Good morning SFOR
I think a lot of folks are also silently preloading SFOR. BTW love the crybaby bit.
Seems like the market likes this story: 3D systems getting into bio printing.
Although it's for scaffolding, which Organovo doesn't need. At least now a ONVO lockstep with DDD will make more sense...
3D Systems and United Therapeutics Announce Bioprinting Agreement
BY PR Newswire

ROCK HILL, S.C. and SILVER SPRING, Md., April 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- 3D Systems and United Therapeutics Corporation ( UTHR ) today announced plans to develop solid-organ scaffolds for human transplants. The multi-year collaboration and development agreement combines the 3D printing and precision healthcare expertise of 3D Systems ( DDD ) with the regenerative medicine and organ manufacturing capabilities of United Therapeutics ( UTHR ).
3D Systems ( DDD ) will collaborate with United Therapeutics ( UTHR ) and its organ manufacturing and transplantation-focused subsidiary, Lung Biotechnology PBC. The agreement focuses on development of 3D printing systems for solid-organ scaffolds, beginning with lung scaffolds.
The printing system will target collagen and other building block proteins as scaffold raw materials. Lung Biotechnology PBC will cellularize the scaffolds with patient-specific biological material, including re-differentiated stem cells.
"Our partnership with 3D Systems ( DDD ) is a major step forward in creating an unlimited supply of tolerable transplanted organs," said Martine Rothblatt, Ph.D., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of United Therapeutics ( UTHR ). "By cellularizing scaffolds created with 3D Systems ( DDD) printers with a patient's own cells, there will no longer be a need for immunosuppression and a vastly greater number of patients can extend their enjoyment of life through organ transplantation."
"As a global leader in healthcare solutions, we are part of many developments and applications for 3D printing coming together including bioprinting," said Vyomesh Joshi, Chief Executive Officer of 3D Systems ( DDD ). "We believe bioprinting is a powerful opportunity and we are uniquely positioned with the broadest portfolio of technologies to partner with companies of the caliber of United Therapeutics ( UTHR ) to provide healthcare solutions of the future."
"Combining the resources of United Therapeutics ( UTHR ) and 3D Systems ( DDD ) transforms our capability to tackle this difficult challenge," said Chuck Hull, Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, 3D Systems ( DDD ). "This project will be based out of our new bioprinting lab in San Diego, CA, and will rely on expertise across many technical disciplines within 3D Systems ( DDD ) as well as the domain knowledge of our technical partners at Lung Biotechnology PBC."
The collaboration and joint development will add another technology alternative to United Therapeutics' ( UTHR ) pursuit of an unlimited supply of organs for human transplantation.
"Our Lung Biotechnology public benefit corporation is taking personal regenerative medicine to its highest level yet with this practical, economic solution to a major health care problem," concluded Dr. Rothblatt. "Indeed, we expect one personalized organ transplant will avoid years of health care spending on palliative medical therapies."
I'm with ya there. ONVO has been in my speculation fund since they were a pink sheet. Still think this is like money in the bank long term. Never thought I would be able to average down on ONVO, though, but glad to do so heh.
I wonder how many of us can get up to 10 million shares by then. The way this is going though, we may not get any more under a penny, but I bet someone will have a huge bid waiting there just in case ;) just sayin...
Well, we'll see. Seems more often that a good company with a disruptive technology succeeds and people get rich from it. Just sayin...
By the way, if ONVO's TOX testing is far and away a more superior method of ensuring a drug will pass human clinical trials, which all evidence points to that being the case, then the future success or failure of Organovo is likely of far lessor concern to some big pharma, than what would be saving billions right now by preventing a failed clinical trial, by using this superior testing method.
Let big pharma keep their short sighted time horizon, as ONVO moves ever closer to their stated goal of creating replacement tissue for human transplant without the need for rejection meds.
There have already been concerted, illegal efforts to squash this company by short and distort attacks. Which have also failed. All it did was allow some of us to acquire more shares at stupid cheap prices like we have here now.
But what you say is true. There is a chance that some big pharma could feel threatened and try some underhanded methods to squash this technology. Unfortunately, Uncle Sam originally funded the research into Organovo's bioprinting technology, and has the rights to all the IP. Therefor, it's inevitable that we will have 3D bio printed replacement organs available to us, and at this point, the only means left for big pharma is to get on board and try to capitalize is by partnering in the upcoming clinical studies. Those who are not friends with Organovo will be left with old obsolete tech like pills and potions, and will eventually become irrelevant.
And with a typical P/E of 15 thats $.06 per share... Just sayin...
So who knows what is the deal with 5 separate 500 share trades, and even a 100 share trade?
According to some posting here, $10,000,000.00 is chumps change, and so all the litigators can just pay off SFOR, which means, 7 x 10,000,000.00 = $70,000,000.00 in settlements, worst case. Best case, they go to court, have to pay 3x damages, which nets SFOR $100,000,000.00 each lawsuit, PLUS infringer gets to pay ALL of SFORs legal fees... I guess I don't see much downside here.
I'm answering a little late, but is it possible that the $25K fees from ACS stopped when they agreed to exercise the $9mil buy option, but Strikeforce can't show receipt of the payment yet? It's like they sold them as many copies as they can sell between now and 2020, at which point ACS pays $9mil, no matter how many they've sold. And SFOR gets a percentage of sales, instead of the $25k a month?
Anyway,
So, the only problem that I would have with a bad 1st1/4 might be not having enough cash to buy more if 1st 1/4 sucks lol. Just sayin that even if they ran the company into the ground, which they don't seem to be, one settlement is worth holding this long. Just one lawsuit settles in SFORs favor and you'll never see under a nickel again
They could lose money for years after they get one settlement, since that would pretty much guarantee the remaining six in litigation. Add to that probably more to come once the 1st 3 settle. B&R will probably be right there on consignment... again. Keep in mind, the patent's are not for Strikeforce consumer products, which I like personally as a customer, but for enterprise level OOBA the way I understand it. And this for me make's their consumer sales not very important. Now, if they are selling well, that's icing to the value of the inevitable buy out.

So it looks like .015 is the new high? No idea why this isn't over a nickel yet. Expecting to see some serious pressure to get it back under a penny just to keep them from uplisting. SHorts dream there.
I know right? Dollar shares for pennies. Gotta love the OTC.

I think you meant Clear Lake? Not sure where Lake City is. My son was thrilled when I took him through Mission Control, long before the 9/11 tragedy that turned us into a damn police state.
How did the HSN deal go with SFOR? I was traveling and didn't see it.
I. beg. to. differ. 2016 is when a lot of us longs latched onto SFOR. So for some of us, 2016 was a spectacular year. With the millions of free SFOR shares I've accumulated, worst case I retire in a decade as planned. Best case, I retire this year or next.
Either way SFOR rocks like Elton John. And I did know about Gold49er, that's pretty cool. We may have even worked together. Some of my work is still on the ISS from my NASA days as an engineer at Johnson Space center, hence the name. That's why I was responding to the mention of my screen name here. JK around.
I wouldn't be. The lawsuits are where the cookies are with SFOR. And there's still a shit ton of cookies out there.
Read it again, it says average shares outstanding.
Sorry what?
SFOR!
Stockholder deficit reduced by 50% doesn't exactly suck.
Does this explain it?
Other income (expense) for the year ended December 31, 2016 was income of $5,381,185 as compared to expenses of ($695,711) for the year ended December 31, 2015, representing an increase in other income of $6,076,896, or 874%. The increase was primarily due to the net settlement of patent remediation litigation, which was settled in January 2016 and the extinguishment of derivatives relating to the payoff of convertible debt, offset by interest expense.
Our net income (loss) for the year ended December 31, 2016 was $2,938,565 compared to a net loss of ($1,807,245) for the year ended December 31, 2015, an increase in net income of $4,745,810, or 263%. The increase was primarily due to the net settlement of patent remediation litigation, which was settled in January 2016 and the extinguishment of derivatives relating to the payoff of convertible debt, offset by increases in SGA expenses and interest expense.
I was eyeballing that exact same thing. Did they report it twice or is it an additional $5 million from somewhere else?
I don't doubt that they do, but I'm still a hellofalot more concerned with crooks, Russians or Nigerians hacking my shit to steal from me. I'm not too terribly paranoid, but I feel much better with Strikeforce's software running on my devices thank you Mr. Kay et al.
Does it come bundled with a tin hat?
I would argue that is completely wrong. Try it and see! There is a huge hidden appetite for this stock. Try buying a million shares at the market and see how high it shoots up cause no one is selling down here in the pennies!
I'm watching for a slight dip when Murphy sells some of his shares to fund whatever his next project is.
It's funny how nervous people were when this had a market cap of 60 million last year, and it plunged just as I was expecting to see it continue to 200 million market cap. It seemed a sure thing this would perform better than all those stinky pot stocks out there! Glad I was right!
Go SFOR!
Agreed. Once they get re confirmed and in compliance letter from NYSE, it'll run again.
Back to the HOY of $73. Heavily shorted. If they haven't all covered this morning, then the short squeeze is still on. It should bottom out an then rocket back up as the rest try to get covered. Could be a fun ride!

Last time SFOR was at this price though, it got there in days, not weeks and months. Much more stable rise. Gotta say it was a lot easier holding on the way up this time. There seems to be plenty of appetite for shares Someone is adding like mad and having to raise their bids cause none of us are letting go!
I think the next spike up is going to cruise by 100% gains, stay there for days on end, then do it again, enough to make your head spin. Let's see then who of us are still holding
HSN is a start, Shark Tank next would rock lol. I can see Kay's team pitching Strikeforce to Mr. Wonderful.
I would not be terribly surprised to see SFOR at 5 cents by the end of the month.
It was done quickly I'll give them that. Murphy still has the wheel, and I've liked the direction he's been on so to me it's very interesting.
Once it hits 3s it will burn through right past 4s in to 5.
