the patents that bionitrogen had are now assigned to Trimec Biogas Tech LLC. No real info on this company but it is out of Canada. They kept the biomass related one for Urea and abandoned the provisional patent US 15483674 Modularized System and Method for Urea Production Using Stranded Natural Gas. With natural gas projected to rise significantly there might be life in this one after all. Will take someone stepping up. This in not an attempt to pump this thing but just a remote possibility there might be something to take forward.
They have updated the FAQ section of their website. Good info!
Everyone is waiting on some type of press release. I hope!!
site specific that is, I need a vacation!!
EPC's are project and sight specific. Each sight has it own issues to deal with. The production engineering segment may be the same but the sights have to be handled seperately. Not sure how to read this but it appears that the most recent one is something new.
Front Eng Loading (FEL) eplained at this sight:

They will buy 300 mil of state guaranteed bonds and laugh all the way to the bank! Short trip for them!
I would expect the added money is related to the added production capacity from the original design.
They must be reading the blogs:

I want to make sure folks understand the difference between an EPC for actual cost and what they were doing. They are basically asking for a quote verses an estimate with a plus or minus variation. This is much more important than it may seem. It is much more costly and time consuming but it gives the bond issuers and buyers reassurance that there investment will handle all the cost.
Thanks for update, two important things: The EPC is being done for an exact cost, very different parameters than a + or - 10% one. Take a lot more time but is very accurate. also the permits are very important, nothing can be done other than a little dirt pushing before these are in place. very very positive news!
I stand by my previous post!!!!Read the information first
that is your choice, so move on and leave to brighten someone else's day. By the way, the information you provided is dead wrong. Try reading about the process before spouting off. Remember, keep your mouth closed and let people only think you are an idiot, by opeining it you remove all doubt!
I agree Oracle, I monitor this group because it is sensible. I stopped looking at others because they were full of nuts!!
I would suspect the bonds are tied more to the EPC than a piece of property. The economic development board has probably a list of available properties that would meet the need. I was surprised to see this type of issue since many ECB's require ecological studies before the land is included in one of their incentives
Looks like they are lining up for a big run, or at least I hope so!!! If I remember correctly, Russia make a large percentage of the US's fertilizer. With all the trouble I am not sure if that will hold true in the future.
I hope you are correct on the calm part. It does seem like they are due based on the timing of past press releases. I emailed Adam and asked about the EPC and he said it was being worked on currently but did not offer any thing other than that
Where did everyon go?
Thanks, make sense
Good info! Still puzzles me why the good news was only good for about a 1 or 2 cent jump. Seems like every time good news happens there are those that work to hold it down. Your thoughts?
I should have said it was very interesting piece of information that I had not seen before.
Did everyone catch the Deutch Bank comment, something new and exciting!!
Seems to be some good anticipation in the market today!!
IMO, the ribbion ceremony would be a good place and time to make a big announcement, would you think?
The link directly to the pdf is: http://www.bionitrogen.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/BioNitrogen-Investor-Fact-Sheet.pdf
Thanks, I had not looked at it in the proper light. I guess the ribbon cutting would qualify as promotion. Just getting impatient with this one. I need to let it bake a little alonger and move on to something else until does what it is going to do!
I think one thing that is holding the stock down is BION's lack of promotion. If they were more inclined to promote the company there would be more interest and therefore a much larger base. I fresh blood is greatly needed. IMO
Quote:
"announced today that it has closed on a transaction using $9.6 million of allocation under the Florida New Markets Capital Investment Program ("NMTC")." The use of the past tense "has closed" would suggest it has happened already.
I am sure the EPC is next on the agenda since it is required to release the construction bonds.
One pther issue is the situation in Russia, which, from what I have read, is the 4th or 5th leading producer of nitrogen fertilizer in the world. If there are sanctions this could effect the price drastically. IMO
It is interesting to point out that they are working on securing mulitple locations at once. This makes me think (IMO) that they are trying to be more than a one-offer. If this is true, then I would expect a staged schedule of construction with stagered construction starts at these locations. But, I have always been optimistic, maybe to a fault but anyway optimistic.
You can go to the Hardee county development board website and check the minutes of their meetings if you like. The minutes will have all those attending and the topics, as well as the votes. When BION was discussed, these guys were not on the agenda not present so there is not a connection that I can find. T think it is just another example of how far some folks have fallen.
Energy is an issue but from a very early description of the process I saw somewhere, they were prepared to make their own using extra biomass.
In my experience it sometimes is the way things are done especially to keep money that is specifcally earmarked seperate from other funding.
I think we could all use a little "product" right now. What are the thoughts on the latest announcement?
It just does not make sense. Decent announcements with no movement! What could be causing this?
Found this in a web news article about the "polar vortex" this morning:
"Temperatures 20°F below normal will likely invade the Upper Midwest on Sunday, and gradually spread southeastwards during the week. The peak cold is predicted to occur late next week, with temperatures 20 - 35° below normal covering much of the eastern 2/3 of the country. As a result of these new model runs, the natural gas market has been soaring ever since early this morning, and is now approaching a five-year high of $6."
The key here is the $6.00 natural gas cost!!! Major cost of making conventional fertilizer, this will be driving force in making fertilzer cost go up, especially at the beginning of this spring, that is if spring ever comes!!

Excellent points!! Thanks
I bleive they have the have the EPC in place before they will release the bonds. With the studies being completed it is a logical progression to the Engineering Procurement Contract release. EPC is what things will cost within a + or - range. The EPC is the key!!!
