If we remain at $0.40 then a 1:10 split would get us to $4.00. (Long way from a 1:40)
Not to over read the Tarot cards but today's buying flurry appeared to be an informed buyer. Now that the merger and uplist appear assured, "friends and family" and others in the know may put in purchase orders.
And of course there will be shares from panic sellers available tomorrow.

To get off OTC is the goal and now will be attainable.
Now real investors can evaluate the products and the potential of nFUSZ. How do you think such a distinguished group of heavy hitters signed on to the BOD and Advisory Board. jWhy did Rory buy shares at $1.40 and convert debt. Why are we dealing with Marketo(Adobe), Oracle, Odoo, SAP. Sirius etc.
Now FUSZ will be untethered and be valued in accord with company prospects.
Who cares if there is a reverse split. That has to do with share structure and has little or nothing to do with business prospects.
And purely my opinion...this would be a $500m company now if they had gone the VC route and had a JP Morgan IPO.
