They repriced their convertibles before... Nothing stopping them from doing it again.
All the talk of convertibles priced at .08 and higher.
These people must really believe in the company... (that was the message from the company)
It was supposed to be an indication of where the pps was going.
Then company repriced those .08s to .0029.
How low do you think they will take .0103s?
The O/S will be 5 billion by May and then comes the R/S.
Net Income:
10/31/2021 - 560,000
07/31/2021 -1,288,000
04/31/2021 - 808,000
01/31/2021 - 409,000
The only way these guys keep going is through private funding and generating enough hype to get retail to pay off the funders.
Still no interest here?
Nothing new from management.
All the main players are still in place. Still making outrageous claims and selling discounted shares to private investors. They are running out of shares quickly. Need to get the volume going and help unload the discounted shares on to retail investors.
There is basicly no presence on social media even after paying for a couple of nobody scammers to hype the company. Everything is driven by desperate shareholders who just want to break even and move on.
Looking for volume here to continue unloading.
Hundreds of millions of shares ready to sell to retail investors.
We just need to get the buyers convinced that things can't possibly get any worse.
In the mean time the company will keep planning how to spin the inevitable R/S as a good thing for shareholders.
A very generous conversion for the Series B holders. Even with a significant R/S they will still be way ahead of retail investors. It's all going to come down to creating the volume needed to unload all these shares on retail.

Typical Vitana-X
PRs with the typical vague references.
Quote:Mr. Locher has supported a $1 billion IPO, an up-listing, a financial controller of a publicly-listed Med Tech group and worked as a trusted partner for various CFO's.
Suported an IPO? How exactly? Was he taking lunch orders and bringing the actual players their coffee?
What is this med tech group? Where was the group listed?
This is typical of a company like Vitana-x. Trying to give the impression that there is something happening when really all they are doing is moving stock out the backdoor. Add in a few more paid names to give the appearance that the goal here is to sell something besides stock.
I'm sure the company will start saying they have award winning products.
What they won't tell you is the company was voted number one by Sammer's mom.
They rented an co-op office in Florida for $99 a month and tried to spin that off as their Headquarters in the US. No different than a PO Box corporation.
The only thing that we know is coming is the R/S and any day now the company will start talking about how its the best thing for retail shareholders so they can get off of the pink sheets.
They are already saying it will be September before they can show any sales. There is no way the last of the A/S is going to hold out until then.
Bleeding Cash
FY2020 Loss of $3,719,054
FY2021 Loss of $2,769,965
They do manage to generate about $100,000 in gross profit per quarter.
They make 27% gross profit and carry an inventory of $400,000
There is no way this is a serious business. Even if they did manage to sell something they don't have anything to deliver. They just have pictures and dreams for sale.
Well, they also have discounted shares to sell if you want to work a private financing deal so the guys can keep some cash in thier pockets. They definietely aren't putting it into the company.
1:660 Series B conversion
No wonder there are so many shares out there that can make money at these levels.
1,344,756 shares on 4/7/2021 @ .02 were worth $26,895.12
Converted at 1:660
887,538,960 shares on 12/20/2021 @.0026 are worth $2,307,601
Not a bad deal. We just need volume from the retail investors to pick up.
And of course the rally cries from the company are begining.
"gifts", "cheapies" etc....
This company is in the share selling business and that is all they are selling
Everything else is preparing to consider thinking about pre-orders soon...
Only took a few months to go from 1.3B to 3B O/S.
It won't take long to max out that 5B A/S
FY2021 Gross Profit $333,949
FY2010 Loss of $2,769,965
Cash Flow from Financing Activities $2,536,716
Discounted shares for financing are all these guys are selling.
And now they are paying for no-name endorsement from people who will say anything for the right price.
Will these new people work out of the corporate offices?

Not a bad deal for the private investors.
And they are ready to sell right about the time the company will be hyping the second attempt at a US "launch". Probably going to be another Zoom call.

Its going to take a lot more volume than this to pay off all the financing. With as bad as things have been they will be happy just get their money back and walk away.
And then there are the Series B Shares.
A very generous conversion for the Series B holders. Even with a significant R/S they will still be way ahead of retail investors. It's all going to come down to creating the volume needed to unload all these shares on retail.

Always overhyping and making themselves sound like amatures.
How about they start with making some sales and then talk about taking over the world. It's embarassing. Luckily they only have 477 Twitter followers so not too much damage was done. Odd they claim to be masters of the MLM world and they only have 477 Twitter followers.
If this guy has never seen a company accomplish so much then he has not had a very good career.

A very generous conversion for the Series B holders. Even with a significant R/S they will still be way ahead of retail investors. It's all going to come down to creating the volume needed to unload all these shares on retail.

Plenty of shares to sell at these levels (and much lower) for a nice profit.
And more coming off restriction everyday.
And the company is reminding us that 1.7 billion additional shares will be avalible to trade right as they are promoting the second attempt at a US launch.
It's going to be a bloodbath for retail investors.
.0021 really will seem like a gift when you see just how low this goes before the R/S.
Looking for volume here to continue unloading.
Hundreds of millions of shares ready to sell to retail investors.
We just need to get the buyers convinced that things can't possibly get any worse.
In the mean time the company will keep planning how to spin the inevitable R/S as a good thing for shareholders.
No wonder sales are awful
Vitana-X thinks they are selling vacuum cleaners in the 1950's.
No one gathers at a "tupperware party" to listen to a sales pitch anymore.
I thought these guys were experienced marketers??
They repriced their convertibles before... Nothing stopping them from doing it again.
All the talk of convertibles priced at .08 and higher.
These people must really believe in the company...
It was supposed to be an indication of where the pps was going.
Then company repriced those .08s to .0029.
How low do you think they will take .0103s?
The O/S will be 5 billion by May and then comes the R/S.
27% Gross Profit.
No wonder they lost $2,769,965 last year.
This was supposed to be an experienced MLM group.
$3,103,914 in operating expenses doesn't help.
Luckily, they were able to get $2,376,876 in funding in exchange for shares converted at .0029 (That's a lot of shares). The manangement team has to pay themselves somehow. Selling product isn't cutting it.
Can't seem to stay on message
One second it's the pandemic that hurt sales because MLM NEEDS that personal one on one contact to really be effective.
Then when they company is caught in a lie about not being able to come to the US for this "pre-launch" (whatever that means) the message changes to virtual is the way to go to save money and unlimited access to the world!!!
If virtual was the ticket then they should have have sales through the roof while the pandemic was going on. The only thing they sold during the pandemic was 730,000,000 shares at .0029 that retail investors need to soak up.
And now the Series B holders demanded a 1:660 conversion to common shares.
There are plenty of good deals out there but not for retail investors.
The company really needs to take a position and stick with it.

No shorting without volume.
Renegotiation is back on the table.
There is no company here. This is all about selling shares.
All Talk...
Quote:Sammer, continued, "Over time we've been observing a constant growth of the potential group of buyers for our innovative products and have been preparing our market entry.
Sitting back observing potential and doing nothing about it.
Haven't been observing growth in sales.
But, they are preparing to start considering thinking about pre-orders soon.
Right on cue. The company starts calling this PPS a gift.
Soon to follow, will be the gift of an R/S to uplist and get away from the OTC as the max out the A/S. This too will be sold as a benefit to shareholders.
Pre-orders... soon...
Pre-launches...
Re-launches...
They only thing this company can do right now is sell discounted shares in exchange for financing.
No wonder sales are awful
Vitana-X thinks they are selling vacuum cleaners in the 1950's.
No one gathers at a "tupperware party" to listen to a sales pitch anymore.

Typical Vitana-X
Pre-orders... soon...
Pre-launches...
Re-launches...
They only thing they seem to do right now is sell discounted shares in exchange for financing.
Now they are saying... Just wait until May.
The bottom line is, the sales aren't there and the company is draining money from the accounts faster than they can sell discounted shares.
Any minute now...
The narrative that they need to do an R/S so they can uplist wil start.
And, they will say it as if they are looking out for the retail shareholder.
There is a reason all the Series B wanted to be converted to common.
Think of all the benefits that go with Series B. Why would they want common shares?
This company always has another story.
They are in the business of selling grand stories and shares.
Covid is still the excuse? These guys aren't even creative with their excuses.
Are they selling vaccum cleaners in the 1950's? Are we really supposed to believe that in person selling is what this "company" needs? Why pay for these people to hire people with a bunch of "followers" if knocking on doors is where the money is.
Bottom line is people have been trapped at home and buying up the internet like crazy. If this were a real company and these guys were the marketing geniuses that they say they are, they would have been taking advantage of this HUGE opportunity, Captive audience sitting at how buying any thing they can find to make them feel a little bit better.
This is a share selling, fund raising operation and nothing more.
They repriced their convertibles before... Nothing stopping them from doing it again.
All the talk of convertibles priced at .08 and higher.
These people must really believe in the company...
Then they got a reprice those .08s to .0029.
How low do you think they will take .0103s?
The next story will be they need to do an R/S so they can uplist.
This company always has another story.
