produce cleaner burning gasoline that reduces vehicle emissions that are precursors to ozone and
particulate matter (PM) in the ground level atmosphere. Blending high octane methanol also replaces aromatic compounds
normally used for increasing octane in gasoline, but which also contribute to toxic emissions in the vehicle’s exhaust. In
addition, blending methanol also allows the oil refiners to expand gasoline production, upgrade regular gasoline production
to higher premium grade gasoline, and meet new environmental specifications as well as minimise the capital investments in
the oil refineries to achieve these goals.
For the oil refining industry, using methanol gasoline blends is one of the lowest cost means to expand gasoline supplies
to quickly meet the growing gasoline demand and new environmental regulation, and thereby delay capital investment in
refinery processing capacity. For the developing economies around the globe, the blending of methanol in gasoline is one of
the quickest and lowest cost means for both displacing costly petroleum energy consumed in the existing vehicle fleet on the
road, and also reducing vehicle emissions that lead to air pollution such as ozone, carbon monoxide (CO), air toxics and PM
President Biden has issued an emergency proclamation to add 5% more Ethanol to gas supply to lower gas prices by 10 Cents a gallon. He does realize that E-15 Ethanol blend lowers gas millage - so the net gain to the consumer is nothing??
If only there were an additive we could add to gasoline and improve or keep gas millage the same that would lower the cost of gasoline. Maybe that additive would even lower CO2 emissions. I would invest in a company like that!!
Those who doubt the road ECSL is headed down need to read this Study done by MIT:
MIT study on a Natural Gas Derived Future for Energy
https://energy.mit.edu/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/MITEI-The-Future-of-Natural-Gas.pdf
Energy density, ease of use, and infrastructure
considerations make liquid fuels that are stable
at room temperature a compelling choice in the
Transportation sector. The chemical conversion
of natural gas to liquid fuels could provide an
attractive alternative to CNG. Several pathways
are possible, with different options yielding
different outcomes in terms of total system CO2
emissions and cost. Conversion of natural gas
to methanol, as widely practiced in the chemicals industry, could provide a cost-effective route to manufacturing an alternative, or
supplement to gasoline. Gasoline
engines can be modified to run on methanol
at modest cost.

The U.S. government should consider
revision to its policies related to CNG
vehicles, including how aftermarket CNG
conversions are certified, with a view to
reducing up-front costs and facilitating
bi-fuel CNG-gasoline capacity.
The U.S. government should implement an
open fuel standard that requires automobile
manufacturers to provide tri-flex fuel
(gasoline, ethanol, and methanol) operation
in light-duty vehicles. Support for methanol
fueling infrastructure should also be
considered.
No worries LTA - those foolish enough to let their shares go obviously don't understand Chemistry and what this company is all about. A paradigm shift in combustible fuel is about to start. Lower Price, Lower Emissions, Higher Octane, Higher MPG and no more dependence on foreign oil! A win, win, win for consumers and the environment!
Ironic thing is everyone is for saving Mother Earth from Global Warming until it costs their own pocket books more. We clearly see that in the political polls! How about helping to save Mother Earth and charge the consumers less per gallon - that is what this company is all about!
The higher amount of Methanol that is mixed with RBOB - the lower the Price per Gallon at the pump! The CO2 emissions also are lower. America's energy dependence on foreign oil is lower. Wait until this gets out to the general Public in a big way! It's coming folks!

Definitely sympathize with many on this board, however don’t take your eye off the prize! I have been down to the site multiple times at Port of Tampa. There is very little fuel storage in this area and the demand has doubled there in the last 5 years. This is a very complicated deal due to the very nature of the business. One thing is fact, they do not grant extensions unless due diligence to the seller proves the buyer has the ability to close in said timeframe, so if an extension was granted - that is a very positive sign. Yes, it’s frustrating to see multiple extensions - which we are not privy to the reasons why. The reasons why I’m sure have everything to do with the future success of our company of which Ron and John have the shareholders best interests at the forefront. Those of us who are more mature in age remember a guy named Paul Harvey who used to say “ And now - the rest of the Story!” IMO - we are all about to find out - the rest of the story in the coming weeks. One thing is for sure - All the business entities involved in this deal have one objective- to close it!
I agree Amigo Mike - the fuel terminal will yield them significant profit & revenue - just storing and distributing fuel! The stock will have substantial value just with the closing of the fuel terminal. That will be the launching pad to get their Ecoflex GEM fuels to market.
This is the potential those selling don't realize. The Tampa I-75 - I-4 corridor is the fastest growing area in the US right now! The storage demand for fuel and chemicals in this area is very limited and is growing daily.
Waiting is frustrating , extensions are frustrating - but extensions are only granted when both parties feel a closing is in the future. The complexity of closing this type of deal is enormous and Management has made great strides towards completion. The return on investment will have been well worth the wait when this closes!
Electric cars are way in the future - Our market will be well over 1 billion cars 20 years from now. The electric car Hype is counting on there will not be a reduced CO2 emission combustible fuel in the future!
Elon Musk broke it down:
There are around two billion cars and trucks in use in the world.
Annual production capacity is around 100 million vehicles per year.
Cars and trucks last around 20 years before they go to the junkyard.
Electric vehicles are “still well under one percent” of the global fleet.
That means it will likely take 30 to 40 years before Tesla doesn’t have to do any more mining for batteries, or 2050 to 2060.
Just imagine if a company brought a reduced CO2 emission combustible fuel to the market!
Buying opportunity - plain & simple!
Uncle Monkey - Take a snap shot of the price today. In a few short weeks you will realize that you missed the opportunity of a lifetime. No amount of your doubtfulness will change that outcome!
Did anyone notice we will have more Tanker Storage space than the other 2 terminals next to us combined? Big Money in through-put $$$$
GEM Fuel is coming in a big way to Tampa area.
Cheaper at the pump
Better MPH
Less CO2 emissions
Better for environment
Paradigm shift in fuel coming!
Words of Wisdom from my Business Professor:
To become an opportunity, an idea needs to be evaluated and acted upon.
(Done!)
To become a business opportunity, your idea needs to have a potential economic value: ( Fuel & Energy costs are the # 1 driver in economics)
1.It needs to be able to create profit. There have to be customers willing to pay for the product. (Everyone who owns a combustion engine car)
2.It should also be new and innovative. (Why hasn't this been done before?)
3.It also needs to be attractive and desirable for people who want to buy it. (Cheaper - you can stop there - and cleaning up global emissions doesn't hurt in our current way of thinking!)
Link to view terminal is now up on website:

Another uninformed seller - those .84's will be gone soon! We are headed for the endzone folks - know what you have and hold onto your shares! This float is locked up tight -only a few uninformed stragglers selling at this point!
You are right on the money TKS !!!!
Gas is now $ 3.20 a gallon here in Florida. It was $1.89 a gallon when Trump left office. Ironically - Biden has made our business model much more profitable than originally anticipated. It’s about to get exciting folks. Uninformed investors are the only ones selling at this time. It’s going to be a three year ride higher and higher - 120,000,000 million gallons a month could send the stock to triple digits! many of us have waited a long time for what’s about to happen. I have had many investments over my life time - but they pale in comparison to the potential of this one!
Don't know about those organizations - but a bunch of guys from DADD are already in the stock!
DADD -- Dad's Against Daughters Dating !!!
Deal is Huge for the Tampa Area! - more likely will be much higher soon! Tampa is the fastest growing metropolitan area in the country right now and the perfect geographical location to build an Alternative Energy Terminal.
Wiseman once said: The sellers think they are selling George Washington Gift Certificates, when in fact upon Maturity - they are really selling Ben Franklin Gift Certificates.
Comprende tío mono?
No one signs and executes a contract before the buyer shows their ability to close financially on a deal.
Everyone knows this! There is a DD period and then the closing is set up.
Those selling don’t understand what an “Executed Purchase Agreement “ means!
Update on Cyberfuels Website: https://www.cyberfuelsinc.com/shareholders-updates/
Shareholders,It’s been a little over 5 months since I took the position as President of CyberFuels Inc and CyberFuels Gateway Terminal and to say that it’s been quite an experience is a dramatic understatement. We (Ron Mills / CEO, Ken Klipper / Independent Financial Advisor, Jon Currier / Project Manager and his team, Bruce Rosetto / Attorney and his team) and I have been relentlessly fixated on the massive due diligence that was needed to come to the positive conclusion we did just a couple of weeks ago to move forward to closing on the 8 parcels of land and 2 parcels of waterway rights in the Port of Tampa. I cannot thank them enough for their expertise and extraordinary amount of time everyone worked, including holidays and weekends to move the project forward towards closing. Now, even more work is ahead of us as we refine the scope and determine the best value-added approaches for the best EBITDA for CyberFuels and you.
Closing is now within site. We are a couple of weeks behind our original schedule of August 3rd due to the extension we granted to finish the title insurance that enabled us to complete our Due Diligence. We are currently lining up LOI’s from major third party storage firms and other contractual agreements for our lenders to consider which will give us better financial terms for CyberFuels Gateway. We have been interviewing terminal operating companies, lab companies, and marine companies that will be essential for our success (many of which we have worked with before and are excellent at what they do).
We have new opportunities cross our desks almost daily. The seller has a few more things to do, but the more time that we get, the more other businesses are calling us about profitable options. We could not align with outside third-party firms until we went public with the “Yes” decision to purchase the land and businesses. We are always looking at options; ones that we know of, ones that are “outside the box,” and ones that we are getting connected to via our publicity.
The dire need for more fuel storage in central Florida is also back, pandemic be damned. More people are driving and flying with demand already back to pre-pandemic days, with expectations for shortages and run-outs higher as more and more people are moving to the I-4 corridor between Tampa – Orlando – Daytona Beach. There are nearly 300 million cars on the road in the US, not counting trucks, RV’s, and farm equipment. Only 2% so far are EV’s (electronic vehicles) and given the average life of a car is a little over 10 years, CyberFuels is in a fantastic spot to build its brand and store for other fuel options over the decades to come, not only here in Florida but throughout the US and abroad. Those contacts and long-term relationships are being nurtured by my team and me daily.
The management team is focused and aligned to provide the best overall return possible on every decision that we make. These are exciting days ahead for CyberFuels and you. Thank you for your support to date and I promise to keep you posted as new news arrives.
That's just moving storage fuel & Chemicals through the terminal - add fuel sale distribution of a GEM fuel to that - maybe some will get the hint -
It's astonishing that we have an executed Purchase Agreement and as were waiting for Closing - there are still a few shareholders who have decided to part with their shares at this time.
Start off with 120,000,000 Gallons of Throughput per month! I have a friend who trades fuel Commodity Contracts. He enlightened me on just how much money that kind of volume translates to!
GEM Fuel Terminal coming to a Neighborhood near you! This is the future Folks and there is a reason they are calling it "Gateway"! Its a Gateway into the future and the way Alternative Fuel Terminals will operate.
Methanol blending provides a large octane contribution to refiners that can then reduce process energy consumption. For automakers, methanol contains oxygen for cleaner fuel combustion, a lower boiling temperature for better fuel vaporization, and a higher blending octane for smoother burning with reduced “knock.” This last point has become a critical issue for the automotive industry, which is increasingly recognizing the benefit of using more alcohol. Methanol's high octane facilitates higher engine efficiencies to meet fuel economy goals.
Methanol also provides an incentive to the gasoline terminal blender to upgrade other low octane gasoline blendstocks available in the gasoline supply market at a much lower cost!
