No, that's not what I meant. If you read the other article, Hugh Hefner sold the property next to the Playboy Mansion to the Twinkie guy for $18 mill years ago. The asking price for the Playboy Mansion is $200 mill. Quite a bargain Mr. Twinkie got on the FIRST house!
So the owner of Twinkies (Hostess) bought the home NEXT to the Playboy mansion for $18 million. And the Playboy mansion was for sale at $200 million (and he's letting Hugh live there till he dies, he is 90 years old). I believe he got a great deal on that first house.
Apparently that's all you do, is bring up the past!
Explain why the reverse split hasn't happened YET??? Hmmmm
Maybe! We will see soon enough
I reaped the 350% pop when the bankruptcy was lifted. That allowed me to go from 5 mill shares to over 25 mill. I got back in when the price drop dramatically from the highs.
Thanks for the vote of confidence Sparkle! I'm ready for an ending. With an increased share price.
Horrible analogy! Why don't you give up reposting the losses. No one CARES! It's about the case
LIKE, LIKE, LIKE
Completely different case! I find it funny that Esebag is the central figure in both these cases. He's going to lose this one, BIGTIME! I've got 25 million reasons to believe so! ;)
The right product AND licensing, YES it is possible. You fail to realize the hatred Jimmy Esebag has for Eihab. That's going to cost Esebag A LOT of money in my opinion. You see Jimmy knew how valuable this energy drink could be. He lined up his own manufacturer BUT there was already an exclusive contract with CIRC (Playbev). Even the lawyers said don't sign anything because there's an existing contract. Esebag and his licensing company are mostly at fault but so is Playboy. Cirtran created a distribution network in over 40 countries which I'm sure wouldn't be a problem to hook back up. That's some major revenue in addition to the USA market. They simply need to come to an agreement and start making the drink again. CIRC can create another drink if they like because they own the rights to the ingredients in the drink. There's your value in this company. CIRC for the win
Sparkle, I've been holding this long, it'd be foolish to sell now right before a judgement is made. I have 25,000,000 shares and my wife has 5,000,000. I made a HUGE profit right after the judge lifted the bankruptcy filing. I re-invested all of it back into CIRC over time and accumulated the shares I currently have. I believe this could be very valuable in time. Thought the court proceedings would have been over by now but sometimes they drag out. This is getting to be ridiculous.
United Medical Devices principal Jimmy Esebag? WOW......what a coincidence. This douchebag is going down this time Flores. There's obviously a deep hate between Esebag and Hawatmeh.
This will be a record for length of time. Lawyers gotta be happy
I just pray that the reverse split doesn't happen before a decision is made. This stock could have so much potential BUT Playboy is holding it back.
Who gives a shit about the license? They might not get the license BUT if not there will be monetary damages against Esebag, his company and the other distributor and individuals. Cirtran can go take this drink anywhere they want and make a deal to have it manufactured. They already have distribution set up internationally. You believe what you want to believe. I'll believe what I believe. And that is Cirtran will be a viable company once this is over.
That's a chance I'm willing to take. By the way, last I looked, there are MANY defendants besides Playboy. And the big one is Jimmy Esebag and United Licensing. Playboy made him a Billionaire. His greed wanted the PBED. I believe that's going to cost him a shitload of money. Cirtran still owns the rights to the ingredients of the Playboy energy drink. Which means they can do whatever they want AFTER this is all over.
Jimmy Esebag is going to lose this one! That's the difference. Oh, and Playboy is going to lose also.
Let's hope so Sparkle! I've never seen a case stretch so long.
Take some pics if you can Sparkle!
That's the craziest thing I've ever heard. Executives at Playboy will not let that happen. It's worth Billions
Sparkle, I feel that's still a possibility for me too.
With that said, I think she's had PLENTY of time to review all the facts. Time to finish this case.
I'll gladly take your worthless shares! ;).
Good! You better get on board because that train is about to leave the station.
That'll shoot the share price close to .01 cent maybe much more. Any things possible in penny land.
I'd love to hear GREAT news! Nice settlement or better yet, Playboy decides to kiss and make up and extend the contract with CIRC for five more years. That'll shoot
Look at that, We're up 100% today! ????????????????????????
So explain why the reverse hasn't happened yet?
I'm no certified financial guru. I will say that
Maybe. But what do you know? That's right, you're nobody
So after the 1-10 reverse you're implying could happen, I'd have 3,000,000 shares and should watch it rise to $25.00 a share? I'll take $75 mill
Just watch Flores, that's all about to change. I've got a feeling CIRC will be well run company again very soon. This settlement/judgement will give CIRC the opportunity to stay in business, and who knows, maybe Playboy will extend the contract with CIRC, maybe not. Either way, CIRC owns the drinks ingredients and can do what they want.
I still have every one of those shares! ;) I hope it pays off soon
Personally, I believe what Sparkle has to say. If he's had a working relationship in the past with Iehab and he knows the person he is I'm not going to argue about it. I'm going to embrace what Sparkle knows. Beyond all that, I really do feel Playboy tried to SCREW CIRC out of the exclusive contract that previous Playboy management had in place. Unfortunately someone started listening to Jimmy Esebag (the Billionaire who owns the licensing co. with everything Playboy) and this is the man that will pay dearly for letting this come to this. Esebag and Iehab have a history that apparently goes way back.
I'm sorry, but I'm sick and tired of your negativity. Have you ever thought for one second maybe Playboy made that $2 million dollar amount because they knew CIRC couldn't pay it? Think about that for a moment. This doesn't take away that even though CIRC had an exclusive contract to manufacture and distribute the PBED, Playboy per sued looking for new companies to do business with. Even the companies lawyers had problems with the exclusive contract BUT Playboy continued. This is the heart of this whole case.
Why drag the cost of this into next year?
The tax thing makes A LOT of sense (cents). Lol. Why drag the cost
Very good analysis HamDxer. I wonder why Flores and MM would waste so much time on a stock trading at .0001. Especially this POS. LOL
Who said anything about additional flavors? CIRC owns the ingredients to what is an AMAZING drink mixture. If you haven't tried it, maybe you should. Just maybe you might see the potential here. Then again, your only focused on the past, and losses from the past. I'm focused on potential sales and residual income in the future. It's been a long bumpy ride up to this point and there's no way I'm getting off this train so close to the finish line! :)
