There is nothing in that video that shows anything about rfmk developing anything new or revolutionary.

So why is Cheryl starting her own vape company with partnership with rfmk? This is documented that Cheryl is the owner of Hautevape and while she was working with RFMK she started marketing hautevape and promoted it on RFMK and other websites.

I highly doubt you would go into business with RFMK without having control over any day to day operations. There is two viable answers.

1. Shes jumping ship because she wants to preserve her image and did a 180 on tom,

or

2. She knows whats going on and will market hautevape once she leaves company. Thus using RFMK funds to finance a company that is now free and clear of any debts. Go figure. Conclusion: RFMK is currently trading near the bottom of its long term trading range on accelerated volume. While the company has made some important developments in recent months and has developed the type of loyal following that can catapult these micro caps to explosive gains the stock has failed to move much for investors. Many expect the Tom Allinder connection to produce BBDA type runs however the underlying problem of massive dilution to pay for services, debt and anything else that comes along means that there is no shortage of stock in the public domain and RFMK does not move so easily.

Actualy hexcorp makes the zephyr ion well they import it from china under the brand zephyr ion. The same tabletop vaporizer rfmk is now saying is there device, so one can argue this but here is the catch the ion isn't popular and is out dated.

RFMK could not pay juda for his work and wanted to give him stock options instead to dump, Juda not wanting to go this route took the cannacigs as payment, there is a falling out that happened between eachother juda tom and cheryl.
