The Obama plan would only apply
Morphine is a controlled substance in the US (C2). The only way you will find it OTC is on a street corner illegally.
I've been wondering the same thing.
High hopes that the Markman is a bust? That the Judge has a level 80 elf in WoW and plays COD until 3 in the morning? That we are still are a bit out until the Markman?
I would not be surprised if it took a month or more before Judge Jackson rules on VRNG/GOOG. He has been a very slow judge.
Statins are thought to cause muscle issues in some people by affecting the gene that causes muscle atrophy. Some statins are thought to be less likely to cause muscle breakdown or rhabdomylosis--those being pravastatin and lovastatin. The downside to lovaza and prava is that they don't lower LDL as well as Lipitor, Crestor, and Zocor.
Last I knew water solubility may have been why prava and lova are less likely to result in muscle issues.
That would be nice.
I expect WDDD to blow up in price any day over the next 4 weeks. Either way, I am invested in both MARA and WDDD.
New SA article today: $MNKD possible buyout target at $27+ per share.
Sounds like good news. I read it as EDVA has new documents that may provide further evidence supporting WDDD.
I don't expect much. I doubt they will talk about the Affinity trials, but any mention of that could help boost pps.
Possible negatives would be talk of production, financing, approval issues/hurdles. I'm not expecting that either. But any hint of those would be bad with short interest still very high.
Agreed. Anyone that has traded VRNG is both aware of and tired of DR. He's been relatively quiet after the announcement that he is suing Carl Icahn over Herbalife (DR lost $75k on a short position).
Indeed. I have a similar expected price target for the sp at Markman so hopefully that is dead on as well. LOL
I bought more at 3.80 today. It wouldn't surprise me to see a temporary drop to 3.50. That said I don't think it will happen.
Last I knew MBD was pumping VELT on ihub even though VELT is a falling knife.
Article is from a few days back, but EDVA left new comments tonight on his Seeking Alpha blog.
EDVA commented on his SA article tonight:
"WDDD is a blockbuster in the making and I am not saying that as a means of hype-I believe it. From everything I have read I don't see an "unsuccessful" Markman hearing. If you want to argue for a less clear cut result I think maybe you could say that. I'll have some thoughts on the claim construction soon and will share some updated damages numbers but given the current morass that VRNG finds itself in (which can change any day of course), WDDD is clearly the strongest of the emerging bunch of patent stocks."
Buyers are now chasing the ask in the power hour. Back up we go.
Same here. Tried getting more at 0.452, but got 0.456 instead.
Good luck with that.
0.38 is more than likely history with the Markman hearing approaching and Pacers around the corner.
True, VRNG could slowly drop to the low $3s until JJ finalizes things in a few weeks. That's typically how VRNG works--a slow decay without news. Today is a fine example, good news yesterday but a slow drop because of the wait, albeit a short wait at this point.
I'd hate to say they're selling solely based on fear of WDDD. Some of it may be due to that, but...
How much of it is due to the decline in video game sales recently? Also, wouldn't you be tempted to sell if you were an insider based off the current pps and stock history. It's been between $10-12 for most of the past 5 years. There have been very large insider sales since February which is around when the stock jumped a couple bucks.
I have a decent chunk of funds in WDDD and VRNG. VRNG may see a pop with JJ wrapping up motions in the next few weeks. I'd hate to miss any significant movement on either stock. Patent plays can pop at any moment due to various factors (e.g. buyout, settlement, pacer docs, rumors).
I like that WDDD got financing, BUT I agree about the concern with conversion pricing. Who are the "institutional investors" for this funding?? Will they "abuse" the conversion pricing?
I got in at an even $2. I'm hoping the new CFO can turn things around. Maybe we'll hear some direction come monday's conference.
If they could get rid of the CEO I would feel more confident about VELT.
I can see a buyout if the buyer has high confidence, or inside info, that PSID will get the contract. How much do you think PSID could get in a buyout?
Lame. This won't result in any significant price change. If this drops to a penny or less, they're looking at just 10-20 cents. AND I wouldn't be surprised if it drops after the split happens. That's what's happened on another stock I owned. Say it drops to .005-0.01, they do the higher 1-25 split, it bumps to 0.12-0.25, then it drops right after that because who wants to buy a stock that just underwent a reverse split
PPS was stable at 3.20 for a month.
Thanks for the links.
MJNA has posted profits.
I meant 0.020
I'm at 0.20. I sold a portion of what I had on Monday--d'oh.
Look up the PSID stock ticker on yahoo and you will see if listed as the newest headline.
Indeed. Anything in this range should be fairly low risk.
I have a hard time not seeing this continue to rise. I bought in last Friday and am tempted to buy more tomorrow. I should have bought more at today's open.
