Most of the serious RB crowd has moved to hotstockmarket.com.
FMLY has no profit participation in Loverboy. They've gotten in producer's fees all that they will get from that film. What we're all waiting for is the release of more films in which they do have profit participation and the overseas numbers as well as the DVD sales/rentals for 16 Blocks.
burdy: your post was deleted (by the moderator, I guess), but I got the info I was looking for from someone else. Thanks anyways.
Does anyone know of a website that reports the overseas earnings of movies or the earnings from DVD sales? It would be nice if we could track a film's aggregate earnings.
I add my congratulations as well!
Good info. Thanks, spa. Does imdb have any info about any of the other FMLY films? I have high profibility hopes for Borderland. That type of movie seems to be popular with the younger crowd and it didn't cost a lot to make.
graspointe: You are so right on the overseas market. Have you heard anything about release plans for overseas?
Invest: Let's hope it's the #1 movie at the box office this weekend. Hopefully, that would bring us some upward movement next week. I certainly hope to see at least .05 cents in the next few days.
I went away for a few days to my son's wedding several states away. I was very happy to see some rise in PPS when I returned home and had internet access again. We only have a few days before The Tenants is released and just four weeks until 16 Blocks hits the theaters. I think we're entering a new phase for FMLY. Now, we need to get Edison and The Wicker Man into theaters and this company will have a drastic turnaround in its bottom line. My only complaint is the lack of any info at all from the company. I don't know what they're paying this Dal Walton character to do; he certainly isn't doing PR work.
And as was asked on RB, I too wonder what's the deal with The Widow's Lover.
Investsalot: The site you gave a link to also gives a release date of 1/1/06 for Edison, so I wouldn't bet on what they say.
Submerged, one of the Segal movies, will be on the USA Network on Sunday, January 29th at 9 pm eastern time. Does anyone have any idea what one of those cable networks pays to show a movie?
I'm starting to seriously doubt that this stock will ever see .01 again. This could be a good company, given the patents it has and the ones it has pending, but I don't see any evidence that they are serious about doing anything to market or license these patents or products based on them. There doesn't seem to be any real sales force or any real attempt to grow the company. Mahoney seems to be satified as long as he can continue to sell shares.
With the price of oil -- and thus jet fuel -- coming down, FLYI just might be able to turn things around. I think they also need to take a hard look at their routes and eliminate some, consolidate some others.
I couldn't agree with you more. I'll be picking up a bit more FMLY soon.
Hi guys. I've been a member of this board for quite a while, but there have been very few people posting here so I figured this board was dead. Looks like there might be new life here now. I'll keep checking back.
What do you expect from companies that have no products? They are brand new companies with no revenue, no offices as far as I can tell, not even a website.
I check this board often, but haven't seen any activity here for quite a while. The best FMLY discussion I have been able to find is on ragingbull. That board is very active.
Scottrade has posted the spinoff shares except for Deep Field Technologies.
IVOC still has patents pending, including the talking pill bottle. They've also made what appear to be some good moves over the last few months with Avaya and HP. I wonder what their bottom line will look like in another 6 months - 1 year. No predictions here, but I sure do wonder.
It would be nice if this company would get a buyout offer for even 5 cents.
Read all about it at: http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050721/215056.html?.v=1
Happy @$1.00 is an understatement. Most people would be "happy" to see it at a quarter and overjoyed/thrilled to see it at $1.00.
My understanding is that in addition to having shares of the spin-off companies, you will still have all of your shares of IVOC. After the spin-offs, IVOC will still exist but it will have a narrower business focus.
I read on another board that some think this latest deal with HP is the reason for the rise. According to some, there may be more to it than seems readily apparent. I have no info personally.
I think this company is going to have to prove itself with profits before anything happens with the PPS. Just announcing a partership with a company, even HP, isn't going to do it. Let's all hope to see profits within a couple of quarters.
Is anyone still here?
If so, here's a link to a photo from The Tenants.

Maybe, if/when the talking pill bottle patent is awarded, and then only if the company announces some significant contract related to it. If they continue with just these nickle and dime sales, this company will never go anywhere.
How can they have an E after FMLY when they filed the 10Q yesterday? Can anyone explain?
It does not appear that they are still using Hawk Associates. IVoice is no longer listed on Hawk's homepage and their investor relations email address is not a Hawk address. It looks like they quietly dropped Hawk.
I'm starting to wonder about the management. Maybe they don't have their sites high enough, or maybe they just aren't all that good as salespeople. A company like this one needs aggressive salespeople. I don't know anything for certain, but the lack of any really meaningful sales/contracts makes me wonder.
Thanks, LBro. I didn't realize they got the patent so long ago. Have you heard of any contracts to install it yet? It would be a great thing to have at a place like Lowe's or Home Depot where things can really be hard to locate.
Does anyone remember seeing this info before?
I wrote iVoice and asked about the patent for the Here I Am technology. Here is the response I got:
"We received the patent for the Here I am technology and waiting on the patent for for talking pill bottle.
"Thank you for your interest in iVoice.
"Dolores Serafin"
I don't recall ever seeing a PR on the granting of the patent for the Here I Am technology. Do any of you? Why would they receive such a patent and not announce it? Doesn't make sense to me.
This info comes from FMLY's latest SEC filing and was posted on another board. Here it is in case you haven't seen it:
SB-2A released yesterday
JUST TO BE CLEAR, IT IS ONLY AN AMENDMENT.
They did update some of the information. They have indicated the expected release dates for their 2005 releases:
Edison - expected release (theatrical) Dec 2005
Submerged - expected release (video/cable) Aug 2005
The Tenents - expected release (theatrical) Dec 2005
Today you die - expected release (video/cable) Dec 2005
Shottas - expected release (video/cable) Dec 2005
-----------End of SEC filing info--------
Let's hope the release of Edison doesn't slip. I've been talking with some young women at work (in their 20's), and it looks like anything with both Justin Timberlake and LL Cool J will draw a big female audience. The Christmas season might just be the perfect time.
Got this from another board:

Re: Edison. I see that it is listed in this month's update, so I guess FMLY is at least associated with the film. I'll be happier when a couple of films hit the theaters that are true FMLY and this company can make some money. That should send the pps upwards.
It they can really pull off the Micronauts deal, that should be worth quite a bit. Looks like it will be a while, though, before that becomes a reality.
If Edison is a FMLY production, why is there no mention of it in their latest project update (http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050414/145759.html?.v=1) from a few weeks ago? I hope this isn't another project in which FMLY has only a slight interest and won't get much money from, as was the case with Amityville Horror.
Upcoming Patents
I hope the talking pill bottle and the "here I am" patents are approved by the end of the summer. If so, those might give this stock a bump upward.
Have you seen this? What do you think?

Move off the OTC?
Does anyone on this board know if ZAP has any plans to get off the OTC and onto a higher level board?
What I'd like to know is
when are some of these patents and contracts that have been announced over the last several months going to start bringing some profit to the company? Until the company shows positive cash flow the PPS is not going to move up significantly.
