It's been so long... I honestly have doubts that PRDL will recover. If i saw it today, i would be searching for another company to invest in. What PRDL needs to do is invest some time in watching some HGTV to learn how flipping houses are really done.
Why in the world is the ask at 2000 bucks lol :P
Personally, i think AirTrona's biggest flaw is that they have a business plan that just doesn't work. I completely get what they are wanting long term, being that they want to be a corporation that has many franchisees that still purchase their equipment from. In a startup or small business like this, the corporation should strategically place offices or districts in major cities and begin building cash flow as a corporation through these offices. Yes, they would have to hire a district manager of sorts to run the affairs of each office in the major city but they would also be open to making sure that their office is staffed properly and get sales or accounts. After establishing this, the public will be more aware of the name and who they are and then the corporation could choose to sell any offices to anyone looking to own their franchise. Yes, i twill take alot of start up but it's a whole lot better than what they are doing now.
Which is makes no sense whatsoever to sell a stock at 0001 given that its the lowest you can possibly get in on. Even when you do this, you still lose out and go in the red because of the fee's you pay brokers to buy the stock?
What's the good ole L2 looking like right now?
I emailed the company and told them that if they do an r/s... you might as well end it. No investor will look at the garbage that garb will make of itself. (I know there may be disagreements but the only ones buying shares will be the people that lost out and the gullible. Their best path is to retire shares or do a buyback.
Share builder is GARB friendly also. Got my 0.0001's and ready to own the bull. Yeeeehawwwww!
Since the ask is at 1000, does this mean that it is impossible to sell shares that were bought at Oh let's say a Normal price? .0001-.0010
UPDATE ALERT !!

Here we grow again.
Never say never :)
Still waiting for my order to fill for 717750 shares at 0.0001
Put the order in yesterday when it was at 0.0004
Is slam the same drink that is sold by Advocare?
The first step in executing our plan will be the implementation of a 1:10 reverse split to bring our common outstanding structure to 600,000,000 shares. Which is a manageable level for growth and acquisitions without harming the current shareholder base.
Dated Feb. 3rd.
My question is Now that the company has announced a reverse split, how long does it take to go into effect and Second question is How high would/could the share price go (I've been through an R/S while learning and know that the stock from that r/s, price rose to a cent or couple cents and sank to 0.0001 and here recently went to 0.0003ish. I'm still learning.
Yes, i see it on there now. Sorry and thanks for catching my mistake. (Don't know exactly what i was thinking) i guess i just had a moment... I'm sure all have em at one time or another lol
We need to add Creative Edge Nutrition Inc. (CCRY) to the list of MJ stocks
Even if the pitch didn't go well, we need to keep in mind that this idea is still new and there are alot of people that are just opening themselves to growing and selling weed legally. I bet that was kind of awkward. FITX
A U.S. company is investing $12 million to create a medical marijuana facility in Lakeshore, the WindsorEssex Economic Development Corporation has announced.
CEN Biotech, a subsidiary of Creative Edge Nutrition, says it is taking advantage of a “growing medical industry” after Health Canada reviewed its policies governing the control of doctor-prescribed weed.
“It’s interesting to note that Windsor-Essex might indeed be the prime location to marry high level security with agribusiness expertise,” said Sandra Pupatello, CEO of the economic development corporation. “Today, Health Canada has moved CEN Biotech one step closer to that reality. We are especially pleased to be here today for an economic development announcement that will benefit the whole region.”
CEN Biotech Joseph Byrne, also of Joseph Byrne Law Firm and Byrne Produce, said Windsor-Essex is the ideal area to launch such a venture.
“Our community houses the continent’s most robust, secure border environment, and as a hub for agriculture expertise, our region boasts the country’s best hub for horticulture,” he said. “I am delighted to be part of a $12 million investment.”

Starbucks CEO to Shareholder: If You Support Biblical Marriage, Sell Your Shares

LOL Bro, I'm the one that has made MANY suggestions to the company and also, not to gloat... the winner of their mascot contest. I'm not against the company and your post somewhat implicates that i'm against them when im not. I don't think you run a successful company by ignoring investors calls, messages via email, facebook... delaying everything and finally not send out one positive press release for MONTHS.
I question the validity of your statement that you were in contact with the CEO of AirTrona, Jim Carnes and that he would verify the name change and NOW BE OPEN TO TALK TO SHAREHOLDERS when in fact they had six to seven months to file and talk to shareholders. I believe your post in insufficient in credibility. This company had such a bright future as it merged with other companies but has became a failure on the face of wallstreet.
I will go ahead and admit that the only thing All Grade Mining has successfully accomplished is doing a reverse split on investors (Once were investors), raping them and their wallets. The reverse split that was *Supposed to lower investors shares and increase the pps so that new investors could then see it at .05 and further raise the pps above that Obviously didn't work. We see this that it jumped to .05 and now TWO days after the r/s, its at .0055?
I plan on sending All Grade a box of dirt via mail to help them bury this thing.
Yeah, So you'd make a little bit if sold at 0.0002 but its going to be hard to sell it all cause its 20 million shares. If you break it up and sell in pieces, you may make bout 50 to 100 bucks. I know with share builder, i pay 6.95 per transaction for commission plus 0.0007 per share cause its surcharge so if you have the same fee's then your profit will go down.
After the r/s you'll go from owning 20,000,000 shares to owning 40,000 shares.
Oh Right! That's a vague statement to make but you are right. If you buy at a dollar and don't sell, you dont lose money but its when do sell that you lose unless (if purchased for a dollar) you sold for more than a dollar and had enough shares to offset the cost of having to purchase them...
Its to my knowledge that the share price goes up after the r/s not before.
It's not really after you pay any surcharges or fee to the company for buying and selling the security, so technically he loses some. Now if the share price got higher than .05, he'd make a couple bucks and this is if he is a modest investor. If he sits on mountains of shares, each tick up could literally be worth a grand but i think it would require over 10 million shares and its so hard to sell that many.
Sorry Curt... I'm in the same boat as you with 925k shares that i could sell at .0001 (which i didn't promote hyii to anyone) sooo i hope we both come on top. What did you purchase your shares at? It looked like i was going to have to purchase mine at .0002 but i new eventually that i would get it at .0001 sooner or later and i just happened to had gotten them.
Its my understanding that when the R/S is official and they do 500 to 1... for ever 500, you will only keep 1 share. So take the amount of shares you have now and divide it by 500 and the new significant lower total will be the amount of shares you actually own now. R/S can make the price rise so if it did that, take your new number of shares and multiply by "0.05" and you still don't go away making a profit, more like still lose out unless you purchase more. I guess the trick in this case is to pull out (at a loss) and wait for the R/S to happen then immediately after the transaction has taken place, re invest those funds you pulled out at a loss and at a low spot and sell at a higher share price to recoup and make any kind of profit. The Second option is to go through the R/S, get screwed and after the transaction, buy more to compensate for the lack of shares the company took from you and recoup/make any kind of profit.
What do you mean and when?
So there isn't a "processing time" that is involved in a pr, 8k filing or attaching a D onto the symbol? BTW Thanks for the reply!
How do we know if FINRA will reject hyii's R/S and why they would. Isn't their some kind of indicator besides being blind sided by either waiting it out and getting lucky or seeing actual proof that indicates what should happen?
Of course the price being .05 will be after the shares are converted from 500 to 1 right?
Still new to investing.. what does a/s and o/s mean and what happens when an rs is announced on either of the two.
what does everyone mean when they say a 911 trade?
Yup. I'm one of the ones hoping for 0001's but if i see that for a couple weeks, the stock has consistently hit the 0002's and bounced off, that may be the lowest anyone will get out of them this go around and then wait for the 0001's next time after the run.
Letter i sent to keep the Alabama Mill open and profiting to the company.
As employees of the International Paper Mill in Courtland, Alabama recently learned of the closing and our local news media reporting on the closing...
Part of me wants to just lash out and ask what in the bloody hell you people in the corporation are doing... But i will try to remain somewhat decent for the sake of both of us.
I don't buy into the argument that the weak economy is to blame for the plants closing. The real blame lies within your company "International Paper". It's apparent that management has mismanaged day to day operations to the point that it hurts (not those in the company) but the hourly wage employees. Families are being forced into stressful and dire financial situations all thanks to bullsh%t companies failing to meet the overalll objective to operate WITHIN COMPANY MEANS to turn a profit. Instead of closing, you guys should remain open, and employee the modest number of employees that is needed for the plant to operate the three shifts, 7 days a week, 365 days a year that you need.
Now than ever before, it is strictly IMPERATIVE companies need to look into greener technologies as a way to decrease the cost of operating that is freely given through wind, solar, etc. Through operating the company on the right path, and implementing all these changes at all manufacturing facilities, the company will see a better future and profitability. Stay competitive with competition and undercut at the knees if that's what it takes to win customers over to use International Paper. Please do the right thing and quit with all this bullsh%t. Last i checked... the Economy didn't dictate businesses.... ITS BUSINESSES THAT DICTATE WHAT AND HOW THE ECONOMY REACTS! Please pass this along to every important person within the company including the CEO, CFO and Board. I will continue to post until i am heard. You guys have my number if you need to contact me personally.
Looking to make a difference

Every pitch that I have given to the guys at AirTrona seem to be very well appreciated and they assure time and time again that im not a bother and see me adding valuable input for the growth of their company. (I really feel that once PR's are released and things are aligned right, the stock will skyrocket. I am thinking it may be like N*EK and sustain itself on the penny level... meaning no more Sub penny levels hopefully. All my opinion.
From AirTrona on Facebook:
Glad to hear that you received it, Roger! No problem at all We greatly appreciate your assistance with our marketing efforts. Sounds good...we would love for you to share a pic if you'd like!
I certainly think that your idea on restaurants has some value and I agree that we would likely need to start at the top and work our way down to the franchisee level.
We have lots on our plate at the moment - as you can see, the possibilities are endless!
Enjoy your Friday!
Haha Sorry, kinda scatter brained this morning... I wouldn't expect a vehicle either but people interested may think they can just go off on their own vehicle that isn't a work van... which wouldn't give them enough room for all the equipment.
Not really because if someone is considering a franchise for ONLY $10,000!!!! WOW!!! oh btw hope you have a van and a compressor... then they will look elsewhere and have the feeling of being douped or lied to. imo

I think their new restructured franchise package is from their post yesterday which i have posted below my comment as a reference. If you haven't noticed, the initial investment is $50,000 to $75,000 and comes with everything including a van to work out of which i would guess cost around $30,000. The rest would be for training, materials, cleaners, equipment, etc.
They restructured format is you can get a franchise for $10,000 but you have to already have a vehicle to work out of and a couple other pieces of equipment like the compressor. If you don't already own a van and general equipment that is used around the house anyway, you stuck at getting it yourself or having to pay the large franchise fees in the beginning.

Response from AirTrona:
Starting at $10K yes, you can have your very own franchise! This is the baseline price, however. It assumes that the owner will have both an AirTrona approved vehicle to use for the business as well as an air compressor for operating the ozone generator provided. We are able to provide those operational items for an additional cost to Franchisees needing them. But in general we are encouraging a lower entry point for those with the resources to get started as we ramp up for our North American expansion.
I was thinking about the past when i worked in food service of my local McDonald's Restaurant and messaged AirTrona about my experiences with sanitation while working there. Below is the message i sent them:
Sup guys!
It's me again, thought i would pass along another bit of information/ideas to you guys. I strongly ask that you guys consider setting up meetings with corporations in the restaurant service sector and throw them the pitch about using the laundry system in their stores/restaurants. I worked for 5 hard years in a McDonald's and have performed every job they could throw at me. McDonald's alone has a soap mixture that is attached to the wall and has a hose that runs from the detergent unit into the washer. They also add in another blue color detergent that comes in sealed packs and then a pack of bleach.
When towels finally wash in all those products, they still come out grimy and unsanitary. You literally have dirty towels being put in sanitation solution that comes in another red solid cube. We know that these places that wash their towels like this would see an extreme beneficial impact not only in cleanliness but also an increase in their profit/decrease in operating expenses.
Hope all is well and not to be a bother.. pitched the idea to you guys. I am not sure if this would begin with you guys and the corporations or if this would be left to franchisees meeting with owner/operators of stores/restaurants. :)
Yes I have done it again, thought of another avenue they could use their system for.
