I smacked the ask and grabbed a starter position of 2,250 shares. I fell the downside is very limited here and might add more in the near future.

With the little DD that I have done, the stock does look promising. The company is using the buzzword blockchain but I am not really sure if the company has an employee with any blockchain experience. I do like the CEO accepted shares @ .15c to pay off a loan to the company and the CEO owns ~46% of the stock.

I have not read any of the filings and have no idea about the finances. I should also mention I do not have a position in NVTQF however I have been watching the stock for about 2 weeks.

NOVATEQNI CORPORATION ANNOUNCES FINANCING

NovaTeqni Corp. is proposing to complete a non-brokered private placement of units at a price of 17 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1-million. Each unit is proposed to consist of one common share in the capital of NovaTeqni and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant may be exercised to acquire one common share at a price of 23 cents per share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance of the warrant. The financing is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. NovaTeqni may pay finders' fees to eligible persons in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies.

NovaTeqni intends to use the net proceeds of this private placement for the development of new products, expansion of its business and for general working capital purposes.

Nice strength to the accumulation, I added more shares early today.
