Per Ameritrade.....
Everyone may know this nonetheless here goes:
If one has a margin account at TDAmeritrade but is NOT utilising margin debt then your shares can NOT be lent out to shortsellers.
If at a later date you use margin debt they can then be lent out.
Act accordingly.
Exactly. I mastered Economics 101.
That's why I suggested 6 months. Others like one year. So be it.
My point was that when nFUSZ tech becomes ubiquitous raising the rates will result in very few giving up the service and guess what......
All shareholders will be rewarded.
$$$
In six months increase subscription rates
50%
And watch what that does for the bottom line and share price.
I understand the business plan but subscription rates are way too low for value added....especially when there is NO competition.
And if we get bought out the first thing the buyer will do is raise rates. Bank on it.
Passing $1.99 will be possible when VERT has dealt with Kodiak shares.
Maybe right now.
About 3 months ago FUSZ was
Priced near 7 cents so a convertible priced below 10 cents seems appropriate given the timeframe.
If the stock went to 2 cents who would be protesting then?
Facebook's AI as predictor
Implications for nFUSZ and the human race

"Conversion rates as high as 600%"
Perhaps you meant increases conversion rates by up to 600%
As rich as you'll be...
Important to distinguish between and use properly
your vs you're.
Thank me at $10.
Aptly put
"Anyway, as one who is also up there in years, I hope FUSZ will make the sunset a lots more beautiful! "
colmar...I remember
We've been involved with two other "gift" horses. I stayed too long before the light went on. Try to overcome human nature and not let that happen again.
However FUSZ does sing the siren's song.
I get the herd mentality re upcoming announcements but my experience has been (repeatedly) that one usually is set up for disappointment ...expecting miracle appreciation (a variant of confirmation bias)....especially recent buyers.
If you bought FUSZ at 10 cents you have a large margin to remain patient and philosophical.
I'm very optimistic about products and management and I suppose fortunate that my average cost is 71 cents. If by some chance the share price spikes wildly then I will pare/liquidate my holdings and look to reenter lower.
Don't bother with short catcalls...as I own several hundred thousand shares. But I'm in the sunset of life and have looked too many gift horses in the mouth.
Low volume week
Will limit Kodiak sales to maximum of 500k next week.
My guess is that VERT was selling for Kodiak the past two days or more thus limiting the ceiling.
So far, at least, a cautious wait and see attitude has proven to be the perfect foil to message board bloviating and soothsaying.
No volume indicates that today for new investors the Rory Kool-Aid has so far been ineffectual....must be the slow release tablet.
6.1 million shares traded
this week.
Kodiak has had ample opportunity to unload their allotment of approx 750k shares.
I see BMIC on Level 2 so they have not been curtailed as of yet. Really though a seller can switch to any MM. Not sure the Alpine/BMIC discussion has relevance here.
But I'm here to learn.
Clients who want to buy shares..
Seriously. Open an Ameritrade account and buy all you want.
There was no single epiphany.......just a sense that the boat was taking on water.
I may have been burdened by being at the VMWare event in SFO where Sphere was given lots of attention and they had just signed up the sales rep from Dell.....sorry his name has slipped my consciousness.
Also a good friend of mine and fellow investor went to the dog and pony show sponsored by MSFT in Silicon Valley...there was a tech writer there of some importance...MSFT seemed all pleased with its future with ANY. I know it seems ludicrous looking back now.
Also SS became very rude. He told me to "lose his number" which shocked me as I rolled with the punches better than most. He may have figured out that there was a big problem but how to break it to his subs. That is all speculation as I don't know how he fell off the wagon. I'm certain that he had much of his personal money tied up in it.
You and Derek and Hugo were portrayed as such losers by the Faithful....life never stops teaching one lessons.
And when they put Tass et al in jail I'll buy the drinks.
So I'm theoretically a little smarter, certainly less rich, new wife and the old one always said I was great at making financial comebacks......and I think that I am...with much less bravado this go round.
I'd be all ears
Explain, explain, explain
Perhaps the former CEO can explain why in 2014 he said "we are tired of development, now is the time to sell" when the product was still a fiction? Perhaps he can explain what happened to all the big partner deals? Perhaps he can explain what happened to the 30,000 users at CCPS and the 10,000 users at New Caney?
Perhaps he can explain how he said the Glassware solution could deliver Apple apps, and IBM mainframe data and apps to the cloud, and how it could deliver embedded Windows in ATMs?
Kodiak............
Would estimate that by mid week we won't have them to keep the price in check
Dollars or shares?
Probably a more impactful question several months from now.
TOS reported
And deleted damn fast
More financing coming....SO WHAT!
What rapid growing business doesn't need to raise money. Better at 50 cents or $1.00 than
$0.07. (That was awful...bye bye to those days)
Grow the business, take advantage of opportunities and soon one is cash flow positive.
Need more money then...great, issue a non convertible bond and pay interest like every other successful business
6% anyone??
Moreover, NYC Microcap investors will also eat this up.
Yes probably very accurate. A very unusual act in the microcap world. Insider purchase at market price after a multi-bagger run-up.
Hence very meaningful.
I get that...NEED being the key word.
Amazing how infrequently the cruel mistress (the stock market) rewards individual investor
NEED.
Appears that the competition already is aligned with Oracle and many others that we covet.
Hardly serves to discredit the CEO or the vidyard product.
The marketplace with decide regardless of how aggressive or pretty the cheerleaders are.
Or how LOUD.
Or REPETITVE.
It is a form of my dad is stronger than your dad....even though I've never met/seen your dad.
Good luck with that as an investment paradigm.
Hey Rory what do you think...are you really tougher than the vidyard guy?
Round #1 coming soon
I would venture that software buyers are unconcerned with whom the CEO of the company is.
Good thing as how many have heard of RoryCRM
This is not akin to buying music and Mick Jagger
Competition not asleep...Vidyard
No walk out but not to be overlooked

Best not get your expectations too high
too soon.
We have no idea how much exposure that FUSZ will get at Marketo/Oracle summits. There will be lots else going on there too.
And face it in the real world outside this MB few have heard of FUSZ or NotifiANYTHING.
Time and revenue will tell the story and I expect it to be a good one. But those even contemplating seriously anything near $8 by month's end should have their finger on the sell button if their wild a$$ dream comes true. Remember no institutional support, no revenue and OTC...Ugh
Remember the trip from $2.10 to 0.77. Setting the computer's algorithm to naked short can wreck a party damn fast.
Seriously...Zip
That pearl of info makes reading all the worthless rah rah and price guesses (almost?) worthwhile.
Thanks for sharing...that could be very meaningful. Must have relit your FUSZ.
If ServiceQuest sells T. KINKade as art
(Bless them)
They should be able to market NotifiCRM as the
HOLY GRAIL
Hawaii trip....all that needs to be said is that the trip is definitely a GO but we are so swamped that we haven't been able to set a date YET.
YET
Message sent...Problem solved
Ok then..he did say that when they got to 20k subs (which he indicated would be a near no brainer) the Hawaii trip was on.
Tell me then...is the trip a go? Diets and tanning booth attendance is nice but can we deal with the issue directly.
Had a friend remark that confirming 20k subscribers (tickets and hotel booked) would rocket the share price to $3.
Now that I have everyone's attention.......
Que pasa?
Can Rory clarify why he changed his mind ...
Re Subscription numbers.
I thought I understood his rationale but maybe I didn't fully.
I bring this up again because I know of two investors who bailed specifically because he "flipped" ...one might say.
These two investors dumped 500k+ shares and this makes me think there must have been others too.
Now Rory prides himself re shareholder communication...so maybe with readdressing and clarifying this confusion these errants might buy back in.
And even if they fail to this about face has left many unsettled/disquieted...pick a term.
Rory...what do you say?
Roach...Good answer and.....
Important for shareholders to grasp (like me for instance).
Box ticked.
Question for Roach or Rory.
You signed up for NotifiCRM and from memory had two 15 minute sessions to get up and running.
How does a company with 10 or so employees find the time to sign up subscribers that require 30 minutes of contact time?
Help me with this Rory or others in the know.
Likely very little happens in the immediate aftermath.
These are big investors with lots of pretty skirts to, how you say, perform DD on.
Have committees, approvals, second opinions. reluctance or prohibition re OTC stocks
Increased awareness of nFUSZ will eventually lead to buys.
Sorry..no instant gratification.
$$$ from dating sites
Perhaps the business paradigm could be to negotiate a reduced rate with, for example Match, and share the proceeds. This upgrade/option could only be used in the Match milieu and would be a great profit centre for all involved (even the lovelorn).
Not only would the revenue be great but the exposure and conversion rate for full and extended use post Match (bliss) would be an annuity for nFUSZ.
Imagine on your walkout you could have a testimonial from a colleague, sibling, ex spouse.....greatest DAD ever.....endless crazy ideas.
OT Met my wife on Match...not always a match made in heaven but I'm a realist. Seriously though, a very good gal.
You are in good company.
There is no shortage of clairvoyance on this board. Somehow I was in the wrong line when it was distributed.
I've tried to compensate but it's been all uphill.
Celebrate your good fortune.
Apple, Google, Amazon, Netflix
Have this RARE QUALITY in common
UBIQUITY
Link that with FUSZ's potential and an absurd stock price suddenly seems less absurd.
Been to lots of rodeos
Never have I heard a more impressive presentation than today's radio broadcast. Rory is stoked for all the right reasons. And the timeline is SO compressed.
Shorts should be spending some quiet time listening to radio re-broadcasts.
This investment could be the biggest opportunity of your/our collective lifetimes. I have made and lost millions, tens of millions actually....not sure that I have ever witnessed anything like this.
FUSZ is either a $10 stock or $100. Will pay to yap less and buy more...my opinion.
