SPRECHND,
Fidelity still shows it on the Pink Sheets (just checked). Hopefully tomorrow it too will say what the Motley Fool says.
GLTA!
RV-8,
I know how you are feeling. Yesterday I saw my portfolio dive $53K based upon the drop of SLTD. Today some of that recovered. I expect it all to be recovered (plus some) tomorrow.
I am very happy to be long SLTD and wish all the other true longs on this board success.
However, I am really sad that Accounting 101 left this board. I would love to get his cut on what happened today.
GLTA!
RV,
If you search enough you can find a document from a middle school in Oregon that shows a class list from the 60's that list both jN and mr Beifuss. It appears they were classmates.
gLTA!
Growth,
Thanks. If there are investors on this board that do not believe in Jim Nelson, then I recommend they sell out and move on. Jim is a top notch CEO/individual and will deliver us a much higher PPS in 2015.
Jim has continued to make us longs a lot of money over the last 14 months.
This can be easily verified by checking the PPS 14 months ago.
GLTA!
Bought a million shares of HYSR recently at $0,02.
GLTA.
Blekko,
Thanks for the informative posts.

Alex. We found a gem here.
GLTA!
Mark,
I would be happy to see $1.00 by EOY in 2015.
However I would be very happy to see $2.00 by this same time.
I was fortunate enough to buy in back between Aug - Nov 2013 when the price was $0.02.
I then bought more in Nov 2014 when the price was $0.22 cents. A lot happened in this one year period (Nov 13 - Nov 14) to increase PPS by 10X.
I hope that we see the same growth in 2015 that we saw in 2014.
GLTA! Our time is coming soon!

TP,
Thanks.
For some reason I thought Gary E. used to be part of Focus.
ClearSudden can probably tell you what you are looking for. He knows all there is to know about Focus and Grafoid. He has been on this board for a long time and is very knowledgeable about these two companies.
I do not recall every hearing about the Lithium Company. My guess is that it is private like Grafoid.
GLTA!
ClearSudden,
Happy to see that you are still here.
Don Baxter said in the interview that Focus owns 19% of a Graphene Company. I assume he is talking about Grafoid?
They used to say they owned 40% of Grafoid. Any idea what happened? Was their dilution?
Also - is Gary Economo still in the management of Focus? I see where is listed as a Board member but not on the management page.
My main interest in Focus is for Grafoid. Unfortunately I cannot invest directly in Grafoid.
Appreciate any input that you can provide.
GLTA!
TC,
I am ok with a "Solar Installation Empire".
The cell is icing on the cake.
GLTA!
Tim,
For me and others on this board, the run began at $0.02 (and below for some).
Be patient and give Jim time. He has done a fine job to date and I have no reason to believe he will not deliver.
Jim hopes to get wealthy off this company and over time I hope he does.
GLTA!
You'all are just wasting too much much time talking about a reverse split.
Jim Nelson will do whatever it takes to increase the value of this comany. That is his job. Business school 101 here.
If he feels a reverse split is needed to increase the value of the comany, then that is what i expect him to do.
If you do not have faith in JN to make the right decisions, then get out of this stock.
I bought my first million shares at 2 cents. You can darn well believe that I believe in Jim.
If you do not, sell and leave the rest of us alone.

Here is a picture of a facility that will soon be using Sigma's Products.

I just took this picture a few hours ago (on Saturday) and happy to say that the workers were working today.
Hopefully they will be building engines here soon.

Does anyone have any idea who Vanguard Financial Trust is?
I see they are a major insider and I was wondering who they really are. No info available on the internet.
Here is all I could find:

UTR89,
Here is a link that will tell who the current owners are:

BTW - I own all three stock talked about in your post.
When I saw that William Beifuss was involved in CABN I had to buy several million shares. Price is extremely cheap at the moment - $0.005 (1/2 of 1 cent per share).
For what it is worth, when William Beifuss was in 7th grade in Oregon there was a schoolmate of his named Jim Nelson. No way of confirming that this is our Jim Nelson, but they appear to be about the same age.

Quiet board in the last few hours.
Let's see what today's short session has in store for us.

Mark1950,
Here is a link to a product that does both:

I received this email from them today.
Dear WindStream Shareholder,
It’s Thanksgiving week and I’m sure many of you are already on vacation, so I’ll make this short and sweet.
I am happy to share with you that we were just featured on the cover of Energy Digital magazine along with an eight page feature story inside.
Click (http://content.stockpr.com/windstreaminc/files/energy-digital.pdf) here to view the full magazine.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Respectfully,

RV-8,
Thanks. This is a really good background piece on our former CEO.
GLTA!
DB,
Message 21519 has a link that will give you a pretty good idea of who the major owners of SLTD are.
If you really want to know, Google the names of the major shareholders and will see how they got involved in SLTD. Several were involved in Machine Talker, the company that SLTD came from.
Mr William Beifuss has been involved in several penny stocks in his role as the CEO of Cumorah Capital. Warp 9, CABN, HYSR and SLTD are all well documented. I am invested in all but Warp 9. I saw the old post from Swiamca today that referenced CABN, HYSR and SLTD - hope what he said is not true.
I did a little research and found a document that showed that when William Beifuss was in 7th grade in Oregon, there was a classmate of his named Jim Nelson. Not saying it is our JN, but could be. I have never heard how JN ended up at SLTD. He seems way to qualified to be our CEO - however, very happy he is.

John,
Thanks.
I was fortunate to pick up about 2.2M CABN for under .006 average.
I was wanting to get 5M but the price has gone up.
GLTA!
I am up 8% on this one and happy. Thanks Bucky for turning me on to this one.
Nice to see many of the SLTD people here. These two stocks share common big time investors and a technology adviser.
Given the success of SLTD, I decided to pick up a small stake in CABN.
You might want to take a look at Focus Graphite too. They own a 40% share of Grafoid. Grafoid is manufacturing Graphene too. Focus owns a graphite mine in Canada and they have an off take agreement signed with China. In the near future they will start production. I have been invested in them in the past, but have held off at the moment. Waiting on news to get back in.
GLTA!
Looks like a buying opportunity for those that have time to wait. All mine is in the 401K and I have several years before I can touch it to avoid the 10% early withdrawal penalty.
I am happy to own a public solar installation company that is expertly managed. A solar cell is just icing on the cake for me.
Long, strong and buying more!
GLTA!
Sorry guys - i sold most of what I had and put it into another stock.
Plan on monitoring and getting back in when the time is right.
I was here well over a year (back when Mr 3D himself and JJ Smith were regularly posting).
Other stock has a great short term potential.
GLTA!
I decided it was time to buy a new boat. I partially filled it today at 3:11:33 PM.
However the trade showed up on Ihub as a sell (red). I know this was my buy because I can track the date and time with my brokerage account.
Any clue why this showed as a sell (red)?
With all that is happening with SLTD I cannot believe that the price is this low. What a great buying opportunity!
GLTA!
We went Five minutes without a transaction. I thought we were halted.
Yes we are!
RV - sounds like we own about the same amount of shares.
Scary at times the money that is tied up here.
Knowing that JN is at the helm really helps alleviate the fear for me. He is the reason that I took the chance on SLTD over a year ago. So far, the best financial move of my life.
GLTA!
Can't wait for next week!
Wow!
And I thought yesterday was great!
This was the best day ever in my investing career.
GLTA! Cannot wait to see what next week brings!
Mark,
Many of us on this board have already seen a 1,000% increase (from sub .02 to .21) and would welcome an other 9,000%.
GLTA!
RJ,
I own them both and expect both to do well, but expectations for SLTD are much much greater at this point.
GLTA!
Bestes day ever for my SLTD investment!
Nome,
3D printing was hot last year and faded this year. It will be back in a year or two.
2014 is the year of solar and SLTD!
I hope 2015 continues the success for us all!
GLTA!
Bucky,
It was I who stumbled into SLTD when searching 3D stocks in IHUB.
By far the greatest stumble of my life. Up almost $50K today on SLTD!
GLTA!
Sold my 1,000,000 Shares of NVDL this week. Got about $0.007 per share. Made a few hundreds bucks and was happy to move on.
Who knows what the Rat has in store for the $2M in cash the company has. Maybe he will offer shareholders another buyout at 1 cent per share. My guess is that he owns most of the shares by now.
Wanted to put money into something that had a chance of making money.
The best thing that NVDL did was introduce me to SUDA. I think SUDA has a chance for strong profits in a few years.
