Thanks for posting that.
I'm. Waiting, too.
Risk, did BD validate LymPro version 1's ability to deliver a reproducible blood test with 90 and 95 sens and spec in a market setting or did they only validate the science and fundamentals surrounding cell cycle regulation that the assay is able to educate and enlighten specialists and scientists at various conferences and summits?
I've placed my bets that it will one day, soon, be marketable, but haven't heard or read anything concrete. The Georgetown blood test is based upon good science, too.
We know that our assay is extremely reproducible but to what results? Detecting AD or non AD in a highly accurate way, most every time the test is conducted or no?
From what I read they anticipated a few billion dollars of annual sales (yes, even without a cure)with their Opko blood test but couldn't get their sensitivity past 70%. Was it a reproducibility issue they came across, possibly? They did initially report it to be in the 90's...
We don't know where LymPro will be at, yet, though you seem to think you know.
Spinal fluid test...I find it highly entertaining that you would still suggest that as a viable option. Amyvid with all it's inconvenience and expenses I can except, to some extent, as an option...but a spinal fluid test, come on doc, get real.
What dd is there left to do that hasn't been posted a dozen times already? It's a waiting game at this point.
I agree, waiting two weeks isn't a big deal, especially after witnessing such a dramatic increase in share price from anticipation alone, but, do we know that those numbers will be presented in two weeks? Data will be presented, but will it be, at least a portion of it, the NEW sens and spec data?
700 people is a decent number no doubt about that but, it had some hiccups when being tested on rats and squirrel monkeys, so, it really isn't any good. Further testing will happen but until it is written in peer reviewed journals...no good. MJFF seemed to be firm on their notion that results on those 700 people proved promising but sorry, for me personally, no way.
I can tell you this that I am 100% correct by saying that it will get more research done on it and it needs more time to prove effective, not just a mere few weeks of human testing that phase I and phase IIa testing accomplished. No, it must go through more testing. That's what FDA approval requires. So, of course, I'm correct.
and yes, even the MJFF, Jamie Eberling, PHD, found positivity in Eltoprazine.
If by mining for bitcoins daily, that should equate to instant daily revenue...but why then such a high AS? Anti-hostile takeover tactic, or, need to raise some capital? What for?
I can understand your frustration. Though I may not be as frustrated as you are, I too would like to see pps increase and an end to dilution.
I didn't catch Gerald say "IF we had momentum and enthusiasm" but he may very well have. I only heard that he planned to up list "from a place of momentum and enthusiasm" but anyway, your concerns of not knowing which quarter or possibly which year is probably justified. Gerald has also stated that this industry sometimes takes a lot of luck to succeed and that it is difficult to know how the market will react to news/possible catalysts. yes, I'm paraphrasing.
At some level, a carrot has got to be dangled in front of our noses, and I don't see any CEO, and apparently OTC CEO's especially (am a new investor here), ever telling share holders, "alright folks, I've got nothing for you all for another 1 to 2 years".
Luckily we do have something, LymPro, as you are pleased with, too. Hopefully it is all what we think it will be. Until then continue to add on the dips, or flip a portion after all CC's, seminars, conventions, or meetings of any kind!
I'm starting to think that the Chuckle in the CC might just have been about Gerald seeing Dr. Lowe spill his coffee all down his shirt while talking about MANF catalysts, so instead of a full laugh, he controlled himself well and managed to keep it at a half...?
Maybe I'm assuming I know what you are insinuating by too taking note of that chuckle. I for one, thought it to mean unknown catalyst/s, JV's, institutions with deep pockets who are following AMBS and are sold on the science of MANF and AMBS management, that Gerald is keenly aware of but not made known to general public, and at that very moment in time while speaking to us shareholders, it struck Gerald's funny bone to the point of bringing him to chuckles at what we don't know yet but is just around the corner. What did you mean by that chuckle? Are you under the impression he was taking the topic lightly?
Let's not forget about Gerald's chuckle during the CC when speaking about potential catalysts and MANF.
Got it. Thanks for your response.
Thank you for your thoughts on this.
I'll be content enough if the partnership is, indeed, able to promote it worldwide, along with all the CLIA certification trimmings. As far as upfront money and splitting revenue, a proper JV, would be nothing less than thrilling! But, I feel we've been down this path before with BD. Isn't their lab CLIA certified, too? And it made sense that after they got a close and personal look at LymPro they'd certainly want to JV or flat out buy it from us. After all, we were bringing a vast stream of income to them, too. As we know now, our Lympro partnership with them will be ending soon as the hand off to the new partner takes place.
How can one get their hopes up for upfront money/JV with this new partnership? How do we know we are not in fact, "going it alone" financially speaking by more dilution, more financing deals, etc?
I think I'm missing something here... How does that make the stock price hit 20 cents? Say you are correct and it is Quest, would we not be paying them a fee for using their lab that is certified under CLIA so CLIA officials can come around and check etc as you've described?
Or are you suggesting Quest or some entity with similar credentials will partner with us via paying us to bring LymPro into their facilities, essentially, establishing a JV with us?
Is there any chance that our commercialization partner will be just another vendor/customer relationship, like the one we've had with BD? Instead of helping us with LymPro validation etc, commercialization partner will assist us in getting LymPro to market for a fee of some million dollars?

Alright then... show us, please, where your deeper DD brought you to results in the 80's. Please refrain from trying to point us to previous posts of yours because that will lead us to a web of vague posts that are similar to what you've posted today and don't cop out by telling us to do our own DD either...
Differentiating between AD and other dementia is what is needed in a quality biomarker...
It would have helped your credibility more if you would have predicted that the sen and spec % results would be lowered from high 90's do lower 90's before more tests were done... but now you say those %'s will prove even lower later on...that we will have to wait and see, unless you can, again, show us where you came up with that 80% sen and spec you claim is a result of your deepened DD.
Yeah, well, feeding his need for admiration, was essentially the plan before, hoping that he might feel pressed to provide a link or two to back up his opinions that might, just might have been hiding up his sleeve and out of laziness not willing to post. I know, that looks to be quite the stretch, but like I've said before, this MB is hard pressed for a proper AMBS pipeline devil's advocate. Also, you've seen the movie "A beautiful Mind" starring Russel Crowe, haven't you? I just thought maybe...it might possibly be one of those scenarios. But then you kept crashing in on the scene and, well, was distracting me from this motive...
Joboggi! I'm giving you one week to provide those links or else I'm done! It's a lonely life here on this MB without someone who'll listen...don't let me down. I've put my entire "Facai88" credibility on the line for you...
I can appreciate a devil's advocate, and one is hard to find with regards to AMBS products. Management on the other hand, devil's advocates are plentiful, mostly in the tune of dilution complaints. As far as the science of AMBS pipeline, well, Joboggi, you have taken this role.
Right, NASDAQ, not the SEC... was pragmatic of you to do so, too. I was being sarcastic in my last post anyway, I was in fact trippin' a bit, not a lot, mostly because I can easily afford to lose what I'm invested in AMBS.
You impressed me with your cool and collect posts, by the way, yesterday and especially today. This morning, I was thinking to myself, "What do you have to say now? Huh Warp?!" after I learned the 10K still not filed.
I know right?! Wasn't worried one bit...even picked up a few more shares... Of course were gonna up list! Reading all these posts about how AMBS is going to tank and fearing another chill order and all. Then Warp goes and puts a call in to the SEC and sorts everyone out...I was laughing all day long over what I was reading on this MB... I wasn't trippin, no way...
The kitchen's oven is getting too hot for some..

Lots of diagnostic tests seem to be coming out of the wood work as of late. This one is my second favorite after lympro...
Cool. Just checking. So you think in two days ambs will sort its woes all out, yes?
I was just curious, by any chance are you related in anyway to another poster that goes by the name of "stock dog"? You're ability to promote AMBS seems similar. Just curious...
Fine....
Because they needed it, for something. 500,000 doesn't seem like a lot to me. Does anyone disagree? Isn't that approximately their monthly burn rate equivalent, or is it a lot more now? I might be missing something but if Gerald is following a plan, up list and market Lympro, etc etc, if he was worried that deals or general business transactions weren't going to happen this year, wouldn't he have borrowed a lot more? I don't know what is going on but it just seems like a petty number to me.
"Reasonably have in hand"... let me guess, you mean if he (Gerald) had it in hand, we would already know about it, therefore doing away with the list? Or, obtaining any news about any of the items on this the list is way too early in 2014 to even receive so not do able in the next few days or weeks?
That list is something the company is supposedly currently working on so why must it be shortened? Not following you, mate.
As far as pps goes along with any news, I haven't a clue. As you've mentioned many times, AMBS news = drop in pps.
Great idea! You go first...
That's a sensible guess. Already set up in their lab.
Yes, I know, they probably aren't the same, but why ask me "please"?
Hopefully I'll find a use for his predictions one day and inside knowledge. For now, I'll continue benefiting from the more common users on this board, such as War and Zoom.
Mate, thanks for the link but I can't get through it. Does my f, ing head in. I have absolutely no use for it. holy...Joboggi and this watsonhelper are the same!? oK....i'm really laughing my ass off now!
You're an Ace, thank you. Will have a look.
