Been over 18 months since i checked in last. Same as it ever was. CRICKETS!
Back up in the tree i go.
ABM
Field is too crowded now.
Too little, too late.
I'm selling the treehouse cheap.
Moving into a hobbit hotel.
So....
ABM
2 months since I last visited and what happens.... no mods here no stock activity to speak of no word from CEO and whatever other title he gives himself.
Did anyone else notice that the update ILNS website doesn't even have an investors relation area anymore?
Back up into the tree.
ABM
And lock the door behind you. Don't want anyone to steal the riches here.
(snicker)
ABM
10-K will be late (AGAIN)
ABM
Been a while, so I thought I would check in. I see ILNS is still circling the drain.
Expectations confirmed.
Back up the tree I go.
ABM
True that.
ILNS has become a joke, and a sick joke at that.
I wish I knew in 2011 what I know now. If I did, I wouldn't be on this board now because I wouldn't have fallen into the sandtrap that this POS is.
ABM
Riding the ILNS carousel round and round and I can't seem to find the brass ring!
ABM
Or we all croak.
Seriously. This thing is so low we need to look up to see the snakes belly.
ABM
Still a soap opera.
Like I said a few months back, you can drop in on this stock every few months and quickly get caught up. We are almost back to the pre-r/s pricing.
Going from the gutter to the sewer in a hurry.
Back up into the treehouse I go.
ABM
What is really sad is that because none of us would sell when it is this low, we will all be here for the 3rd r/s. And the 4th.
I still want to believe but it gets harder and harder.......
ABM
ILNS is like a soap opera.
You can go months or years, but tune in one day and pick up the story line, because it hasn't changed.
At least I can't go into negative numbers, because ZERO is fast approaching.
ABM
It is the 1st time I saw the "liquidity" as well, but my eyes are old.
What I like is that it is an institutional investor sending money at ILNS this time, rather then a bunch of family members.
ABM
Shares went to Alpha Capital Anstalt in Leichenstein.
ABM
Deals, Ask Montanus.
While I wrote the message, Montanus "stickied" it so he is the one who has to remove it.
ABM
Let's guess how they will get funds to pay the new guy.
ABM
Maza promised better communication and we got squat!
ABM
Back to my tree.
Here is something I found in an Isreali google group:
6. Benjamin Jesselson, $350m.
American-born Jesselson, 51, along with his two brothers, Michael and
Daniel, inherited their father Ludwig's fortune. Ludwig founded Phillip
Barders, a commodities trading company which dealt in oil and metals. He
later merged it with investment giant Solomon Smyth Barney and the
Jesselsons became the largest shareholders in the firm. Brother Michael
currently manages the family's holdings in the US while Benjamin does the
same in Israel.
Jesselson made aliya in the late Seventies and is a Jerusalem resident. He
runs Promedico, a former Teva subsidiary which imports drugs from
multinational companies such as giant Pfizer. Promedico has annual sales of
some $400m. Jesselson also formerly owned a stake in Mirabilis, the designer
of the famous ICQ program, and has a 1.5% stake in Elite Food Industries.
He has had a couple of run-ins with the law. Last year he was acquitted on
charges of helping businessman Shlomo Eisenberg deceive shareholders and
manipulate a vote in the Arad investment company. In 1998, he was acquitted
of mismanagement with intent to deceive in tax fraud charges brought against
Teva CEO Eli Hurvitz and senior managers of Promedico. He was, however,
charged with tax evasion, and acquitted in 2000.
Jesselson is a major supporter of the Shaare Zedek Hospital and helped
establish the hospital's Heart Center which bears the family name.
ABM
As I read the filing, the one guy who has 9.99% now, only got 600K+ shares here since already owned a lot.
He was already invested, now putting more in.
ABM
Maza's got a new gig now...
CEO, CFO and board member for Spiral Energy. Guess he is getting bored with us.

ABM
Stay true and take the fight to them.
ABM
The "chit" has been hitting the fan for a long time now. We are just used to the smell. The people who control the switch are behind the fan and laughing at us.
ABM
Generally no buyers because people only need to do a little research and see that the trendline is going DOWN.
The only buyers nowadays are the people who don't care if they lose a little, because there ain't much room between where we are and ZERO.
ABM
Reality Check.
Factoring in R/S x 2 ILNS stock is down $40624.92 from June 29, 2007 to current. (Per Fidelity site: 6/29/07 share price $40,625, current share price $0.0799)
God I love math. I just wish it would help paint a prettier picture sometimes.
We do not control our own destiny here. Currently, ILNS's existence relies on what Shire and Pfizer choose to do.
ABM
BO also means body odor and in the case of ILNS right now, it fits.
ABM
AMEN! to that Drs136.
It is fickle how good leads to bad if ILNS is involved.
ABM
Not many good trees left in North Dakota, but when I find one that'll support the man cave, i'll let you know.
I'd volunteer to be on the ILNS board of directors. No salary/stipend needed, as long as they are comfortable with conference calls. I bet a few others here feel the same way.
Also, how hard is it with a company this size to outsource the prep of the 10-K and 10-Q's. A single CPA could do them in under a week if they were good.
Maza making excuses, saying "poor pitiful us". When the clinical trial results are announced, he will sing a different tune for sure.
ABM
No one commenting since the 10-Q?
Definitely quiet here.
Course... I got nothing new to add either.
ABM
When has anything made sense here?
We can all guess at what will happen next, but the only thing I know for sure is that I am in a holding pattern now. Not buying or selling ILNS. I won't sink anymore into this and if I sold now it would be a greater than 90% loss. I am stuck.
ABM
With ILNS it will always be tomorrow or next week or next summer or....
until the competition runs past ILNS's pipeline and beats it to the finish line, then it will be yesterday.
Sorry...bad day.
ABM
Our biggest "crop" is shale Oil outta the Bakken. but cannola, sunflower and wheat are biggies too.
Did you ever feel being here with ILNS is kinda like a kid, sitting on a swing and no one will push ya and you are too short to push yourself?
ABM
And I get the feeling we will some kind on maneuvering (conv. shares issued, etc.) to cover the cost of the science officer 1st. he is expecting payment and Maza won't want to lose him.
I have given up guessing on the PPS as the long term movement doesn't make sense. Even at a 2.00/share rate, I am still losing.
Any inside push for a pump is foolish until some positive clinical news can back it up. But there are always outside forces who want to manipulate this company's PPS who could throw a pump in the mix.
All...IMHO
ABM
BTW folks... no longer in AK. Now in ND. Traded real damn cold for just cold and wind. Too many people around me already but ain't no way wife goes to AK ...ever!
Typical...
Decent news leads to a drop in PPS.
Yeah yeah,, 1st day and all that. Odd amount on the one: 444 shares. Someone telegraphing?
ABM
Sure looks like it.
A glimmer of hope, but let's wait and see.
ABM
So if it is trading at .06 he'll buy 600k ++ but no one wants to sell.
JUST KIDDING!!!!!
ABM
Hope nothing bad happened to deals/rock/it. If nothing else he was consistent and entertaining with his thoughts on ILNS.
Also, mkaiz dropped off around the same time deals did.
ABM
dbing, I hope you are right but....
We have said/heard the same thing for the past 2-3 years. every positive result or news is expected "soon" but NEVER materializes. Around here any "good news" has been followed by a decrease in the PPS.
But, we will have to wait and see...
Don't get me wrong. I want ILNS to succeed, but I'm just getting tired and cynical after all this time waiting.
ABM
The 10-K will just be a longer version of the last 10-Q. There will not be any "news". Just a rehash of the same old scientific/product line info and an update of the dismal financials.
Still want to know why the delay in the 10-K. The settlement was last year and the figures should have already been brought all the way through to the bottom line. (you know: revenue minus expenses) Seems like a 1st year CPA could churn this out in under a day.
All....IMHO
ABM
The SEC would spend more in salaries investigating than ILNS is currently worth.
