Yeah I like plays where you just get it super low then it goes up for 10 bags or so. In this case, I think it can go up much higher than 10 bags. The last one like that I was in, I just bought low, like here, and waited a bit (because it was obvious what was going to happen), and then it went from .014 to .125. Sometimes, it's just too easy to make money in this market.

Seems pretty accurate to me. He's softening the blow that the mining side of things will not be merged into STHC. What else would be the point in explaining how there is more to them than mining, and they'll find a candidate that route to fit in STHC? I'm not sure why this isn't apparent to everyone. It's black and white.

They said they weren't going to merge the mining aspect of AMECA into STHC, but instead some other thing they have. Everyone has been here for the mining. We have no idea if they are merging some paper company about spreading ecological awareness or something, now. Because of Bolster's mess up once again. PR screw up 2.0. And that doesn't include all the palladium they found as well. This is going to be nuts.

It seems to me that their lack of communication is only because they have the stop sign. The newest OTC rules imply a stock can be halted and taken down if anything is communicated to shareholders, even just an innocuous tweet. So They have likely taken the strict road of not even acknowledging anybody as a foolproof way to avoid ruining the glorious adventure that everyone involved is about to experience.

Yeah $16 is where I see this settling on NASDAQ. People can laugh all they want now.

Closing at .15 is not unreasonable today. I fully expect it, in fact.

.05 is not happening unless we don't hear from AMECA again for another month. Which, I'll be honest, is possible with these guys. But I feel like this time it's different and the onslaught of filings is about to drop. Guess we'll see.

True on that. I've always said they don't need a R/S since it's just a pile of money in the ground that would easily meet a marketcap that would result in a PPS that exceeds the mins on Nasdaq. The PPS should simply just meet the value of the money in the ground, essentially.

Can start talking dollars now that we know the merger is still on and things are moving forward. Really wish they'd have just talked with us during all this on basic matters like "is your CEO alive". It's too bad.
