Is this the same Chinese company that the indigenous people have been fighting against for a while? One assumes that it is fairly easy to sign an agreement - the PR does not say contract - binding or otherwise since nobody has seen it or knows what clauses have been inserted.
Just google - Latin America indigenous - Chinese - Aguila Dorada - it's all there.
Too true.
Everyone that bought on the last pump at $.01 +, has been watching the massive dilution and reading the hype still being pumped out even as the share price has been smashed. As soon as they can, they will dump this piece of trash and it's nothing more than a flipper.
When the original promoters come out and say even they won't touch the stock - pause and give yourself time to think about that one before you jump in.
Isn't his fb page public? That means you could post the question yourself - although if I'm not mistaken didn't BIG already say that he wasn't paid anything by NWGC? He did not however say he wasn't paid by SILK for his part in promoting. What is interesting is that BIG when questioned about NWGC, said he hasn't been touting the stock for months and wouldn't touch it at all now - in essence, everyone should have understood without him saying so, that he had changed his mind on buying or holding the stock. That statement however might seem a little contradictory when he was still confirming a trip to the mines to take place in November 2014. This made it seem as if there was still interest and faith in the company at a time when he now says he had none. NWGC hasn't disclosed payments to promote yet as far as anyone seems to be aware - others did not disclose payments to promote until after a lot of people bought into it so it seems - anyone who bought in at over $.01 has pretty well watched their cash disappear and is either holding on hope or sold already.
Silk Dynasty Stocks LLC. still holding brother...wish i had gotten out at .0165 since i called such an amazing run... hard to talk about it now considering he hasn't come through on simple promises... once he does, I will mention it. Im holding a huge position still ...HUGE and truly hope he starts spending a lot of the money on the stock.. there is no reason this couldn't be at 5 cents... just have to wait and see but trust me bud..I'm not happy.. It was a long run which is very hard in the OTC market but I wish it could have stablized above a penny
How about we say that 50% have been able to flip but the other 50% have lost 3/4 of their investment buying in at the 2nd alert of .01. Let's not ignore the fact that 50% or more aren't flipping because they are waiting for the short term projection of .03 to still come around from 3 months ago so the funds are tied up. Nobody can keep touting a positive call when they've made more negative calls - if the CEO starts the buy back and posts that PR, maybe that short term could be in reach -
In regards to the professional standing of Duncan Bain, the geologist for NWGC - I have heard back from the APEGBC. I sent an email to them asking what the requirements were to not only become a member of their Association but to remain in good standing. I also asked them if those professionals listed on their membership list would be considered in good standing.
I received an answer today -
A
Oct 2012 - Cyprium Mining
NWGC appears legit until I hear differently.
I have received a response from the organization I asked about validation that the company does exist to confirm they received my request - I expect something this week.
Duncan Bain is listed as a practicing geologist in the professional association APEGBC - he is not under suspension, nor inactive. I am following up on him.
I could find no conviction for criminal activity in the courts for Duncan Bain but if someone has one, I would be interested in reading it. His contact information is easy to find and I'm sure he would be interested in following up any type of insinuation that he is a convicted criminal because slander is an offense when it attacks his credibility and employment.
The Canadian Revenue Agency seized JOINT assets in relation to a health services business Robert Talbot and his wife were both involved in. They seized the assets for taxes unrelated to mining as far as I can tell in the report. This was 20 years ago -
There have been ongoing, consistent statements that NWGC does not exist. It has been stated that New World Gold Corporation is not real and has no mines and no operations.
I believe any mining company operating legally in the countries stated by NWGC should be easily validated as the government, other corporations and affiliations of those operations would have written contracts with them.
It should not be that hard to validate the existence of those operations and their ownership and there are any number of periodicals and professionals that I'm sure can point me in the right direction.
I will post the results of my findings - good or bad.
Could someone please sticky the latest PR on the buyback? It might be time to remove the sticky screaming Dilution and post this latest, real news.
NWGC should be going up given the information we've received from them - and lets hope it starts a climb today and keeps moving upward.
Just a fair warning - my posts asking the same questions were removed - and I have been banned from posting more than once a day so I guess nobody can try and figure out what's going on by trying to address all the negative information - that means NWGC will be one sided in it's discussions - information on the CC was good - go NWGC$$
Wow!
Great news - NWGC bought by BVN? Not too shabby! Check out the share price of BVN = moving on up!!
You are right JD - Bain has in fact done other reports for companies - I believe there was one in 2012 out of NY - so as has been proven, if his services are still being used, then the slap on the wrist he got, didn't do him any harm and just maybe, people in the business were able to look at it as a misstep and sloppy reporting.
As for another business failing that the CEO apparently had - if you were to round up all the people who ran various businesses, often unrelated - you'd round up a few million in your own State. There are a lot of artists and writers running businesses in accounting, sales etc - .
Check out some other gold company stocks mentioned before - he doesn't have any here - but there?
Well, if you are all about DD - give him a call and ask.
If you are talking about Duncan Bain, the geologist, all I've seen here is one infraction with a minor fine and a short suspension.
I haven't seen any charges or suspensions or fines in relation to all these other scam mining companies or scam CEO's you infer there are that he's been involved with.
If you have that proof, where is it?
Suspended him for 6 months years ago - big deal, he's worked since then which should tell everyone that his professional status remains in good standing and his experience is still being sought out.
You keep harping back on this ONE small infraction - is that all you have to keep bashing him on? That was a slap on the wrist and nothing more.
That's from 2010 - it seems that it was a slap on the wrist and a little fine.
He was back in business writing a report in 2012 for Group 8 Minerals out of NY, so it would seem that his professional status and experience were still legit and in demand.
Well, there ya go! Why didn't you just post that up front instead of alluding to criminal behavior? Would have been a lot simpler -
So now you are saying that Talbot told Bain he has mines and both of them are lying about those mines?
That together they are conjuring up a story about gold mines and that Bain is allowing himself to be used to front Talbot for legitimacy?
Considering that Bain IS a geologist - it isn't just Talbot making an opinion.
If you're still questioning Bain's legitimacy - I guess you could contact a whole pile of people he's done work for or been affiliated with -

Robert Talbot information from the Disclosure Statement for Andes Gold, March 30, 2012 -
Thanks for keeping us informed!
I am not on the CC tonight - I would ask Computerbux or Silky or someone to please ask for clarification on whether or not there is ANY link between these two companies. Thanks.
Excellent! Thank you!
Another poster SF Wolf posted a PR from NWGC and at the very end of it all he claimed that that this was the company they were working with.
Is this the company?
COMPANY PROFILE & KEY EXECUTIVES FOR ZRSCF
Zoloto Resources Limited is a gold exploration company. The Company owns interests in gold exploration properties in the Russian Federation.
Is this the BIG news that is supposed to be the catalyst toward $.25?
Thanks for the heads up on the ticker ----I had lost all faith in this thing but I gotta say, nice surprise!
There is no website that is operational for Visual Flavors and since this link came from their February PR, one has to ask if after 6 months what the intent was.
Agreed
That's what I thought was happening..
Yeah..okay...comments like 'betting on Wednesday or expecting news'...a few times over, well most people logically link that to news on the date mentioned - if that wasn't the case, no day or date or time frame would be given.
Hey!!! Isn't today supposed to be some BIG news....didn't Cbux say something about Wednesday and massive news that will make sellers weep? Hope so!
