I've been very tempted to reinvest but no longer trust anything that CD is a part of. I haven't forgotten the pump and dump of the stock that cost me a small fortune. I'm still hoping for a positive outcome now that Teck is involved, but not a penny more of my money will go into it.
Absolutely!!
Whatever. JEERS.
LOL.
My reference to CD's interview being BS is that he is saying Explor has ONE MILLION OZ. It wasn't too long ago that we had 1 1/2 million oz and CD was saying we would have 3 MILLION oz by the end of 2013. Say and think what you want and I WILL THINK AND SAY WHAT I WANT.
I just listened to the interview that CD had in Munich, Germany on November 9, 2013. I have to admit, I wanted to shove my finger down my throat. I had to turn off my computer before I smashed it on the floor listening to his same tired BS.
Oh. I was stating 4 votes since I have two accounts and I'm custodian on two accounts for my two grandsons. I received and completed 4 packets and counted it as 4 votes. If it is based on the number of shares I own, that is much better.
I mailed in four votes against reverse split.
Thank you, I will do that.
I'm wondering the same thing. I have three votes...mine, and as custodian on two accounts belonging to my grandsons.
Thanks for sharing the link.
What caught my eye was Jocelyn August's comment.
...investors look for miners with good management teams that are transparent in their announcements and consistently meet their deadlines.
I know what I'm thinking.
I couldn't agree more. I've questioned his manhood on this Board before, and I'm doing it again. He is blaming the Board and accepting no responsibility? Oh please...that's pathetic.
Two lawyers on the Board? That could be part of the problem.
Let's have a special shareholder's meeting in Dallas (~:
I would love to unload my 709,200 shares, but not at 0.035 - 0.04 when my average cost is 0.60.
No, they are not.
Count me in.
So CD continues to be pleased and encouraged with the drilling results. All I can say is, it doesn't take much to please him. As a shareholder with a substantial investment in EXS, I'm neither pleased or encouraged...I'm extremely disappointed and angry.
So, CD is unwilling to communicate because he believes negative shareholders would cause the call not to be a positive event... Well, HELLO! What other reaction should he expect?? His unreasonable and defiant behavior is not acceptable for someone in his position. He needs to communicate or resign. If he doesn't, I would like to see him legally removed.
CD reminds me of the Wizard of Oz...a little man behind the curtain pretending to be an all powerful and knowledgeable CEO. Now that he has been exposed, he is angry at the SH's and doesn't want to communicate with us. I think he is a coward.
I ABSOLUTELY agree.
That's pocket change...doesn't mean much.
I am staying the course. I still have faith, however hard it may be at times.
I live just outside Dallas which is about 2 hrs from West, TX so I was not affected, other than feeling tremendous sadness for those that were directly affected.
Thanks for sharing that information. You have breathed some hope back into this shareholder.
I have right at $500,000 in this...we started buying in '09 and bought right up to $1.00. That is not play money for me, but I am in for the duration. Cashing in now for $35k is laughable.
Interesting. I will refrain as well from commenting other than to say, it was all I could do to keep from "upchucking" on my computer screen while listening to him.
In XS, I guess I don't know what I am doing. I tried to send a private reply but only got advertisements. So, to answer your question, me and my 709,200 shares are IN!!!!!!!!!
I did not expect much in the way of good news from the 43-101, but this shocked me. Lucky for Gary and Chris that my thoughts for them cannot be activated into reality, otherwise, they would be orbiting the earth right now without the benefit of a spacecraft.
I read the reply from Gary to someone on here stating that the 43-101 would be ready in June-July, and that drilling would continue in the fall. I have sent Gary an email regarding the fall drilling and will see if he responds. My "friend" that keeps me updated speaks to Gary and forwards that infor to me. The last thing I was told was that they expected to have a Buyer in late summer or early fall...obviously that is just more bull. I don't know if I have been singled out for misinformation or if others have been told things such as this as well. It is getting more difficult for me to believe anything I am told.
No, I would not. $0.20 is still too far below my average cost...sadly.
I would love to have one share of Goldcorp for every ten shares of EXS I have. (~:
I agree with you 100%.
Gregory, I think so as well (~:
Losing it all is a stressful thought, but I know it is a real possibility. My late husband was duped by a "friend" into investing in EXS(I did as well, but not to the extreme extent as my husband). He should have done his own DD, but he didn't...his fault. I've screamed, cried, lost sleep, and said some not very nice things to this "friend." Bottom line, what is done, is done, and what will be, will be. I am praying for Divine Intervention to save EXS since CD obviously isn't doing much to make that happen.
My shares were purchased between $0.30 and $1.00 so no celebrating here, although it was good to see it go up to $0.10 rather than down to $0.05. At this time, I would be thrilled for a return of just half my investment.
Great to see the increase in SP. I wonder if KC is behind it...possibly those working the drilling site are seeing something positive and are purchasing stock.
OK, here is where I found the entire Newsletter if you want to look it up...sorry I was unable to copy it.
-Google Marquest ResourceInsight
- Look for Energy Fields Toronto, Ontario Newsletter
-Click on and go down a little. On the left you will see Download Previous Issues. Download January 2013.
This is basically the same thing we have heard before, but it is at least somewhat recent.
Below is what came to my email. When I clicked on the link shown below, I could not get it to come up. I googled Marquest Resources Insight and found the January 2013 article referred to. It is long, with charts etc. I tried to copy it and could not. I will go back and try to find the exact site for you and maybe you can find it.
Marquest - Resources Insight - Volume 2, Issue 1 2013 - Explor Resources Article
The Long Term Commodity Cycle Has Time to Run
Commodity markets have protracted multi-year bull and bear market periods caused by the long term supply/demand factors which significantly influence investment cycle in the industry. The resource extraction business requires substantial amounts of investment capital as a resource moves through the exploration, capital investment and production stages. In the mining industry it can take over ten years for a mineral discovery to come into production. These long lead times create significant swings in the inventory cycle which causes extended periods of over and under investment in the industry. The long term commodity cycle is marked by under investment and low inventories at the bottom oand over investment and high inventories at the top.
There have been four long term secular commodity bull markets since 1900. The first two occurred during teh two World Wars (1900 to 1920 and 1933 to 1951). The last previous cycle was 1968 to 1981 which was driven by the inflationary environment of the 1970's. The average age of the past three bull markets was 17 years. As can be seen in the chart on the following page, commodity bull markets tend to occur during periods of sideways to declining equity markets which suggests that the economy is in a challenging environment......

Coincidently,a January Release from Marquest ResourceInsight just showed up in my spam email. Positive comments about TPW. It was not significant enough to take away my fears, but it was good to read. I still believe in EXS, I just hope it has success before I die.
I just saw a Release regarding Explor amending the expiry date of warrants issued 9/22/11...is that the Release you are referring to?
Thank you for the cell phone number.
I have called the office twice and left a message for him to call me...I never heard from him. The man who answered the phone both times did not identify himself, and I did not ask to whom I was speaking. I told the person answering the phone how I felt...probably why no one called me back. Believe me, I want to get back on the CD bandwagon...it's just hard to right now. I hope someday soon I will have pie on my face for my comments and CD will be telling us he has a JV or a major buying EXS.
