How could you possibly expect the 10Q to not show "going concern" verbage. The large onslaught of subscribers didn't start, and won't continue, until 2nd Quarter! How is the 10Q not pretty? Look at the excerpts posted on CBS Marketwatch and you'll want to rethink your position.

My last message for a while I promise!
I just wanted to point out that in going through the SEC filings it appears it has been a long time that any insiders have disposed of shares. Instead, they've all been acquiring. I think this is a healthy sign, personally.
--FN34
He didn't, he acquired shares, not disposed of them.
I'm sorry maybe I'm misreading something. I see two SEC filings where he "A"cquired shares, but 0 where he "D"isposed of them.
Thanks in advance.
--FN34
Why are insiders buying at these prices? Hmm. Glad I picked up some myself yesterday!
Good luck to all! :)

Your reply demonstrates and reinforces my original thoughts regarding your post. Good night. --FN34
I'm off to a party--I won't be posting for a while. Good night to all! --FN34
I just felt your language was inappropriate content for this board. I never stated you lied, just simply that I don't believe your post. This is a free country (I am posting from the United States) so I am entitled to my opinion. I have a hard time personally believing that you received movies from Netflix, unless someone at Gameznflix set up an account in your name with your home address at Netflix because they didn't have the 3 movies you requested, gave them your credit card information, ordered the 3 movies, and had Netflix send them to you. If that's really the case, then I agree someone should go to jail. I just consider that to be a little far-fetched, no offense.
I will apologize to you for my accusal when I receive an apology for being labeled a "moron." I am sure you can see why I might hold some doubt in regards to your post.

In the "for what its worth" column:
I have personally received several DVDs and 1 game from Gameznflix over the past 3 weeks. None from Netflix. Return addresses were all to Gameznflix. After reading every single other GZFX board out there, this is the first I have heard of such a situation. I would think that if this were happening everywhere, trust me, the bashers would be grabbing this like hot cakes. They just hadn't thought up this latest scenario yet.
JMHO, as always--do your own DD!
--FN34
Look. All I'm saying is, that doesn't make sense. How could you receive DVDs straight from Netflix unless you ordered them straight from Netflix? How could Gameznflix conduct inventory management on DVD titles if such DVDs were coming straight from Netflix, and then being returned directly to Netflix?
In conclusion, resorting to name-calling is not professional and has no place on this board. I thought this board was above that, but apparently I was mistaken.
I do not believe you because your claim violates all basic inventory control rules. The only possible scenario I can ascertain is that you most likely have an account with Netflix set up, and one with Gameznflix. This is the only plausable solution, IMHO. To receive games from Netflix and then return them direct to Netflix does not follow inventory control rules, such activity does not even make sense!
--FN34
Um, your post doesn't even make sense.
Why would GZFX send DVDs to people with Netflix return envelopes? They wouldn't even get back to GZFX. That's like taking your Toyota to a Honda dealer to get it worked on!
I simply don't believe you, no offense. Are you sure you didn't order DVDs from www.netflix.com? I can see how one could become confused, after all, both are online DVD rental companies.
As I always say, be sure to type those website addresses in carefully!
--FN34
That's funny. I've heard all kinds of bashing on here, but certainly this is the first of this kind.
My rentals have always taken 2-3 days to arrive, personally.
GZFX CUSTOMER traffic on the rise!

No "E": from CBS Marketwatch:
Great post on "E" from TSPHUNT on CBS Marketwatch:
I spoke with the SEC (1-800-SEC-0330) regarding this issue. They filed their 10KSB yesterday. She checked GZFX records and indicated that there is nothing else outstanding that would warrant the addition of an "E" to the ticker. She indicated that the OTCBB are the ones who change the ticker based on directives from the SEC. If a directive was given previously, she indicated that it would likely be reflected in the ticker symbol by now. Given that they are fully in compliance, SEC would not issue a request to the OTCBB to change the ticker at this point and advised me to call back tomorrow if the OTCBB does add the "E" so that they can issue a directive to have it romoved. Proof of filing is at the link below...

PS: "E"Trade just removed their MISTAKE from their trading system. Ticket is again "GZFX."

In start-up mode, they probably do still require additional funds to get going. The revenue simply isn't there to the degree it will be in the future. Give it time is my recommendation.
Games are back up on the site!
I received my first movie 2 days after I ordered it (ordered last Wednesday, received Friday). Yesterday (Monday) I received one game from veegeez and one movie, that I had ordered on Wednesday of last week. Good luck to all

LMAO! April 7 hasn't even happened yet. LOL
To log onto VG's from GNF, these are the steps I used, the process now works (or at least, for my account):
Actually, I used the same account that I used when I signed up on the beta account (the one that Mr. Koch thought was likely a bogus account). Perhaps because I called Mr. Koch they took care of my beta account for me .. I really can't be certain.
What you need to do is click "games" once you are registered with GameZnFlix (I'd try the new account first, then the old one if you registered under the beta site). It should log you in automatically, but if it doesn't, then click "Login" on veegeez.com and try both e-mail addresses (new first, then old) with the passwords you selected originally when you signed up.
If none of this works, I would give it a few hours and try back again--perhaps my account was just *lucky* and further ahead in the queue to be repaired than other persons. However, if by a few hours or even Monday you are still having account problems I would recommend using the "Contact Us" feature to resolve the account issues you are having.
Just my humble opinions only--but everything is working fine for me now and I am ecstatic!! :o)
I was the person who posted that on RB. I stand behind the post, however: please note that the company did not post the message. I am only an investor who received a call from Mr. Koch today.
