They filed their quarterly report and announced a new mining deal. Lets hope they can get it done this time.

Btw.. I am long on this stock. Don't believe the shorts and negative people. I have been in this stock since March and plan to stay with it long time. I have read evrerything there is to read on this stock. I have a lot of money invested and believe that Carlos is going to make this company successful. Now he has added a CFO from China. A wise move. Carlos De La Torre has kept this company working single handily. Now it is starting to pay off.

APS has nothing to do with this stock. They destroyed this stock 6 months ago and it is now coming back to life. This is not a pump. News out this week on new CFO from China. It appears to be attracting chinese investors. Go SWVI

Also, the report has not been released publicly yet but it has to be good news or the potential joint venture partner would not have wasted a trip to chile today. There is no way that the SWVI has not shared the report with potential joint venture companies. Just my opinion

The news was not bad. If anything it was neutral moving towards good news. The company was granted an extension and given more control over the option agreement concerning negotiating with third party joint venture partners. This is of course, my interpretation, but I would hardly call today's press release and last weeks 10q bad news.

As I said in my last post, I have taken a sizable position in this company and so far I am down 75 percent. If I had anymore money to invest I would be buying shares like crazy. These prices won't be around much longer (I hope). I am all in. My opinion is after June 7 meetings we will get either very good news or horrible news. I obviously am looking for very good news. Only a couple of weeks to wait.

No it is not out. If you read the quarterly report the company has a preliminary report and met with Amec last week. Do your DD. the info I posted yesterday was an excerpt from the quarterly report. If you invest in this stock I suggest you read the hundreds of pages of sec docs available in the public domain. I have taken a long position on this stock and do believe that the company has a shot of making it. Glta

News is out. Looks like another couple of weeks to get things moving forward.

On May 13, 2013, a default notice was issued to Swingplane from the Optionors. The Company has been in touch with the Optionors and a trip to Chile by representatives of the Company and Mid Americas has been set for May 23, 2013 in order to work out a go forward plan for the project. If the Optionors and the Company cannot reach an agreement by June13, 2013, then Mid Americas will have lost all rights and interest in and to the Property.

As of the date of this filing, the Company has had communications with potential joint venture partners who have expressed a serious interest in funding the further exploration and development of the Algarobbo property. No formal agreements can be entered into without the approval of the Optionors and a renegotiation of the current terms of the existing Option Agreement. All agreements will require a property visit by the interested parties. The Company also expects to meet with AMEC when in Chile to review a draft of their report and hopes to have a finalized report by May 31, 2013.

I would guess by end of next week they will announce results of their meeting with the optioners aka property owners. I also expect to hear about the Amec report and ENAMI license. Let's hope it is good news.

A press release after the meeting this week with the optioners would be a nice touch

If they can find equity financing for 40 million shares at $10,000,000 does that not mean that current shares are worth $.25 per share?
The answer should be yes if the optioners agree to changes, the AMEC report is positive and the Enami license is approved.
New twists and turns ahead

Looks like the company is looking to renegotiate the option agreement so that they can arrange for equity financing to start operations. They have a company willing to do a joint venture. This is ok news. However without a revised option agreement this company will likely cease operations. It sounds like we will know more before May 31, 2013. GLTA

This stock will top out at $6 per share some time in 2013. Wise investor's will hold for the long rise to $6

88k on the green side just traded. This is about to bust out. The reason there is low volume is that no one will sell at these low prices. I guess my wishful thinking on news today will not come true.

I am not a paid pumper either. The paid people throw insults at you and call you names like bag holder. I to have position and I am almost at break even. Even then, I won't sell shares. I am long. Good luck!
