This should of been able to do with a simple notification to OTC Markets , but they went the extra mile and filed a new 15c2-11, which I believe is totally unnecessary, but USA regulators and OTC Markets are forcing any company based in Asia to jump through flaming hoops to get anything approved .
Filings are a current ….the new filings are simply to get Shell icon removed from OTCMarkets website.
Not due until May 15th , CEO is a CPA financials are no problem.
Successfully got shares deposited into DTC, thanks to anyone who helped !!!!
MSBM has been declared DTC eligible, needs shares deposited into the DTC system within 30 days of they will lose this. Please help !!!
Interactive Brokers and other larger discount traders ….need to be manually notified of DTC eligible updates ….their compliance depts are very slow to pick up changes ….Pacific Stock Transfer has already said it was DTC eligible. But have no obligation to report this to other Broker Dealers .
Either shareholders of Tingo are really stupid or they know something we don’t .
Why would anyone sell shares in a company on the OTC that is headed to the NYSE?
Applying for DWAK / Fast takes about 10 days .
MSBM is now DTC Eligible, need to get shares deposited in the DTC system . Any help you lend to this , please private message me .
The company is now ready to deposit shares into DTC . Paul , can you send me your contact information through private message ?
Been trying to tell everyone to help if you can on getting shares into the DTC system, it is for everyone’s benefit .
I don’t own any free trading shares , I’m considered an affiliate of the company, so I cannot trade on inside information. No one in the company has free trading shares either….must be deposited by someone who has free trading shares no matter how large or small . I have a friend who bought shares through ETrade and is attempting to deposit their shares now ….but ETrade is very difficult to get through to a live person , who can actually help. This has been a very frustrating process to say the least.
Was done through Pacific Stock Transfer, who subcontracted it out to a company that specialises in doing this , they have already finished their interview with DTCC and rendered the legal opinion . Now just need a retail deposit of shares into the DTC system , into the name of CEDE & Co. The official name of DTCC that holds share in trust for your Broker Dealer.
Yes , have now been approved as a DTC eligible company , Just need a retail deposit of shares to complete the application.
We have , trying to get ETrade to cooperate . Getting someone to pick up a phone or Answer an email has been difficult ….they are all working from home , so no central command system now , all automated .
The company filed all of the document needed at great cost and time to them , they made the effort to get the shares DTC eligible…..they only need at least one block of free trading paper deposited into the system to complete the application…if you don’t want to help , no problem , they will find at least one old shareholder that will do this ….but I can assure you , there will be no outside buying from accredited Asian investors until this is done. The brokerage firms like interactive Brokers , will not allow them to buy it , unless it is DTC eligible. Call someone who has an account with IB and ask them ….TDAmeritrade is the same .
You are obviously not knowledgeable on the subject. I am . Once you apply for DTC eligibility and are approved , Free trading shares need to deposited into DTC within 90 days or you must start you application over ….The company got zero shares of free trading shares when they bought the company from Lazar ( none of his companies deliver free trading shares ) The only free trading shares are held by guys like you , probably owned shares prior to MSBM acquiring the company . The company has Zero shares deposited into DTC , it was sold as DTC eligible, but found out later that a Chill was placed on the shares , Transfer agents can’t automatically deposit shares into DTC without depositing shares into a brokerage firm , this has to be ordered by a shareholder . We have bought shares in the markets, but these are just market makers ( like ETrade ) selling shares internally, not from the open market.
There will be no outside buying from Asia if the shares are not DTC eligible. Everyone need to encourage your brokerage firm to deposit your shares into DTC . If you want the shares to take off and not trade amongst yourselves , this is a must . The company made this very plain in its last PR.
Company was waiting to get DTC eligible before they started getting outside buying …maybe they achieved this.
You bought your shares through TD ? How long ago ?
Did you get your response from company ? Awful silent ??
We actually checked and there are some shareholders sending in mail…we have already replied them
Direct Reply from their IR dept .
I spoke to Patrick Au the new CEO of MSBM. He asked the name of the person who sent an email ….They will be back in their office Monday …..
I will ask them Friday , when they are back to work , if they have received any emails from Shareholders. . Where did you get their email address from ?
Conspiracy theories are stupid …..these guys paid 300k in USD to buy control of this company ….anyone who knows people from Hongkong , they don’t invest in anything for no reason …..they are looking at the big , long term picture …not worried about penny stock fodder . Everyone involved in this deal are reputable CPAs or Lawyers, who manage large funds….
I don’t have a dog in this fight ….huge spread in this deal . Only helping my friend in Hongkong who asked me to help .
It is Chinese New Year in Asia now no one works until Friday ….banks and brokerages are shut down …so go ahead and sell ….you will be very sorry .
In my opinion this deal will be a huge winner!
I didn’t say it would have no chance . I said had not David Lazar and now the present owners had not spent the time and effort to save DIEN from crashing and burning …..you would not have the opportunity you have now to actually make money .
The transition from Shell to operating company takes time and effort . Especially custodian shells , but if not for these guys you would of lost everything , you would be trading on the expert market ( grey sheets ). And would have no chance .
They got zero free trading shares from Lazar ….he never delivers free trading on his deals .
We have bought shares from ETrade and ask to have them deposited into DTC , Very slow process .
I know the new CEO personally , he asked me to help get shares into DTC , and yes I have seen the shareholders list ….you don’t need a NOBO list to determine if shares are deposited into DTC …just look on a standard shareholders list and look for CEDE and Co as a shareholder, if their is no shareholder named CEDE , their is no shares deposited into DTC …..also contacted the TA who also confirmed this.
The CEO is a well known CPA and fund manager in Hongkong . He manages several huge Family Office funds . I’m sure if they wanted the share price to move , he could with one phone call . They are a stickler for doing things correctly …and DTC eligibility is the last thing on their list .
Found out the Goldman Sachs , Merrill Lynch , and about 7 other brokerage firms own this stock , probably holding it for their customers …..but no shares deposited into CEDE and Co. They holding company for DTC …..
Checking to see if fidelity is also on the shareholders list …..
If you are buying shares , it must of been through ETrade or Charles Schwab. They already have shares in inventory and matches your trades with a seller within the brokerage firm …..they do not buy them in the open market . Manual transfer of shares is very slow and expensive…DTC allows shares to be transferred broker to broker electronically within Two days of the transaction . This can only be done if the company is DTC eligible. MSBM has now completed its application for DTC eligibility, they just need shares deposited into DTC though its trading company known as CEDE and Company .
They cannot sell shares that are not in DTC …..only match buy sell trades internally in brokerage firm . Commonly called crossing .
The company now is DTC ineligible, they have applied for DTC eligibility, which is a long drawn out process …..no one in the company has access to free trading shares , so they need someone who has free trading shares to ask their brokerage firm to deposit their shares into DTC ….this changes nothing in your account except you can trade the shares outside of your brokerage firm ….not your shares are only being recycled by your brokerage firm , not trading in the open market .
Depository Trust Corporation …Google it.
Need your help !!! MSBM needs to have your shares deposited into DTC . This will allow electronic transfer of shares between brokerage firms ….increasing trading activity , liquidity and volume. Please ask your broker to deposit your shares into DTC , nothing changes in your account , just the flexibility to trade your shares in the open market.
