My vote is BUY BUY BUY. This should at least go to 5 cents. Looks like the new team is great and will really help raise the stock value. Already the new website looks better, and to the point. Anyone using the new system?
No users, so where is the revenue coming from? I read this on the other forum and checked semrush online and it does not look good. Why is FeelFree and others saying to buy this stock without any evidence of them purchasing the stock? We would see large volumes of purchases around the dates they posted these comments. Why are you guys saying that you've been waiting 4 years, and now is the time it will change? Do you have any proof or evidence to support this, or are you simply pumping the stock, which seems to be the case.
And where are the financials you promised Mr. Feel Free !?
Vemics will continue to fall as predicted with no financial results. Feel-Free I think you should continue to be be the only cheerleader of this stock. I think you should write one comment a day congratulating Vemics for almost being able to produce/cook up some type of financials. The reason there are no financial results, is because there are no financial results to report that would help the companies press releases.
Keep up the great work ! You should probably work for Vemics, as you probably could run the company better. Remember 8 year old girl scouts can produce more revenue and margins in one day actually selling a product.
I would recommend to fire the entire staff, and hire people from the girl scouts. They actually have better work ethic, and know how to collect a check every day.
The only wild card is the new staff will fire the CEO, and finally oxygen will be supplied to the company. That's the only way it could work. Remove the cancer.
Stock wil free fall without showing revenue. Do you really think they can really " hold onto the stock value " without revenue results posted?
FeelFree. Maybe you can recommend how they can "hold onto the stock price" ? Do you mean by more press releases or manipulating the stock trades until revenue is established?
Where is this Revenue ??? News does not equal revenue or show a path to relieve this massive debt. For all we know that "deal" was worth very little or nothing. Why would they not announce what that deal made in revenue. I really can't see which points you are disagreeing with :) Maybe we agree, and you just have too much Vemics stock to think about the other side of the equation. Buying in at under a penny was better luck, as its clear that it hit its highest level since 3-4 years, and you need to factor in the 300 million shares outstanding up from 20 something million shares they had years ago. I keep digging in further, and realized, this great news about partnerships, and huge revenue potential has been broadcasted many times. The stock has been massively diluted to give shares out instead of cash they don't have. So imagine you buy shares today and they do another massive dilution... It again would drop to .001 for years. We need to see real revenue. That's all ! :)
Its a manipulated stock. Most of the time, insiders that own millions of shares are making money by dumping the shares they have to new suckered buyers. Buy shares, just enough to keep the price and interest high enough, so they can dump the rest of the millions of shares given out. It's a fine line of not crashing the stock price, and keep suckering more people to invest into a company with 25 million in debt. Better yet, get some new guys that invested into the company, and new acquired companies to get their network or users, family and friends to sucker even more new people in their network into the game.
I've been monitoring the volumes with asks and bids, and you can see there is a a lot more real people dumping the stock than buying it. Remember, getting out of the hole of their debt will require a serious amount revenue growth today and revenue projections for the next few years before the company has any Price to Earnings ratio. I would expect at least 1-2 years minimum to see how all these new companies they acquired ( gave massive shares to ), will perform. I am suggesting a massive sell at this point, as it will most likely drop below 1 cent, then you can watch the progress on their new website, and other items. If they can execute on those, you will see the changes in the product, and then you can invest at under 1 cent. It's not likely any real good news would come out any time in the next year, or they would have published these financials. Highly doubt that they stalled publishing good revenue news. More likely they postponed releasing bad news, and get creative with the numbers and headline news. Hopefully, 2-3 years down the line, the new companies that got acquired, begin to use their skills and build the company from zero again. Again, its a massive debt hole they will need to crawl out of, and revenue is the only thing that can do that. Not just press releases!
more companies = less focus. They actually acquired 2 companies before and tanked the company.
now more companies and more cooks in the kitchen. still unlikely.why would they not go ahead and file their financial results with the sec. If they cant do the simple stuff how can the do the more complex stuff like running a business.
Last time they acquired a company, it tanked the stock. I just checked. Look at the history :) lesson
With No Real $$$ Results, a sub penny drop can easily happen in one day! I agree and think it may be wiser to wait until the real $ results come in before buying more. I was initially excited by the news, then realized there has been a history of news releases, which never came through on the balance sheet. If the stock can fluctuate as much as 2 cents in one day (50%), then its probably a more reliable return on investment to wait until the results come in, and its on its way up. If it starts to climb past 30 cents, with proper financials backing it, then it can break into the dollar zone, and it would be a more reliable time to buy during that period. Right now, its really high risk in my opinion as the news has not materialized into dollars, and historically it hasn't either. It can drop to zero instantly again as in the short term it is unlikely the previous team were able to deliver results, and now the new team may be able to do better, a few quarters out. They say management is the number one most important thing in picking a stock, and its the same CEO as years before... So in conclusion, in the short term, I'm statistically doubtful.
LoL- Confidence?? Ask Size 789999
With this much great news, why would there be 8x more people trying to sell vs buy?

So basically the entire company has been replaced with new people, from different companies, iMedicor acquired? Either they will be able to finish delivering on the previous deals, or they will again have to pivot looking for a new model. Does anyone know how they will sustain the operations of the company? Will the revenue from the 600 million dollar acquired company pay for iMedicor? The next financial report should be interesting... Something smells really really fishy and off here.
I hope it goes to $150 by 2014 !
What is going on with this stock? Will this go back to 30 cents or .001? And explain why? Thanks
Almost a million trades. seems positive.. hold and see.

iMedicor Acquires iPenMD Solution. I wonder how much extra revenue this will bring in.
Feb results are slated to exceed expectations. Is this true? This new direction seems to have much more potential to be profitable. Any ideas?
Watch out for shorts, and negative posts. Take advantage . If a buyout of iMedicor occurs as part of the ever consolidation of medical companies try to capture the market by grabbing users... Then the users alone should hold, if not instantly increase the value of the company and the share price should reflect this. It's a penny stock, with a proven company, with a real active users base, working on a proven online platform. Medium risk and Very High reward potential. The upside is much grander then the downside.
Google Health is now forcing all their users to save their data, and move to a different service. They are shutting down the service which leaves very few options on the market. These users will need some place Hipaa compliant to go, and with very few options on the market, iMedicor could be a new home for these users wanting access to their medical records. This could add to the stock surge if they are able to capture those users.
