Wow, I was a stockholder back in the day on this..
Lost my ass, but thankfully didn't have too much invested.
I take it there were one or more reverse splits, because I remember selling at 0.0001 (if i remember correctly)..

Did this company used to be a printing ink refill company?
Additionally the government has Namaste converting the black market suppliers to Namate, ex Buds2Go, Microcultivators.
In the chat I advised Namaste to import the shlt out of everything.
There is a shortage in Canada.
Could supply the masses and get more patients signing up for med due to the shortage in rec.
Namaste 420 is live.
Cannmart to feature over 50 products by mid Dec.
I took a starter here today too.
Hopped in on a whim with a starter position today @ 0.0332
I see support between .03-.033 on the chart.
Farm bill will hopefully help here, seems like a decent risk/reward.
Seems oversold, but i'm guessing there was dilution.
Was this stock really over $5 per share some time ago?
Do we know for certain that our warrants will be sold at the price point of .50 each? Could it end up being more or less?
Maybe those rumors about billionare families were true, or perhaps Corriente is at it again buying more.
Or maybe someone just knows something about the farm bill.
$125K bid at $10.70
I just checked the accompanying circular for more information regarding how the spinoff affects US holder’s rights to the spinoff.
Our spinoff units (or spinoff unit warrants) will delivered to and then subsequently sold by our brokers on our behalf, and US based TGODF holders will receive cash in liu.
I just voted on the annual shareholder matters today by proxy through my online brokerage.
There was an item pertaining to the spin-off, but it wasn’t clear to me if that proposal included TGODF shareholders or not. Can anyone clarify this?
I voted yes on all line items, but could still change my vote.
Also, I’m assuming that in the event TGODF shareholders aren’t included (and only TGOD holders are), we wouldn’t get shares of the spinoff but they would instead be sold on our behalf and US holders given cash in liu of spin off shares.
(Similar to ACB and Australis)
Is this correct?
What do you think the bottom is?
I read somewhere that TGOD was the most widely held single security within all MJ ETFs.
Not saying that it is the largest single concentrated position within MJ ETFs, it’s not, just that if you lookup all MJ ETFs, you will find TGOD present more often than any other single MJ company.
Rebalance should help here. I wouldn’t be surprised to see funds increasing their concentrations of TGOD now at this valuation.
The CEO is magnificent at executing and closing amazing deals.
Much respect to him there.
He is also the largest shareholder by far (21M shares) and I haven’t seen him sell any shares, even at $3, he’s only bought more.
I imagine that 80%+ of his total net worth is in Namaste stock.
Would love to ask him the real figure on that.
He is instrumental in the success of the company, but perhaps should do a few things a bit more differently.
I’m buying more at $1 if it goes there.
The longer it’s held down the more vicious the uptrend will be imo.
I don’t really see this going below a buck.
I’m with your assessment here, 23 is the number that comes to my mind too.
Easy hold through earnings, the revenue increased every single quarter here for years.
They have poured some money into advertising awareness etc..
I saw CWEB on the side ad of a city bus.
Also our boy Tim Seymour will start pumping this on CNBC, at the right opportune moment of course.
Additionally, we are completely neglecting the endgame as well. This company is chock full of beverage executives and the new TGOD facility being purpose built to include bottling beverage capacity. No company is better positioned for a big beverage deal over TGOD, not even Aurora.
They’ve projected 5 to be opened by the end of Dec.
Wow, we went green on a day like today.
We have a Seagrams board of directors member as well.
2nd largest ginger ale company in North America
From my understanding, the spin-off date was pushed back.
I'm not 100% certain, but I believe that I've seen somewhere that now shareholders as of mid Dec, will be able to participate.
That Namaste 420 rocked
28,000 NamasteMD patients, 47% growth since Oct 1st 2018
Namaste 420 Today
Gotta move into $1-15 stocks
Any ideas on a few good ones?
I was actually thinking the same thing, and almost bought drus at one
point this summer. Had to pass
because every time I looked
around was Stephen Hart and update to CD note 682.
We are higher than DRU*
Thinking back to the summer when along with RBIZ and CEL* as my main 3 penny stock watch list.
Who else had those exact three at top summer 2018 penny stock watchlist stocks?
Kept checking which one would overtake the other in price as they competed with each other in my mind.
Why do I get a kick out of the solemn bagholder poems and epithets. I like the spiritual take you put on it.
Your super confident on VRUS. Have you got 5 or 10M shares?
OTC got smashed. All my watchlist under one dollar and under ten cents, and under a cent all got smoked, even many MJ ones.
My only penny stock now is VRUS, kept a token 500K shares at
.003 after making a nice 65% return during the late summer.
No more stocks under a dollar for me, even though prices across the board seem cheap.
It seems to be going up a little bit each day, lately.
Perhaps if we close above key technical resistance levels, we will run.
Alternatively, we should see a nice boost upon
A. updated patient count numbers
B. additional details concerning Buds2Go
C. Namaste launching UK operations for MMJ
Its the MM VALX, he is holding this down, but does appear to be covering.
He will disappear once he's done, or once big money buying pressure comes rolling in.
My bad, I missed a candlestick or two in late Oct.
The point I was trying to make is that a close above 1.44 is bullish.
Above 1.40 also not bad.
It's actually been (12) trading days, and I didn't refer to it as a crossover.
Simply put, the last time that the PPS was under the Daily 200MA and broke above it, it led to a large run. (late August to late September)
Also, the 50MA (on the weekly chart) sits at 1.49
Longs obviously would prefer to breach and close above these levels, rather than see the price separate to the downside off technical resistance.
Let's close above the Daily 200MA @ 1.44
The last time this occurred, NXTTF ran from 1.32 to 3.00
https://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=NXTTF
Here we go boys, 1.40 resistance has broken to the upside.
Never doubt TGOD, it can run all month!
Hey Josh :)
Charlotte's Web has increased their revenue each and every quarter for the past couple years, and I don't see that trend changing anytime soon.
CBD has also become a very hot topic as of late, so I expect them to reap the benefits, as they have the #1 market share in the US.
The company has also substantially ramped up their advertising and market efforts over the past few months.
Feel free to post here (even if it is a little bit off topic).
Additionally, iHub offers complimentary Happy Hour Fridays, where all users are granted PM privileges each week, for one hour, on Fridays, between 4-5PM.
Great to hear from you!
It doesn't look as if I'll be making it down to the B this month.
I'm heading to LV for Thanksgiving.
Hope this message finds you well -Adam
I like "The Chart Guys" they do really good charts on the top MJ plays.
Yes, on or before 11/29.
There is also recent headlines in the iBox from October
Due by 11/29, but may be released earlier
whatarush!
