I kind hope theres a dip haha. I didn't see this news till now. Wish I bought back in. Will buy at premium like I said I would. Germinario seems to make things safer. O well all weekend to plan monday
I feel like updates stopped when ph*t got busted... Its been a week since pictures.
Whats the min. for license approval?
I don't think they'll make easter. 7 days away is too tight.
Me too... I dodged the fattest bullet with PH*T...Sold my whole position at profit days before suspension.
I like FITX ...but I liked PH*T too. I don't know if should tempt fate. I sold my FITX. Am considering back in at scaled back position.
No advice...just what I am thinking out loud
I did too. I actually got lucky, I had to move moeny around so I sold my whole phot position 2 days ago... I will get back in several of the stocks if things look clean
I have faith in the company...and don't mind picking up shares later at a premium if I'm wrong... But for now I feel better in "wait till dust clears" mode, sold my position. There will be more SEC BS investigations which will shake everyone's confidence. I hope they have a good reason for this
Funny that doesn't look like the original design... I wonder if they changed it

"She is a Health Canada Authorized Hemp THC Sampler (2005-present) and assists with a wide range of interdisciplinary Cannabis related projects."
I guess that is a plus...but I don't think she's in a power position
hahha that is good. I didn't think it was a harmful PR. I've seen worse out of the other "MMJ" companies.
How much I would like a self imposed deadline..."Hey we are getting a final inspection on this date, stand by." I am worried that this may get dragged on. I do have faith though.
Haha maybe if it was Willie Nelson...or Cheech and Chong
Hmm I guess I don't follow board enough...Fitx is like 8% of my portfolio...
Will gladly buy more when license looks days away.
Really? ?????
Its zoned agricultural...so if there is a discrepancy it will be a minor. It even says in the bylaws that minor differences are handled at staff level without a need for public hearing.
Zoning laws are more about ends than means.
That is a fair question as far as the public hearing usually those forums are held if there will be a non-conforming use. If the buildings purpose meets current zoning then no meeting usually happens. Unless there are specific municipal zoning restrictions there shouldn't be an issue.
But the fact that there has been no specific mention as to what they will be doing is worrying.
In a case like this they might want an opportunity to create a restriction if the municipality feels they have never been exposed to a situation like this and therefore never thought of the restriction. Happened near me, small town with someone looking to build a wind farm. The town proved that there was no existing restrictions because nothing else like it before was proposed. Put some in, stopped the project dead in its tracks.
Canada's process could be different idk.
Yeah i'm on free shares at this point too. I do have questions that if addressed I will pick up more until then eh.
Good... Next step what does the zoning dept say? Please try me, I work developing every day.
How about the hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of solar equipment on the building and on the ground. Those are massive setups that are powering something.
Good job actual dd .... that no one recognized. All it took was reading the whole article....
Nobody gives a sh!t about this facebook business....
Correct me if I'm wrong but they were going to convert the smaller building as well right? Can't they get the license if the smaller meets spec even if the larger building isn't complete? I think most of HC regulations were for security.
I actually am gonna run some numbers later. I didn't mean whose bigger or better. There are like 10 approved growers and they all will make money.
Rather that tweed doesn't have much to gain from exagerating numbers because they are not public and their numbers should be accurate since i believe they've grown before?. It would be interesting if Cen's numbers align somewhat. It should be an interesting comparison.
Interesting comparison.

Tweed facility in the hersey factory is 168000 sqft.
Thanks, that was a good tidbit of information. And after reading about it on I think SEC, probably has nothing to do with any of IHUb. Haha funny how things get tossed around.
Thats from 4 yeArs ago ...
How would that be manipulation? Putting in buy orders .... Does anyone know how the shorting rules change tomorrow? Wonder if short and distort will be a thing of the past?
Scottrade user ...and I got nothing.
And I'm an unbiased person who doesn't bash or pump.
I suppose I meant those with large positions whose moves move the stock. The more I think about it though this is a zero sum game... Selling at an inflated price is still screwing someone. I've gotten screwed enough in my earlier days...i guess now i am one of the ones doing the screwing...damn
Funny how sentiments change so quickly. Up downs. If only there was a position that took advantage of both the ups and downs. Oh yeah flipping. MMs want you to buy on the way up and sell on the way down, reverse that and you'll be playing their game.
Oh okay, was that in one of the interviews? Thanks
Bill selling? I have seen a proposed sale filing but no executed sale filing. Anyone got links? Cause i can't find these filings on any reputable sources despite how much they get referenced.
My monthly ihub contribution...
Footings can be poured in winter...a building like they are proposing can be built easily in 1- 2 weeks time depending on crew size. commercial buildings tend to be prefabricated and simple now adays. What will take the longest will be fitting the interior. Prolly 1-2 months total.
I think they actually said 9 weeks? So i'd say they are being realistic.
I speak from experience.
Extra info: Usually permits are required for any step that requires inspection. So it is not unusual to take permits as you go. Normal inspection points would be for safety.. So inspection on structure, fire safety, etc. it is not a guessing game either. The building likely had to meet code before they even started in order to get approved. The inspections are performed after to make sure they stuck to what they said. Idk about canada but in the states working with municipalities SUCKS. If they have gotten this far it is a good sign. Well at least for the facilty...maybe the grow license

Great news today, even though we saw it coming.
Hopefully more to come with both FITX and PHOT!
I retire from ihub, nothing but worthless talk...real people, don't give the runners your money.
Learn from it...
It is possible for the vote to be manipulated several ways...But I see 10%-20% insider ownership so idk. I guess who really know what else could be going on right?
Hypothetically, what would you think if vote didn't pass?
