I agree with the 1st sentence, not so much with the last as I don't believe there much (if any) shorting of this.

Hopefully we're at the bottom, but as was written six years ago this coming August:

"I'm hoping that CTIX regains some of its footing on the market rebound today. I expect we'll be in a range until substantial news is announced on the trial front from Leo. I'd love for a partnership to be announced but I think Leo is swinging for the fences and won't settle for anything less. In three years we'll be able to look back and judge that as a brilliant move or a serious mistake."

Note- it closed the month of August in 2015 at $1.98/sh.
