Never a good sign…
I did take note that in both of your posts discussing the conference panel session, you excluded any mention of AYAR’s(Mark Wade) participation in that panel… I guess they weren’t discussed at all during dinner???
Thank you for your thoughtful informed response
My queries have nothing to with patience, rather inconsistencies regarding timelines, NDA’s, and viability in regards to said timelines… because it’s very clear to me that AYER has plans to be DISRUPTIVE & “UBIQUITOUS” but, of course you can’t buy their shares yet…
I’m gonna put this to rest! I am not involved with any shorters or kkap… his tweet about AYAR’s partnerships was posted on this board… I just followed the trail… getting virtually no responses, (I did follow all your links as well) other than a bunch of gaslighting,… what do YOU make of all of AYAR’s PARTNERSHIPS with GFS, NVDA, INTEL, MACOM(who’s booth they were presenting in at OFC)… can you speak to that direct question, as you are considered one of the more knowledgeable persons on the board… they clearly are “the first to market” with an IO chip!
I do hope you’re able to get some clarification about AYAR…
I asked Dylan Patel his take on the situation and this was his response…
Me:
Will you be attending the PIC conference? Lwlg, Ayer, and Poet all presenting, followed by a panel discussion…there has been much speculation about LWLG’s polymer, but I see Ayar with all the partnerships…GFS, INTEL,NVDA, MACOM…what do you make of this?
Dylan:
Nah, but LWLG is very much vaporware company. Questionable if their tech can even be manufactured in high volume or that it provides a tangible benefit.
It could, but way too much an asymmetric bet.
Gm th, ran out posts yesterday and couldn’t respond, looks like a good entry point, my DCA is at .64… I met a woman who called herself TH in an old IRC chat room about 20 years ago… you have a similar energy print… best of luck;)
I’ve always felt people should refrain from telling others what to with their own money…
and, having no idea what other other investments I’m in you make an awful lot of ASSUMPTIONS about my risk tolerance… not that it’s any of your business but i chose to reallocate percentages to GFS and NIOBF…
Although ROI with GFS not as attractive with current capitalization i do view it as far more derisked, and clearly the leader in the photonics space at the foundry level…
Of course you can compound that timeline to the big insider dump of 12/21… and then Lebby’s strange 1000 share purchase in April, which suggests to me no “known” deals in the imminent future… …
I would think that those with the “technical expertise” will have the opportunity to ask some very important questions tomorrow!, given the multitude of presentations going on tomorrow, and particularly the afternoon panel with Lebby, Wade, Poet, etc… I will be listening, (actually listening, not just ‘hearing’ what i want to hear)…
Many, but most center around the timelines of Cory and Karens departure… the two other authors of paper discussing “new and improved perkinamine”… and still of course adding to “new and improved” patent collection,… meanwhile, the Silicon Valley VC’s seem to have found their darling… and can at a minimum prolong the slowdown of Moore’s Law… history has also born that not necessarily the “best” option will be adopted if the big boys aren’t making all the $$’s… of course Nikola Tesla wouldn’t know anything about that…
Critical thinking demands answers to these questions… i personally HAD half of my Roth invested here, and reduced the position substantially because as i delved deeper into my own dd there became more questions than answers…
