Shaun, it's not the shorts. It's your company's dilution. Real talk: no one is going to buy here if you just keep dumping more shares and gagging the T/A. People want to see price appreciation. Shorts only enter the game when it's apparent that YOUR dilution ensures it goes nowhere. It's too alluring for them.
This thing is a sleeping giant... wake up!
Hey, Shaun: do a buyback or shut up.
Can't even get a news article right here. God help me get away from these clowns.
If not dilution, how do you account for 181 million shares being traded, and the price barely moves?
DVAX - bollinger bands tightened. Just picked up 5k shares. Expecting pop this week sometime.
*crickets* All the gimmicks stopped working here. Except for the occasional influx of paid pumpers, and the occasional post from angry, disgruntled stuckholders, this place is dead. Done, gone.
Funny how we haven't heard anything specific about that so-called dividend.
If Shaun wants to correct this atrocity and have a respectable, profitable business, he will do this:
Definition of 'Buyback'
The repurchase of outstanding shares (repurchase) by a company in order to reduce the number of shares on the market. Companies will buy back shares either to increase the value of shares still available (reducing supply), or to eliminate any threats by shareholders who may be looking for a controlling stake.

It's yearly performance has been atrocious. More than a mere decline. Dilution is the word...
lindy1401, you can stop sending me private messages. The truth of the matter is the reason you have angry people here is because we've been here long enough to get ripped off, then do our own research and realize this company EPAZ is a sham. And your money is going nowhere. You just showed up recently with a few random comments. Go back in history and you'll see I've been here since March.
People "just never quit" here, to use your words, because they got burned and are saving others out of compassion.
No one is short or bashing here. Give me a break.
Where did you hear Tuesday from, Hokie?
So far I'm down about -$2,000. Would be nice to just break even at this point.
Shaun clearly reads this board. Inspect the details of the news release, it's specifically targeting all the constant complaints we've had on this board. Nothing else he's said has been true, so I'm not buying this one. He needs to retire or buy back shares to reduce the O/S, stop PAYING pumpers to come in here, quit diluting, and handing himself our money.
This is temporary. Hold tight, or "they" win.
This isn't an accident when it's announced they're moving in on a mine with 20 million tons in coal reserves... lol
http://www.abc27.com/story/23463680/newlead-holdings-ltd-announces-acquisition-of-viking-mine-in-kentucky-usa-with-4795-mineral-acres-and-20-million-tons-in-estimated-coal-reserves
I've been in penny land for awhile now, and all signs point that something big is brewing here. For those fearful of the price walk-down, consider how many other big company tickers drop on good news, or after a solid earnings report (Pandora, Cisco, Expedia, Green Mountain Coffee, Canadian solar all dropped recently - despite great news). It's intentional: big money is driving it down to accumulate more shares, to sell back to the chasers once price inevitably rockets.
Also, look around & ask yourself this: why are you seeing long-time, established members here? They didn't make their money wasting time with stocks that went nowhere.
Good luck.
My understanding is this: the sell-off could be a result of investors not liking that the mine appraisals were not SEC compliant. OR, it could be the typical manipulation effect by big firms to drag the price down and accumulate shares. The latter makes more sense, as I've seen prices plummet all too often in light of good news (such as NEWL'S Kentucky mine). The R/S isn't a negative move, it should cause a run-up! And preserve their Nasdaq compliance.
Something to consider is this: when earnings are released, the price often reacts chaotically - usually dropping lower. The myth is that investors fear analyst reactions and the comparison of Wall St. estimates to actual revenue. The kicker is this: it's intentionally lowered to induce fear, panic selling, and trigger stop losses in order to enter larger positions by firms (creating "Elliot Waves," eventually).
Recent examples of this includes Pandora, Cisco, Canadian Solar, Green Mountain Coffee, Expedia, and various biotech companies that fall on great clinical trial results.
It's sneaky, but it's the name of the game.
No, splits are unique to each company and their particular reasons for choosing it. Look what happened to PGRX after its split this month. It almost doubled.
Finally, look at the volume here. It's churning tens of millions. Volume before price. This isn't Joe Retail.
Umm... I've been following this stock for many months. There's a constant influx of news, and yet you'll notice that the share price keeps plummeting. Talk about the "news" all you want, but the outstanding shares equal 3.39 BILLION. Unless they retire shares, or unless a million people suddenly decide to buy a million shares of EPAZ, this thing isn't going anywhere....

When they stop diluting, they'll re-gain my respect. In the mean time, this is just an ATM machine for Shaun and co.
Buy volume is currently double the sells: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=trades&symbol=SFOR
NEWL - just doubled my position.
AF, FREE should bust .40 soon. I'm anticipating $1 by year's end. Back in January of this year it quadrupled in price in a week's time - this being way before Hannover debt was paid and Baltic Index was skyrocketing as it is now. One solid news article and this thing is in the clouds. Good luck.
Leopa, I'm holding about 30k NEWL and 54k FREE. Good luck!
News imminent?
NEWL - Up nicely, but got a feeling it's being held back today to accumulate more. The market hasn't absorbed the news yet. Historically, chart is bouncing off of a triple bottom. This small appreciation today is just the beginning, imo.
Is news around the corner? Why the price spikes?
38k vol in AH, with high of .32
http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/free/after-hours
Riddle me this: at the beginning of January this year, FREE suddenly quadrupled in price in about a week's time. Was there any special catalyst for this? As I see it, given the debt payment and high Baltic Index, we are now poised for more significant reasons to move up. Can anyone dig up January's spike?
Remember: "Volume before price" - so, be patient.
The beautiful thing about FREE, is that it's not the question of IF this is going to run... but WHEN this is going to run. And I agree with the other posters, what an awesome way to experience autumn.
FREE - Just doubled by position. Volume is huge, BDIY is constantly going up, they just paid off a lot of debt which improved dilution, and this looks to be the multi-year bottom of the shipping companies. Lots of articles out now researching the bull market of shipping. Pretty soon this will be backed by more major firms, which means greater public exposure and price movement.
The company never answered my emails. They're too busying hiring people to pump this lousy stock. Karma always comes back around, in one way or another...
Got in today. Looks like the bottom, but I suppose everyone has been saying this for months.
God help us.
pkdaddy, mind sharing how your crystal ball tells you the BDIY is going back down? Financial experts certainly didn't predicted that it would ever escalate to this point. There is little reason to believe anyone can predict where it is going next.
Shh.
RMTI crapped the bed. Looks like pure manipulation though. A bear raid is so typical when this much money is on the line. In case you wondered who controls the stock market... not retail.
In CLSN @ 1.28
Thanks, good luck to you as well. Dilution is the main problem here.
Honest question: when do you guys think I should cash out? Stuck with 1 mil shares I bought at .0025 forever ago.
OMER - who listened to me? ;)
