"Leo may move the company to India next. Does he still have Krishna’s phone number?"
IDK if he does. I do.
"...... . Dr B's replacement known but how about a reason for not following through? Who is second in charge?"
I think the cfo follows the ceo. I forget "their" names. Don't mess with "them", "they" are a wrecking ball.
"Just hit .1945. Maybe you’re right! big smile go IPIX!"
Ipix is on fire! .1945! Not seen since 5/14/21.
"Ipix on the move. IOM"
Yeah, another bowel move. Time the cfo got off the pot.
"If Ehrlich the Inept had any integrity, he would have paid back the over half-million Beverly Debacle with his own money and not taken any additional funds from IPIX to cover the loss. Now that would be a real miracle. He will definitely make it into the Pennyland CEO Hall of Shame."
He's borne the resultant consequences to come upon himself. He's wicked smatt.
The conniving cfo has alot to answer for. The foraging of why's has long been asked, and well documented, never adequately addressed by the ONE who can(and should).
He will, by demand, answer.
"I am not interested in your diversions please keep to the subject of Leo Ehrlich leading Ipix to success after acquiring the Brilacidin platform".
Perhaps, but why has the grand leader been incapable of landing a deal, retaining help, nor managing a simple lease agreement- to name a few questions asked over the years?.
Ball's in your court.
"I picked up 10k shares today, based on where the RSI was this week and the trial being 70% filled. IPIX will move up soon IMO."
Longpicker, I would have recommended not eating that next booger til sp shows trending strength.
Bon appetite
"It would seem there may be benefits occurring in patients now, experiencing the brunt of COVID in real time."
And we await justification of stated benefits, by the cfo himself(he wears many hats), to confirm his words.
I can not detect one trial by Alpha Sigma(AS) on the clinicaltrials website, please direct me(us) to it.
Perhaps ipix shall be the sponsor and AS a middleman? Should we need to wonder about any specifics? None of the proclamations made, in ipix/ctix history, have rung true.
Let's hope....again
"Did you know what the thousands who died from the gene therapy shot had in common. They were 100% HEALTHY and DIDNT HAVE COVID. Died needlessly. 99.85% who died from the jab would have survived CV.
The GMO shedders will regret being brainwashed by Government shills."
So, are you saying if Brilacidin is granted fda approval then it is clearly a hoax contrived by the gov't?
"Does anyone think that the American Society of Virology's Annual meeting in late July could start the mass information dissemination on IPIX? A lot of professionals hearing about Brilacidin simultaneously, and subsequently telling more people and those people tell people and some of those people start asking questions/demanding answers and pushing to use it. IMO, this has the potential to light the powder keg effect on share price we're patiently waiting for...hopefully."
Imo, only if the message is verified then delivered by DeGrado or Harness(have we ever heard from her?). I find it curious the Dr. D does not note ipix atoll on his UCSF website.
"Reverse psychology? Call me crazy, but I think we are really really close to a positive breakthrough."
Really? Measure his pr's to reality outcomes, to name only one shortcoming of his.
Dinah(formerly known as...most know of whom I refer) no longer blows his horn.
I think I read they purchased a 1972 Datsun pick up on the cheap from Fred Sampson back in the day...I may be crossing my wires.
Ed Walters directed/supervised many of the clinical trials while at ctix/ipix. The "company" is bare boned now.
"Take it easy on Leo, not everything is in his control with those trials. It's hard to be patient though when sophomores skip classes and just want to party.""
No qualms with those thoughts. My frustration is with all the statements made by him which have never been carried through with, nor followed up upon..
Why?
"M Ehrlich has only fail to answer one of my mails."
The ipix cfo is also in charge of investor relations and of all "company" correspondence.
A Microsoft investor knows better than to contact Bill Gates by email. They have investor relations for that(and they pick up the phone!) Ipix does not.
I suspect Microsoft has benefitted from your use, and you from their product(s).
"Really have to follow the bouncing ball on bios to survive."
"Really have to follow the bouncing ball on bios to survive."
True. It appears that ipix is not considered legitimate by those who may (have) inquire(d).
I've sent emails to the rhe Boston Business Journal authors of articles they printed obout ipix(ctix). Crickets.
I've left messages with OM wizard SDr steven Sonis . Crickets.
I did make contact with Michael Sullivan esq's office years ago about the Rosen lawsuit....silence.
In addition to what's in the pot, I shall call in to an npr station the next time the state attorney general is scheduled.
They are simple questions which have been asked and gone unanswered-for years. Ipix should learn to respond. It appears there is a reason they do not pick up the phone, nor respond to simple inquests.
Simple minded, or deviant?
"Maybe Leo can get get a trial going in Seychelles. The most vaccinated country on planet Earth is shutting down operations because of a covid outbreak. 35% of the new Covid cases are you know who. We need a BRILACIDIN nebulizer. It would be a great help for both the vaccinated and unvaccinated.
BRILACIDIN SI *426* fast track the nebulizer...

I have a sister in law from there. One of my brothers met her while serving there in the Peace Corp. years ago.
"It has been leaving daily for the last 5 years.
Not."
That's only because the "conductor" has been yapping from the caboose to barely a crowd. I don't think he knows how to find his way to the engine car.
"If you don't like the price, just wait longer. That goes for both longs and shorts."
I agree with the 1st sentence, not so much with the last as I don't believe there much (if any) shorting of this.
Hopefully we're at the bottom, but as was written six years ago this coming August:
"I'm hoping that CTIX regains some of its footing on the market rebound today. I expect we'll be in a range until substantial news is announced on the trial front from Leo. I'd love for a partnership to be announced but I think Leo is swinging for the fences and won't settle for anything less. In three years we'll be able to look back and judge that as a brilliant move or a serious mistake."
Note- it closed the month of August in 2015 at $1.98/sh.
There's always tomorrow, it's only a day away!

"RATHER DUMB COMMENT!...THE U.S. CRO runs the trials for IPIX....all sites report to and interact with the Supervising CRO...not LEO!
ps. I am sure the U.S. CRO LEAD had Leo's cell phone! real asshole comment!"
From the CTI website:
"Every clinical study is led by a principal investigator, who is often a medical doctor. Clinical studies also have a research team that may include doctors, nurses, social workers, and other health care professionals.
Clinical studies can be sponsored, or funded, by pharmaceutical companies, academic medical centers, voluntary groups, and other organizations, in addition to Federal agencies such as the National Institutes of Health, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Doctors, other health care providers, and other individuals can also sponsor clinical research."
Appears our cfo may have donned a new hat and is also cmo?
"Yes, Dr. DeGrado will get more gold medals coming with successful trial. Actually, just better than average will do, and Brilacidin has never failed a clinical trial." nor never proceeded to phase 3. Let's keep our fingers crossed(again). We've never been in a stronger position Col. Hogan- NEV-VER!
Just curious, never heard of precision vaccinations. Who/what are their experts/expertise?
"A better question would be why Aspire Capital sold hundreds of millions of shares since 2012 if they had faith in IPIX."
I agree and believe the answer lies in the words immediately after the words bright prospects as they likely lost trust in certain personnel.
The quote you provided from aspire:
"We invest primarily in life sciences and technology companies with bright prospects and strong management teams....".
The management team is now down to a skeleton crew.
"Great post, Justfacts. Reasonable speculation."
As Henry Ford once said-"speculation is only a word covering the making of money out of manipulation of prices, instead of supplying goods and services.". Appears accurate here.
"Are you saying there’s language there that says the number of patients has been increased? Or is it that the number shown used to be 106 and is now 138?
Verify, then trust!"
I'm sure the cfo could provide the answer in a New York minute.
As a matter of possible fact, I was taking to my friend Joey Sagatino at the East River docks today. He told me this is gold Jerry, gold! :0
jfm,
You are apparently content with our cfo's leadership qualities per your pm.
Thanks! For nothing.
"What possible blame can you find with IPIX for the slower than expected enrollment? Once the trial parameters and sites are fixed, things are completely out of IPIX hands."
It's not completely out of their hands as far as I can tell.
Ipix's Wakefield, MA phone number and email address is the only contact number listed for all sites. I suspect the cfo is fluent in the Russian language.
Good post.
The genius proclamation made by the cfo, oh so many years ago, appears questionable- like many other statements.
He's dunce material at best, likely worse.
"....but there is zero parallel between the message boards optimism & the PPS."
Exactly right. Ipix is at 3 month low despite all the "progress". Some have brought up that recent news resembles P news( I would agree). I also wouldn't be surprised if they only enroll a similiar actual vs planned # of patients as the last K-which was 2 pts actual vs 20 planned( some here claim that was a smashing success).
"Well, the obvious question is does anyone have contacts in India to whom they might send info about Brilicidin?"
Dr. Menon (The former longtime senior vp and medical director) perhaps? Maybe the cfo no longer has any contact with him but, thank God, we have multiple streams of contact with firms like Alpha Sigma, Dr. DeGrado, maybe even the savvy investors they've aligned themselves via the likes of Aspire and unnamed MFO's.
"Since the vaccinated are now the largest percentage of new CV cases hopefully they are made to wear 2 masks so they don't spread the CV to the innocent unvaccinated individuals."
Source please. Are you just mucking the water with your paddleboard?
"AS is a fairly insignificant player in the pharma space. The 35th largest pharma company by revenue is IQVIA (I bet you never heard of them...I haven't either) with $11.36B in 2020. AlfaSigma earned about $1.25B - about 11% of that. It's a bottom fishing company that can't afford real pipeline candidates so it takes chances on the dregs with cutthroat offers like we got.
If you figure B-UP is worth an average of $100M/year for 10 years ($1B total) and we get:
$420K
$6M in regulatory milestones (2024-2026)
$18M in sales milestones (2027-2030)
2% royalty ($2M/year = $20M over 10 years)
That's a total of $44.42M out of $1B or 4.442% of the entire pie.
If B-UP ends up averaging $200M/year or $2B over 10 years we get $64.42M or 3.221% the pie.
"Thanks for the phase 2 drug. We'll run the trials and give you 4.5% for it."
It's rare to find a deal this bad even in preclinical drug deals or in ones that failed a trial. In fact, go ahead and try to find me one...I can't find a "successful" phase 2 candidate that has garnered terms this bad.
I don't think receiving a few $1M payments between now and 2025 is really going to boost the stock. We will sink or swim with B-COVID, B-OM, and B-UC by then. Or we'll be over a billion shares outstanding and $1M will be $0.001 EPS."
It appears as though this company(one person) is looked upon as a farce-based on history(and stock charts), and present non developments, by many(bp, wall st, and many sh's opinion).
He's all talk, no action. Can't even pick up the phone...no one does because no one is there evidently.
This company cares not for common shareholders, only for themselves(himself).
Perhaps that's why Jorgenson left years ago(he worked with DeGrado at UPENN ...didn't he? Part of B development,).
The cfo seems quite able at burning bridges, but has no knowledge in building them.
Like some others, waiting for low teens...maybe.
Nice job. Good chance you'll do even "better" next week.
We gotta have faith in the cfo. He's, apparently, doing all the negotiations with any interested parties, submitting sec filings, writing pr's, managing the stateside office and an overseas office, and now being the primary contact(who else would it be) for every site as the contact phone number is the Wakefield office.
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/results/NCT02324335?term=innovation+pharmaceuticals&draw=2&rank=4
Perhaps some aren't familiar with the selection of tabs at the ct website. Gotta wonder-not.
"We are quietly building to a grand crescendo. The trial results will set off
the fireworks and those who are long can retire with a smile on their face.
Just a matter of time.
Go IPIX
Save the World"
Maybe you're right- we'll see. However, there were alot of ifs missing/omitted from your post.
Why are all the contact numbers for covid "IPI sites", including Russia, listed on the below link, the Wakefield office number? Explains the slow enrollment- at best.
https://www.centerwatch.com/clinical-trials/listings/268205/a-study-to-evaluate-the-efficacy-and-safety-of-brilacidin-in-hospitalized-participants-with-covid-19/?phase=2&page=2&query=Nizniy%20Novgorod&rnk=10&us_intern=international&con_state=Russian%20Federation
"How's this for bullish speculation: When the earliest results from the current clinical study come in a few weeks from now, Russia, Brazil, or other desperate countries approve Brilacidin for emergency use ahead of our red tape bound FDA?
gh"
Quite similar to speculation about prurisol, b-om, and abbisi chances- based upon past company statements and purview.
Wow. Very informative post, with backup.
TY
