Hey ;) how about money laundering
then the company service recreational MJ too.
Just Joking of course, don't want to give the company any bad ideas.
About that lender
has anyone who lives in LA gone by the 26th floor just to verify for them self that the office exists. Seems a simple thing.
When one googles the "5900 Wilshire Blvd, 26th Floor", many businesses pop up but not the one I am looking for. (IVest...)
Maybe someone who lives in LA will go and see, with camera phone in hand.
It would seem that the MMJ business is not that complicated at all.
Remember, it is not start-up, it already exists, successfully.
Problems arise from frequent illegal customers, including selling online,(craigslist etc).
Collectives need accountants and lawyers, other than that I really can't see a need for outsiders.
That still seems to be quite a reach.
Look at how many collectives are already operating without MG's help.
MG seems not well thought out.
I mean MMJ already exists, MG has really not defined their place in the industry.
That consulting phase, isn't that kind of iffy?
That seems to be quite a reach.
If a group wants to sell MMJ they just find a legal county,
grow some weed, and sell it.
I'm not understanding this consulting angle.
It's not like there aren't collectives out there operating without paying for help, except maybe lawyers.
What exactly is this company servicing collectives with?
So you are "hinting" at HUGE trouble for A@GY soon.
Could that be why SKT3 was re-activated?
I mean, did they know A@GY was going to be in trouble,
so then just shift to SKT3?
You are on a roll today Boom!!!
Enjoy the movie.
Thanks for your prompt reply!
I'm impressed,
Actual verification of a statement.
Now how about these:
1) history of Bremner (being from Canada you might know about him)
2) your connection to that billionaire you spent a meal with (is he family, friend, a business contact, someone you work for?)
Can you tell us more?
Has any stock holder gone over
to Ivest Consumer's office to talk to their people?
Some one who lives in LA might go there.
When the shorts have to cover,
How much money or shares will come out of the dark?
Got a clue or guess as to who might be holding them?
Can this be true?
How much you expect to to gain in cash from that, will it be HUGE?
Got any Idea of the money value or amount of shares?
So then its possible they might never put all that information together.
I read a most of a very long list of requirements that I think Integral
provided. It was hard enough just to scan it, they will need a real business lawyer.
How long can IEquity etc, hide from the SEC without any kind of filing?
When they do file the necessary forms is it possible they will be accurate?
Drug driven thieves rob banks with notes and guns,
when if they had just stayed in school a little longer they could have a comfortable lifetime of theft with a computer and shell websites.
Some nice investigative work has been presented lately.
Most of it backed up with legal quotes or verifiable statements.
It makes you wonder if the company is planning to jump ship soon.
They don't even seem to care if their shoddy work is found out.
Providing proof of one's past statements is a guarantee of being believed in the present. Doing DD is easier when one has facts to start with rather than non-facts. So Many non-facts are presented as meaningful here at SKTO.
Thanks for the heads up, we'll all be watching for this
Nice move up GNGR, like a weight has been lifted of your back!!!
So the IVestConsumer web site points to some joint venture.
Has it been made clear yet what that is?
Maybe our top posters could find out?
Seems important.
I SKTO today is rising on the strength of an IRadio tower.
IRadio spinning tales of new wisdom and wealth.
Couldn't yesterday's PR be posted in time.
But then, that can still be used tomorrow.
Don't you get it? SKTO has switched to the radio station now
IEquity IVest IRadio aye aye aye
Just for the heck of it, ask your broker
what he thinks of SKTOs moves.
Why not show him the PRs and mention the Board posts that are influencing your decision?
Confusing stuff will still works for SKTO
We are talking serial PRs here.
Will the re-released PR from yesterday be amended to correct any possible errors or questions raised at IHUB?
Will it be enough to just have a wider audience with the same info, even though it may be incorrect?
Isn't the IVEST connection a hint of a SKTO buy out?
There is still the merger card to play, with so many companies involved, that could be repeated several times.
Merge with A@9Y, merge with FarmaJ, merge with etc.
This could be multiplied by taking FarmaJ public, then privatize A@9Y
SKTO is expert
at timely PRs. They don't always follow up on the PR,
but they spin one out whenever the last one has dried
up or gone sour.
Just when the IVEST connection and reality had raised serious doubt,
they issue to "name change".
It's interesting to see what will happen next.
Today we are expecting the "name change" PR more widely distributed on another PR service.
When can we expect some real production? The trucks delivering stuff?
OK I never asked it before, but is it possible this is a SCAM?
Ain't that the truth! Do your own DD
So much is said about SKTO, you really have to sift through it
Calls, tweets or emails to the SKTO leadership
by major stock holders seem fitting right now.
Clarification of the many issues raised by John Doe, Richard Roe, et al,
would seem appropriate.
Whether major stock holders wish to share their finding is up to them.
Just saying.
MARX would really be the best name
Because this stock grows on the flimsiest of news.
SKTO = MARX
Then SKTO (MARX) would already have an ad from the old days
" Sure kid, why do you think they call it dope "
Daddy built this empire on the strength of PR's and websites alone.
How about MARX for a ticker?
Kind of fitting and funny name for SKTO
Here's a great chance to fulfill your wish
Looks like you got what you wanted - The price is going down
Be careful what you wish for
There's a good chance you will get your wish.
More SKTO news might help push it lower.
RED HERRING SKTO & IVST
So Sam Bremner does have a history, although, his company can not be validated 100%.
We don't know his connection to SKTO, even though KA & GJ
are in a video on his website.
Questions:
Why erect a website that investigators will debunk in less than a week without a lawyer or police help?
The website has really bad English. Why?
Was he photo shopped in some of his red carpet pictures?
It seems SKTO is really going to have come up with some kind of actual product on the shelf, not in development or PRs.
The media blitz never works, yet you still have loyal investors.
Who would benefit from this ruse?
Sorry about that, Thanks for the correction
about AmSv finding IVEST first.
IVest and SKTO board
This is the first mention of IVEST that I found on the SKTO board.
Just curious, where did you first hear about them.
At the time the main topic was the upcoming radio interview.
That's the thing, we have no verification that IVest is a 13 year old company with 1.3Billion assets. I am still waiting to hear from a Canadian contact about their history. All those PRs and blogs allow you to post your own article. Its not like they send out a reporter to investigate and write a story.
WE just like believing it is a company with a storied history.
Even if that is true, we have no other verification.
How and why will IVest fit into SKTO's business plan?
Was SKTO reinvented and thrust into the Medical Greens arena because A@GY had maxed out it "growth potential?"
Oh yes I read that and others about IVest.
Next time you check them out go a level deeper,
(click past the articles to HOME)
There you will see that you can add an article,
They even provide guide lines on how to write the article.
Perhaps IVest does have money, but their connection to SKTO has not been established.
Every piece of news about them is suspect.
You mentioned before that you knew of Mr Bremner.
Tell us his history, or human interest angle.
Many say he has 1.3Billion to lend and manage.
But you are the only who has heard of him before his recent addition to the SKTO board.
I know nothing about Mr. Bremner, but neither does anyone else here, but you.
