FB & TWTR Partnerships Imminent
(Eminent too)!
NFusz interactivity to be prominently featured soon... within 90 days
Transformational for all entities

A new MUST HAVE for advertisers
IMO

Anyone else think Dennis sounds like him?
Market caps of new friends
TWTR $33B
FB $590B
Making advertising much more effective.
Investors..Waiting for Transformational.
My simplistic approach:
Rory seems a straight up fellow with a vision and a good track record.
NFusz has a product that we all see uses for in many verticals
NFusz is dealing with some big name, big $$$ companies
No arguments with business approach and funded for a year. No toxic debt.
Many links to promising and quality videos appearing daily
"Game changing" per industry expert
Etc, etc, etc
Rory has taken complete and highly visible ownership of the next 90 days.
My conclusion is that the downside is minimal and I can wait 90 days to see if Rory lays an egg or transforms NFusz to the Golden Goose.
Can you?
Reverse split....WHO CARES
When the time comes if share price is the only factor preventing uplisting....then do it.
We need exposure to serious buyers who are prohibited from investing In OTC stocks.
Maybe not Rory's Plan A but getting off the OTC has to be Plan A+
Suggestion for nFusz re Salesforce
Present the posted DEMOS & INTERACTIVE VIDEOS to the responsible parties at Salesforce.
Expect jaw drops and pandemonium to ensue. How could they not?
My guess....it has already been done and not just with Salesforce.
As an aside how can a prospective investor view these and not GET IT?
Hoping and wishing......
When I see these words in a post I almost immediately lose interest as these words are not compatible with intelligent investing.
That said I am going to violate my standards with one HOPE.
My hope is (assuming that nFUSZ's tech is proprietary) that the company in not bought out for many years, if ever. If nFUSZ had gone public with staged financing from VC's I'll speculate that $1B would be a modest valuation at this point.
As one sees evidence of more and more applications (and the tsunami is just beginning to become evident) one can allow themselves to imagine FUSZ being valued at multi, multi Billions. I've been around the block investmentwise on many occasions and as much as it frightens me to say this......I've never witnessed any situation with this potential.
So Rory don't sell.
And investors at this stage will be better served by looking at the big picture, the limitless potential, and refrain from posting and making investment decisions based on penny fluctuations.
Now I'm finished with hoping.

What rubbish.......
MMs are more concerned about whether their pet's shots are current.
You have quite the imagination. That I'll give you.
Not sure selling is completely done as
DBOX is intermittently appearing on the ask. Indiscriminate selling however may be over.
Rationale for a price prediction?
In all cases it is a number which would make that particular poster gleeful...and likely others too.
If you'd waited for $100....
$500k would be chump change.
Then you could have married the Tooth Fairy.
Sure...a 70 cent stock bringing $100 in a buyout.
May need to have more realistic goals.
Believe in the Tooth Fairy?
Sorry but don't expect a buyout offer of $5 while the stock sits below 50cents.
No BOD (buyer's) would approve that. They would be stressed to the max to offer $1/share.
That is a fact of life.
Fortunately FUSZ is not in dire need of funds.
Ignite likes nFUSZ
Maybe this was posted before but in view of tonight's Webinar a second look is warranted
https://ignitevisibility.com/online-video-marketing/
Controlled studies are what prospective customers/subscribers, CRMs, and current and prospective shareholders want to see to enable an informed decision.
Not the anecdotal "up to 600%."
Ignite"s study just added substantial validation to nFUSZ's value proposition.
Probably the first of many many studies in various verticals....for instance, education...
No reason to hire a PR and uplist firm if a buyout was in the offing.
Perhaps to speed up market awareness FUSZ should consider licensing their tech to other companies offering interactive videos.
Alternatively being the first capable of making youtube videos interactive should be a home run.
Many tributaries combine for notifi_____to become ubiquitous.
The past is the past.
For the here and now after the share price has been pummeled insider buying would be more meaningful than extolling the virtues of Rory's Odyssey.
Buying now would signal continued confidence in the near future of FUSZ.
Remember: Actions speak louder than message board chatter.
Discovering a price for your eyeballs
How FUSZ acts as an enabler (for better or worse)

Insider buying jolts share price!
That might be a headline if Rory opts to purchase 100k shares in the open market.
With all that is swirling around rumor wise/deal wise (and the absence of SHAC's), this buy would provide a signal that most would take to the bank.
And initiate substantial buying pressure.
All contractual obligations of the seller (FUSZ) would necessarily be assumed by the buyer.
This is one reason to buyout unique tech before too many other entities gain access.
Having tasted the forbidden fruit
from the FUSZ Tree of Knowledge the suggested antidote is banishment from the Garden for 90 days.
That is the conclusion from my DD and of course IMO.
Slow ramp up of revenue
$4 by Xmas
Not bad as 6.5x present share price
At this point though there is a disconnect between market valuation and retaining a firm to help with uplisting. My impression is that a company would take that step when the requirements were closer to being met...especially the share price.
Trust that I want your version of reality to prevail.
Uplist's main hurdle is getting the share price up
Unless one merges with a company already listed.
Or MSFT is issued 20% of the stock for $2.00 and thus the market believes that it must be worth at least $5 and NFUZ would then have $32m in the bank....et voila...listing requirements are met in a few months time.
Redspeed...your ideas how this hurdle is crossed?
Curious about who is selling? Buying?
The vast majority of the trading is market makers selling and buying from each other repeatedly, back and forth. This is the technique used to move the stock price a little up and then a little down, to adapt to perceived supply and demand. A stock with apparent liquidity attracts traders/trading and MM makers receive fees based on trading volume so they are incentivized to encourage volume/liquidity.
Big orders to buy at a lower price...stock price is manipulated downward until order can be filled unless overwhelmed by buyers at a higher price. And vice versa..
You get the picture...
Transformational???? Within 4 months.
I know the meaning of the word but what do you think Rory meant. What was he referring to? The product, the stock, the applicable markets....a buyout.
He left lots of room for interpretation.
Any interpreters here?
Home schoolers, Language learners
This tech will be the new "must have."
And one can text all this to the student and to the parent.
Let your minds wander...this is the tip of the iceberg.
How can you possibly claim that unless they are friends of yours or family.
Unfounded noise just serves to dissuade investing in this stock.
So really...what do you know?
The 160m shares are the fully diluted count.
Therefore warrants are included.
The OS (outstanding shares) include all unexercised securities like warrants, options, convertible debt.
In a buyout the purchasing entity would be buying all shares extant after all conversions had been made. In the case of FUSZ that would be approximately 160m shares.
There are 200m authorized shares meaning that 40m shares or equivalent warrants etc could be issued without being voted on by shareholders.
Perspective re Due Diligence
The more sophisticated the investor the greater the due diligence. Due diligence takes time. Yesterday was Day 1 for a multitude of POTENTIAL new investors from the conference.
We are now on their radar and if they like what they see they will eventually be shareholders.
Same applies to those family investors that Rory met with recently.
To expect stock price results on Day 2 is naive.
Posters on this board may act with a hot tip with no or minimal DD. Sophisticated buyers are.....sophisticated and act accordingly.
Yes delusional
Way too early. When the stock reaches $15 sell for $40
I believe he said "horribly undervalued"
And those thinking that a buyout is in the works are delusional. The fun is just beginning and Rory wants to take this well beyond the beta phase.
And I want this to last much longer.
That is all nice but really is blowing in the wind until the stock price increases markedly especially as he has refused to consider a reverse split.
So all this chatter is just that until the stock has serious buyers willing to pay up.
I don't disagree with the goal of uplifting but for now it seems being overly concerned with college choice for one's newborn infant.
The time slot allocated is for 45 minutes.
Presentation during the day are 30 minutes.
Be fascinating to know the fine details of securing this prime slot. Some decision maker must have thought that FUSZ has a compelling story to tell.
Can't be bad
