Thank god I got out of 90% of my shares on Friday during the twitter pump... I knew this news was coming. Sold my remaining 10% holding today.

What was even more encouraging than the % increase was that the massive selling seemed to have stopped... it stalled two times today for a few hours with minimal trades whereas the last few weeks it just kept going down mintue after minute... so apparently the dilutors that sold the last few weeks may be done

aren't T trades bad? meaning it means dilution?

I already know what comes next. They are going to announce that they had an offering and that they are using the funds to expand the business...what confuses me is that on 11/4, didnt the PR state exactly that?... so why did it end up going up despite it being seemingly bad news? and now it looks like they are doing what they said they would in the PR and it is tanking because of that. It's likely going to tank even more when the 8k is officially released stating that.

This is a classic trash scam stock selling scheme stock...no offense, but its true, i got shares in this. I dont have too much history about this company but didnt they dilute shares once before and then do a RS? and now are repeating the same process essentially?

News is coming ether Monday or Tuesday per company email so it depends on what it is.

Not just that, its not looking good for people that bought durign the slide...there have been like 10 price points where u thought "it cant go lower than this"...but it keeps going lower and lower. Depending on what the news on Monday/Tuesday is...that could be the nail in the coffin

Well, even with dilution, outstanding shares right now are still only about 50 mil, even if they got to 100 mil, thats 99.9% better than most OTC companies... so as long as news comes out before it bloats way past that, we should be fine.

Only hope is to get some kind of news the next week or so

When you see those 10k bids/asks...thats a clear indicator of dilution for sure.

Its also funny how it abruptly always moves up to try to fake out people to think it is going to make a move

Thats why its so hard to get 'excited'...literally 2-3 trades were responsible for the 15% jump...so I'm not buying that its a reversal yet.

Thats not true. This was known for several months... if it was going to drop because of this, it would have already dropped. The POR has this written in the plan and anyone could have read it. There are people with 100s of million of shares of this stock, a few inexperienced twitter and ihub stockholders who didnt see this initially are not going to influence whether this goes up or down.
