I cannot fathom a more worthless pursuit than Monkey Pox… therefore when one applies my near-consistently 180* out-of-phase investment algorithm, we are destined for a fifty bagger. Disclaimer: I do occasionally deviate from utter failure, a la INO @ $30.08, but even a blind dog finds a bone some times.

Neoplasia Press “S2 Subunit of SARS-nCoV-2 Interacts with Tumor Suppressor Protein p53 and BRCA: an In Silico Study”
My thoughts: An especially interesting and IPIX-pertinent study which may underscore the need for Kevetrin in treating vaccine associated genetic damage to P53. This modeling study shows that the spike protein has a high affinity for the anti cancer proteins P53, BRCA1/2, binding to and inactivating these tumor suppressor genes.

I believe so, and as a potent antiviral in early stage or mild disease while viral load is building, antecedent to widespread cell and cell nucleus damage. There’s a “sweet spot” somewhere within the line of progression between pre-exposure, incubation, presentation and end-stage disease, where a drug can yield best (if any) results. In vitro data was obviously sufficiently convincing to RBL AND FDA to garner attention, so there’s surely some “there” there… it’s just a matter of, where’s there?
Virus entry is immaterial at moderate to severe stage. Might as well have trialed B in cadavers.
I agree, mild-to-moderates won’t be found in EDs, so not the ideal marketplace for B. The successful mild-to-moderates have gone to pop-up clinics for monoclonal antibody infusion. That’s exactly the type of outpatient scenario in which Brilacidin would be administered. Seems an ideal combo therapy, as it would simultaneously address inflammation while reducing viral load, while antibody therapy ramps up. I see no reason to declare this marvelous compound totally without prospect in the Covid arena.
You just can’t resurrect tissue that’s gone septic. This drug ain’t Jesus. I bitched about this trial being “moderate to severe” instead of “mild to moderate” seeing full well it was an ugly setup. Had trial enrollees been the latter, I’m certain results would have been starkly different. Somebody scoops this asset up. Question is, under what arrangement.
Excellent piece. At this point, setting aside bots and fuds, longs have turned into Lt Col. Kilgore.
Any board speculation as to whether B would disrupt Variola, since that’s the prospective pandemic du jour?
Bingo! Which is why it was madness to design any trial on “moderate to severe disease”. The data will still be useful, but not nearly as useful as that of a Mild to Moderate trial.
Covid-19’s existence is not a hoax, but the narrative surrounding it is almost entirely manipulated for the purpose of consolidating money, resources and political power. I’m here because I believe Brilacidin to be a potent antiviral, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory therapeutic against enveloped and non enveloped viruses, among other pathogens. This worldwide scorched-earth policy against a virus with this virulence profile seems intuitive to you?
and of those, a fat 11% are probably flu A, B, RSV or SARS
You'd better hope Leo is fraud savvy, because without an elaborate grift flow chart, with substantial value-added for every preferred class shareholder, university, CRO, party boss, politician, politician's wife, son, mistress and dog, every regulatory agency, media promoter, pharma, hospital, blackmailer, mob family and cartel, no drug business model flies. Zero efficacy would be a bonus in this case, because then all the above get a new placebo drug to succeed "dude-there's-not-much-meat-left-on-the-bone" Rem, AND keep their cherished pandemic humming in the bargain! and here people think organic chemistry and molecular biology is the operative part of the drug business lol It's the grift, baby! This is right up "Numbers" Leo's alley, and being in bed with the Russians only adds to the delicious profanity of it all. OR, maybe its all on the up and up, and we'll be partying on the big island...Either way, I smell money.
In that case, B will be declared SOC. In Upside Down world, failure is lionized.
There is certainly a place for both, if indeed we are talking about a “vaccine” as defined under the same parameters and nomenclature as annual flu vaccines (and others). Aggravatingly, CDC seems to be altering definitions in real time, much like those pesky rules painted on the wall of the barn. mRNA is something else altogether, plus a great sea of unknowns. Another dissimilarity is this: the equally impressive volume of flu cases, spiking from year to year, depending on strain, it’s similar transmissibility and virulence profile, but such a conspicuous lack of a similar scorched-earth global policy to combat it. I don’t believe in bogeymen, but I do believe in human nature. We have seen a concerted and coordinated effort to quash therapeutics, informationally and politically, going so far as for government officials inserting themselves between pharmacists, doctors and patients, and now, even into the monoclonal supply chain. Nothing there compares remotely to influenza responses in times past. I’ve forgone flu vaccines my whole life because I’ve weighed the cost and benefit. I’ve caught severe influenza twice, in 2003 and 2012 at 34 and 43, and can truly appreciate how it can be a death sentence to the aged or weakened. That said, I’m also certifiably phobic about accumulating metals, which if eliminated from vax compounding, would totally change my position (not so unreasonable, eh?) I’ll reconsider the cost/benefit when the disease du jour is more impressive, I believe my immunity has lost robustness or my estimated lifespan consigns my long-term metals accumulation concerns to mootness. We do need both. The current protocol for both is not sustainable, and simply creates new and arguably unintended consequences down the road. OTC meds to tamp down the symptoms are excellent analgesic choices for those, not necessarily who either don't think they need a vaccine or for whom the vaccine wasn't effective and get infected anyway, but those who mount a proportionate, typical, natural response, but expectedly suffer discomfort in the process.
We have MAB clinics throughout FL and other non-lockdown states, which have delivered remarkable early treatment results. Therapeutics was ALWAYS the solution… which is why the Feds have clamped down so harshly on them. Just imagine the political embarrassment Brilacidin would deliver. I still can’t believe monoclonals got this much yardage before getting sacked.
Don’t fret over Covid-19 having seen its 15 minutes. I have a feeling that was just the warm-up act. What’ll they use for the real plandemic? A designer Influenza?
Considering these Covid “measures” are being devised by the same people that brought us public schools, the V.A., the D.M.V., Portland, Chicago, Minneapolis, Louisville, the Covid pandemic, the NY/NJ/PA/MI/CA Nursing Home Covid Holocaust, a $28t debt, and the All-Time-Blue-Ribbon-C.F. Award for Afghanistan policy, I’m not expecting glowing results.
The day traffic is noticeably thinned out, only then will I concede we have a functional pandemic.
you clearly don’t understand the recalcitrance of gov’t employees
If B effectively destroys Coronavirus et al in vivo, you can rest assured it will hang itself with a washcloth from a 4’ bunk bed, and there’ll be no video. B’s lifeless doppelgänger will be stretchered out the front door before a rabid press, while a certain synthetic peptide gets hustled out the back, blindfolded, into a waiting Zil. Leo will get the Morrie from some fedora in the back seat because he won’t shut up about his money, and politicians will suspiciously begin living (and serving) to 104 while retail citizens continue plodding ahead with the current dystopian bullshit. Q-anons will claim it’s Adenochrome, but we’ll know better. (Or, we could be the next Regeneron)
That was my suspicion on the 3 to 5 day adjustment as well.
Has the IV dosage range ever been published for any of the C-19 protocols?
Of course the story reads “stocks sink on resurgence of Covid-19”. I hear that’s why maskless American flag-waving Cubans are protesting as well. Stocks are sinking on pre-bubble-pop-profit-taking, rabid inflation of the money supply, an interest rate hike lurking around the corner, mounting debt, relentless race-baiting, persistent commodity shortages, Chinese saber rattling, and no one in the wheelhouse but a stammering Alzheimer’s patient, prattling about leg hair and cockroaches. The news wouldn’t acknowledge the elephant in the room if it was standing on their foot. Thankfully stocks like IPIX tend to look safer when the mainstream market borrows a page from Revelations.
Putin is a known quantity: Machiavellian. Think from such a leader’s POV: The population sector getting wiped out by C-19 is old, obese & diabetic… re: drains on the system. From this perspective, C-19 is doing Russia a service. I expect that perspective runs endemic with today’s leaders. Just look to NY: in the beginning we knew very little about this virus, but we did know one thing: Keep it out of the nursing homes. The fact that nursing homes were consciously seeded with the virus screams intent. To the extent that Coronavirus is a threat to the oligarch class, who often enjoy the unfortunate distinction of being old, obese and diabetic, a pan-coronavirus antiviral is especially valuable. I expect B will be developed, but not for the masses.
Especially if B is effective against Small Pox Variola virus, which seems to be the powers-that-be’s next planned gift to humanity, according to CDC. Wonder if RBLs have run assays on that wild card yet.
It’s like the government blew $10 trillion on a Manhattan Project to fix a machine that only needed plugging in. The solution was always so obvious: antivirals. It’s almost worthy of a Scooby Doo plot “it’s so crazy, it just might work”
JIC anyone was resigned to C-19 having left the station, rest assured that governments run amok are cooking up plenty more (and C-19’s limp-wristed virulence has only bred a dangerous complacency that won’t serve us well next go ‘round)

appointing my dog to regulate Elon Musk would be about as “messed up” as the FDA having input over AI-designed synthetic peptide therapeutics.
You just underscored the entire FDA business model. CDC and FDA squabbled and obstructed every existing testing assay available when Wuhan broke. Every drug they approve, despite exhaustive double-blind and long-term study still ends up on late night class action attorney commercials. Every therapeutic, both known and promising, has been methodically discredited or obstructed, even as vaccine compounds with a fraction of the safety/efficacy profile are EUAed. In this age of disinformation and outright censorship, we must call upon our caveman instincts and realize anecdotal evidence is the only truth to be had. The powers that be want this pandemic. They protect it at all costs. They rebrand it and repackage it. New and improved! Therapeutics are and will continue to be extremely valuable, but not in the traditional “build a better mousetrap and the world will beat a path to your door” sense.. they will be developed, produced and stockpiled by and for a very narrowly defined demographic. Somebody’s going to be picking the winners and losers on specific criteria. The only missing piece to the whole crazy conspiracy theory, is the wholesale dropping of people like flies months from now due to having been primed today, which I’m sure will be heralded not as a paradoxical response, but as a virulent variant strain, which will prod remaining holdouts to run to their nearest vax line, only to join their predecessors in shorter order. Everything about this stinks. Everything about this makes sense.
The more viable B (and other therapeutics) prove to have always been, the more this whole Covid scam glares in the face of every objective thinking person.
The more efficacious our compound proves to be, compounded with favorable words from a hapless press, the more we become a lightning rod for opposition. Expect Brilacidin to be marked by Caesar, put on trial by the Pharisees, mocked and crucified, not unlike HCQ. Russia remains quite the wild card in this game.
“The FDA appears to be biased against therapeutics in favor of the vaccines.” Whether you’re a scientist, a detective, or predisposed to deductive reasoning in general, patterns are what you rely upon. Patterns are proof.
Forget the pandemic, WE HAVE THE FREAKIN' CURE FOR THE COMMON COLD. The latter is something. The pandemic on the other hand, has no chops. If it had, the insipid traffic I deal with every day would've lessened.
I stumbled upon this same info through the following newsletter. I particularly like the "Factchecked by" notations included by the editor, whom unlike the typical fact checkers of the day, are RN and MD credentialed. Actually, this tidy article has curb appeal. I might just use it when referring fellow investors.

How about a Pan-Virus Therapeutic instead?
https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/scientists-call-for-pan-virus-vaccines-to-prevent-next-pandemic
Russia is perhaps the only forum where the tentacles of coordinated frustration against therapeutics have no sway. Cant think of a taller middle finger to the system.
Excellent, though I wish the graphic wasn’t so kindergartener
519 is the anti fungal. 30063 is Brilacidin. Cant recall if we acquired 519 in the portfolio back in 2013.
No objections to your timeline or healthy skepticism, but I do sense that families of loved ones hospitalized with wuhan virus prognoses dour enough to warrant experimental treatment will flap their mouths should notable improvements take place in short order. I’m hoping for credible information leaks prior to published results, as much for a hedge against BP or political interests burying Brilacidin with their own narrative as I am for making obscene and grotesque profits.
