Once again the financial reporting whether audited or not is up to the auditor whether or not they release their opinion. So in other words the audit that you are looking for I assume, which is the publicly released opinion, is out of the control of the company. The financials are already audited. What you are looking for is the opinion. What it really means is that you are wasting your time.

I thought I had addressed this already. Sadler would have had to release their audit opinion on NTEK for them to show up on that website, which they have not. That doesn't mean that Sadler isn't the auditor of record.
So what ur saying is an accounting firm is in on the scheme as well. Man....NTEK must run deep.
The PCAOB wouldn't show NTEK unless Sadler released their opinion. Try harder.
Why does Sadler want my money?
Cool beans...noted...if they don't do it....I'll never post on any website in the universe, including but not limited to, ihub and a bunch of other crap out there.
So, are you saying the NTEK will not have audited financials within the next year?
Something like this, "we are currently "......."fiscal years of 2014 and 2013"....well I guess you'll find out soon.
If you knew anything about how audits work, you would know who controls the audit process.
I thought this had been addressed already. Peeps still blaming NTEK for other company's failure? You should see my surprise face....it looks a lot like my not surprised face. Don't worry gentlemen, daddy has a little trick up his sleeve and when it happens, hold on. Good luck and don't forget your DD.
Definitely hit the nail on the head with that one. I find it odd that the failure somehow lies with NTEK because Netflix's app doesn't stream 4k. I also really enjoy how the goal posts shift to content and no longer stuck on whether or not the np-1 exists or it's ability to stream 4k.
That's not an issue with Nanotech. That's an issue with netflix and YouTube because they haven't updated their android apps for 4k yet. If you want it so bad, take it up with them.
A simple email to Sadler Gibbs and associates also goes a long way...just saying
It also has to do with how the MMs represent the buys and sells. For example if I do an ask slap for 100k shares, it could show as a bulk 100k slap or a bunch of partial fills that equal 100k.
Covering...small ask slaps to limit the rise of pps...it's like shorting 101
Hope all you want, buts it's not going to happen
NTEK finding more ways to cut cost and using an electronic warranty, awesome....thanks for sharing
Nuvola has a one year warranty.....awesome! Thanks for sharing
Make sure to click on all those links....just saying
So are saying that NTEK shareholders will not receive a dividend?
Once again for the millionth time, the financials are audited. So yes the financials can and should be treated as gospel.
The form expires this December, just saying
Mine works with a receiver, I have a sony receiver and didn't have any issues. You need to see if your receiver has pass-through so it won't need to be turned on to use the np-1. What receiver do you have?
I completely agree. I am curious how quickly Ingram gets our product to brick and mortar stores. Only time will tell. And for anyone who wants a np-1 only 380 left.
I think you're misinterpreting what NTEK does. NTEK is depending on resellers to distribute their product for them, which is a way they can cut cost and focus on product manufacturing and R&D. They can and hopefully will continue to sell their products themselves at full price like Apple or sony but it's resellers who will risk smaller profit margins to generate sells. What to take from the np-1 being on amazon is the fact that it's not nanotech selling it. A worldwide product such as this with limited to almost no advertising from the company will at least generate 100k sells, especially as the price falls. So a low estimate for revenue for this one product could be 30 million dollars, but like it's been said a hundred times on this board, the one thing that will increase shareholder value the most is the company acquiring more content for ultraflix and getting that channel distributed everywhere. NTEK long since 2012 and I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon, averaging up with every buy.
Available now....only 400 left, grab'em while you can.

Nuvola for sale on NTEK site
Np-1 for sale by another company besides NTEK on amazon. Wow, thanks for the link.
More enjoyable ways to spend $300 but not your time? Odd.
You sir are right. That is long wait to watch a movie in today's on demand world. Streaming just makes more sense. NTEK does have niche and hopefully exploits it well, at this point for a tech company though, they are moving slow. What is Ingram doing for NTEK at this moment?
True, I was just curious. I download movies all the time and it usually takes about an hour or more but it really depends on the upload as well.
How long does it take to download 40 gb?
100 million games in a week...that's not even close. Where did you pull this figure from?
Very interesting indeed
Did anybody else just see that? I slapped nite, who disappeared, got a partial fill and nite reappeared. Guess I'll do it again.
Let us know how the native 4k and gameplay is.
Just like they gave away lg's G watch, which cost $229.
A friend of mine received one from google, it has some basic software and is meant for developers to use and test their apps on.
