Question for Everywhereman or anyone with an intelligent answer.
VGX (which is controlled now by Inovio) founder Dr David B Weiner PHD is still listed on Advaxis Scientific Advisory board as of 3/19/13 per Dun and Bradstreet and Corporationwiki also updated 2013. Bloomberg business corporate bio for Dr David B. Weiner has him currently on the Advaxis scientific advisory board since 2010. That information was also updated recently. I'm sorry I am unable to post the links at this time but if you search Dr David Weiner Advaxis 2013 you will see the links I am referring to.
Is this in fact the same Dr Weiner? If so I really do not understand the underlying hatred by SOME INO investors towards Advaxis. These people are all somewhat related in research and business. It is beyond me how someone can say VGX/Inovio is gold and Advaxis is garbage if Dr Weiner serves on the Advaxis advisory board. I would think Dr Weiner sees merit in his advisory position with Advaxis.
Secondly how much influence does Dr. Weiner have on the scientific direction of Inovio. Does he have any say in the direction of the clinical trials? Can you give me a brief dumbed down version as to the dynamics of the VGX Inovio collaboration
I take it you actually are familiar with Dr. Weiner and his character. Thanks for any comments you care to provide.

Thank you very much for your reply. That answered my question. It is appears Simon Kukes resigned his position shortly after accepting the CEO posting with Yukos Oil. It appears to be nothing more than having to resign to concentrate on his new position.

I do have a question and forgive me if it has already been asked and answered. Does Chrontech have any claim of ownership to intellectual property or is it solely under ownership of Inovio. Chrontech business status caused most of my trepidation. I ask in the unlikely but
possible change in the business operating status of Chrontech. Thank you in advance. I also hope you picked Louisville in your final four bracket

My post had no provocations intended towards INO as an investment or any other poster. I do have questions about Inovio and I may pose some here in the future. Please refrain from answering if your replys are such as your last.
Nothing personal but if Inovio is your first any only biotechnology I am not really interested in what you have to say. I do not understand your attitude or your anger. You have nothing of importance to add.
Goodbye

Pardon one last correction. I have invested in biotechnology stocks particularly specialized cancer treatment companies for 22 years. I do not invest "blindly" I invest slowly and cautiously building in time to a substantial long position while often taking profits out from time to time. I have not or will ever invest with a sense of urgency putting myself into a position of losing everything. I invest with caution and NEVER lose objectivity due to emotional attachment to a company.
Thank you for your concern and unsolicited opinion for my financial welfare. Your suggestions of how I should invest are noted.

I think you misinterpreted my words. I do not see where I compared INO to CLSN. I pointed out that one of the INO bloggers on another board is using the same terms and reasoning as he used to pump CLSN which (to me only ) makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck I have re read my post several times and do not see what you are talking about when you say I was comparing the two stocks. I believe you are mistaken.
As for being "lucky" I was referring to actually making money from taking small profits as value increase just days before the price retreat due to unplanned dilution.
I never said I got lucky to be a long, or claim to be a long which obviously I wasn't. I just said I got lucky by taking some small profits off the table before the price plunged and bought back in near the bottom ultimaly selling yesterday. My entire post is about why I took all my money out of Inovio yesterday due to my lack of comfort level for the stock price.
I am sorry but I think you have missed the entire point of my post. I appreciate your reply but it further sheds light on some of the points I tried to make. Two people can read the same thing and come up with totally different conclusions. Thank you for unintentionally making one of my points and becoming an example. I think you will see what I mean if you again read my post and your kind reply again. Perhaps slower this time.

Removing my money from INO Here is why
1 Fairly new to Inovio not familiar enough with the company to share the optimism of longs
2 Preserving gains made since Feb 27 by fortunate trading. (luck)
3 Concern with stability of Chronotech at this time
4 Difficult to find accurate and valuable facts concerning developments
Many differing opinions on same topics. Many opinions from longs differ greatly
5 Somewhat confused how CEO dedicated to non dilusive finances diluted the way INO did.
6 Confident in long term future concerned enough about the short term to be will to risk missing huge run settling for less risk and less reward until MY confidence grows
7 Recognize few longs from CLSN. One prominent blogger from another board is saying same things about INO. Does not promote confidence based on his pumping of CLSN. Enough said
8 These problems I have at this point reflect the opinion of my comfort level not necessarily the company. I will take what I have invested and gained and wait until I am more comfortable and fully acknowledge I May miss a big run.
9 I believe the company could be more transparent and somewhat more clear on upcoming events.
Good Luck

Please make your mind up. You seem confused and highly adjatated that the pps is not going as you predicted? Why the all the anger? You have been predicting 5 to 7 cents for weeks and it has held current levels. Don't put your ego in front of your investments. You will just frustrate yourself. Just relax refrain from inane predictions and wait and see what happens. Why do you have such urgency to see it drop? Don't worry if you own shares you won't miss anything. This is the time to sit back accumulate and sip your gin and juice.
Good Luck

Another GREEN day. Three trading days in a row just going up a tick. Holding well with obviously no dumping. Unfortunate for those wanting to buy at 7 cents.

Another GREEN day. Looks like more accumulating on low volume Now that April is almost here the news catalysts are approaching. The charts might say 7 cents but do they account for news driven catalysts? Advaxis is a news driven stock regardless of what chart predicting traders want you to believe.
Good Luck
Thank You

Advaxis is on the Short List now for the VIE award which they are nominated in. Probably see a PR soon hopefully.

Very nice graphic. So you are saying the stock closed (green) which is notated when you look at the closing price, but in your opinion it is red regardless of the stock quotes. I have much to learn about charts but I don't really concern myself with such movements on a daily basis. I just buy when it's low and stash it away.
Good Luck
Thank You
THE GORD
When a stock finished the day UP .012% and you post that it was a RED day you are wrong. Are you not? If the stock finished green which it did and for whatever reason you claim the opposite of the facts you are wrong? It appears so. As far as answering your question "how could I be wrong" you can only answer that yourself.
The stock is holding at the current levels regardless of your predictions. Just curious though, If Advaxis is a news driven event catalyst stock when do your charts say news will come out? Can you check the charts and give us the dates of the PRs?
Good Luck
Thank You
THE GORD
Robert
So when you said it finished RED you were incorrect? It actually finished GREEN. Regardless of "paint" and your opinion please try to be accurate with your colors.
Good Luck
Thank You

They are two very different terms. Usually and unfortunately in most cases the stock market assumes you authorize as a prelude to dilution. Often the pps does get punished just for voting an share authorizing event even if those shares are not tendered in an offering.
Thank You
THE GORD
Robert. If you were like us then you would be a long term investor. Then your posts would seem pointless to you too because you would not be very concerned with the short term price over the next few weeks.
Good Luck

I agree Robert it is somewhat discouraging. Now Advaxis is only up 250% over the last 90 days. It was much better when it was up 300%.
Good luck

I apologize if you took any of our dialog as an attack. I did not intend it as such. It was just a question of interpretation. Thank for your help and patience. As far as Advaxis I am quite relaxed. Nothing left to do but relax and wait for me anyway.
Good Luck

They are insiders so they obviously do know more. Long term is still looking profitable. Short term may get rugged before profitable. If the short term has something stellar wouldn't the insiders have bought on the open market as a sign of near term confidence? Long term is always better if you have the fortitude to hold. Most don't realize that huge profits are still a good ways off IMO. It is still somewhat early in P2 to expect what some predict on other boards. I don't see this being a $100 a share stock by the end of the year but with good results and some luck perhaps 100% gain from here over the next 24 months.
Thank You
THE GORD
Just didn't see all the dumping you were referring to. No need for bruised feelings or pouting. Your short position needs no explaining.

Doesn't look like much dumping today. What do the charts reflect today if you don't mind me asking. Just curious because I really don't follow the charts for buy and sell points on stocks I am holding as long term investments. Short term trends are meaningless to me with this particular Biotech.
Thank You
THE GORD
You are correct you did not say massive dumping, just dumping. My apologies. Good luck chart reading. It must be difficult considering ADXS is only driven by news catalysts. I just accumulate when the price retraces.
Thank You
THE GORD
Sorry I respectively disagree. I just don't see $155,000 changing hands as massive dumping. I see it as the investors who jumped in for a possible news bump left as quick as they showed up. The big selloffs and dumps that have occurred in the past were characterized by volume over 10 million shares. ADXS is at a fraction of that volume. Perhaps I just use those terms differently. I see this as an investment opportunity rather than a huge dump or selloff.

I agree. The next few months will tell the tale. Good luck to ADXS shareholders

Doesn't look like dumping at all based on the very low volume. Looks exactly like what it is. Somebody selling when no buy orders are listed then accumulate more when the price dips. Please look at your chart closer and you will see your error. Actually just look at the volume. Does NOT indicate a massive dump. Looks like accumulation at a lower price. That's a big difference in what you interpret.

"Transitional Year"
This is perhaps the most encouraging statement from the CC. I expect to see how transitional in the next 90 days. There are many catalysts coming from now to the first week of June. It will be interesting to see it play out.
Thank You

Probably put some back in in the next few days. I believe market over reacted to the dilution. I'm longer in ADXS. It May retrace but there are 2 P2 final results due in next 90 days. Final
P2 results are big news good or bad. INO will come back up in a few week. I just want to be sure it's done dropping
Well didnt have to wait a week to find out. Just one day tells me I didnt have it backwards. Should have sold all I guess instead of half. Bummer for INO investors. Good Luck

HPV is P1 interim update? I understand INO didn't make the conference due to the thousands of canceled flight. Do you expect PR on update this week and if so how much price movement on just P2 interim results. would appreciate your thoughts. As far as Advaxis there was not much expectations of buy out or licensing today but they did confirm POC and that they have 8 million cash available. 2 final P2 results in next 90 day and probable partner. Now money is no worry looks like a better shot for Q2 increase. jmo
