Seems I won’t be replying to anyone anymore - thanks to some heavy handed moderator.
Doors probably still open for business and machines being sold under new name without fear of reprisal
The bid size has been 700,000+ multiple days over the last week or so. If your wanting to get out, there appears to be someone out there willing to buy your shares. If you want out sell them.
If this investment fails, it should be on its’ own merits, not on the false narratives that have been the focus of the recent posters.
How many moderators are here? Post #11600 (mine) is gone as well as #11602, 11603, 11604.
No wonder this board is so quiet, too many posts removed. Definitely not a place for discourse.
I wouldn’t consider <$20,000 dollars in trades a sell off. FWIW I had a buy for 250,000 at ask when it was at .0039 and the size was 100,000/1,000,000 and it didn’t fill.
That’s right, I remember now. Wish we had a local around there. I’m still excited about the potential here.
Can’t remember who posted photos awhile ago of the planned site. Would be curios if they would be able to follow up and see if any construction equipment has been staged there yet.
Another of your bad conclusions, but being yours, there is no reason for you to stick around. See ya.
Lol. You were “involved with the earlier iteration of the technology”, what ever that means, and you choose a message board to get up to date. I’m assuming you worked with others in your “involvement”. Did you lose your Rolodex? I didn’t see any questions seeking intel, as you suggested, from this group. Just a bunch of ill-founded negative statements. Thanks for the laugh!
Sounds like this company isn’t for you, you should probably consider riding off into the sunset.
That’s some good DD. Thanks for sharing!
I think we are all still here as we have nowhere else to go with our shares. I suspect they will keep selling one-off machines, nothing will ever get reported, and any profits will quietly get dispersed to a few “employees”.
On the plus side, there is promising hope for its spinoff bmspf
“The business plan calls for the development of phase one with production starting in the third quarter2019”
I think the public notice period was up to the 22nd
I see the last sell trade was for 200 shares - meaningless MM trades.
Someone is really trying to keep this down. Last two trades, 100,000 shares bought at .015 for $1,500.00; then it is followed by 100 share sell at .012 for $1.20
Not yet. Still have options to ask sec to investigate and/or filling class action lawsuit.
Ask for a copy of what? The the last 7 years of financials that was to be filed with the SEC; which hasn’t been submitted because 1) They couldn’t “afford” to pay an accountant to put it together and 2) They couldn’t “afford” the filling fees to submit ?? At this point I don’t need to hear about how things are in the pipeline and good times are just around the corner. I don’t need to read anymore how they are sacrificing/donating their time and talents just to keep the lights on. Nor do I need to hear about how they have everything to gain to get relished because of all the shares that they had issued themselves over the years. From my perspective, and it is only a gut instinct, they are probably personally profiting more from running an unlisted company than they ever would trying to sell all those diluted shares.
I think the only way we will ever know is if they are investigated by the sec or some sort of class action lawsuit is filed.
Why would they? From the reports of others here, they are still selling machines and bringing in money. Probably paying themselves a hefty salary. Seems like they have a pretty good thing going.
I would seem the only people still profiting are the few running the show.
What's really amazing is how management was unable to afford simple filing fees to keep us from getting delisted. With all those KDS's out there, I for one, would like to know where all the money went.
I hope if it goes private there
1) is a class action lawsuit
2) we find out where all the money from past sales went
3) and assuming 2 went into someone's pocket, either directly or laundered through maintain, some one goes to jail
I disagree. A class action would show where the money went from all these supposed sales of KDS's went. If it went in the pockets of few then there need to be consequences for those that perpetrated this. I've always wondered why they use mainland machinery and never used other manufacturers for cheaper productions. Is it possible they could have used them to launder the money? Who knows, could've been on the up and up, but we don't know because of lack of information. Class action would definitely being these unknowns to light
Maybe a class action lawsuit is in order. I personally would like to know where all the money has gone from all the alleged sales over the years. It went somewhere. I would hope some people are held accountable.
I recall reading an almost identical post some 5-6 months ago. If memory serves me, someone stated they "heard" from back channel sources that the auditors were currently working on the books and it would take several months. Completing sometime at the end of last year.
sec Form D filed yesterday.
Fair enough.
Not splitting hairs, but I never made claim that Adam was an Officer. You made reference to Brian which who I was referring to. My whole point being, if they choose to disseminate information, it should be to all investors, not just the 'trusted few'
I have a problem with Officers of a public company "choosing only to deal with those they know" !
50% deposit to cover manufacturing? Then why did we owe Mainland machinery so much money?
Let's hope that is the case
My question was more geared towards how they can afford to pay lawyer fees but not auditor and filing fees. If the the lawyers did in fact get paid, it would have been more wise to use that money to pay an auditor. Then they wouldn't have needed their counsel in the first place. That's just bad management if money. My guess is there never was an attorney involved, it's just Brian blowing smoke up someone's butt.
So how are they getting paid?
The bigger question is, with all the KDS machine "sightings", what happened to all the money from these sales? My money was put to sleep under this new management. Let's hope the money from these sales haven't went into someone's personal pocket. Maybe that is why we don't have a sec report, can't find a shady auditor willing to "work" the numbers
My guess is he will speak when everyone is no longer listening.
Patents are only good for so long, 20 years I believe. So the question is when was the KDS patented and how much time is left. It is also my understanding that certain types of patents require maintenance fees to stay valid.
