TDJ- any plans to visit the sunncomm office in Phoenix? Would love to hear if you stopped by and your impressions?
K.C- How about a reverse split?? Like 1000 to 1. I guess filing to go NASDAQ is a dead horse.
TDJ
Thanks do keep us informed about the current company prospects. One question I do have, what is the company's employee turnover? Have they hired more experiene people lately?
Can someone who lives in Pheonix visit the office? Are the lights still turned on? Are there people in the office working?
Phoenix Visit?
Kenco, I know that company is keeping their mouthes zipped, but at least a serious investor who lives in the area can stop by and look around the office? Are people working? Is the place a morgue or is it buzzing? You can tell a lot by simply walking around the office? Maybe talk to a few employees ask them what's going on?
Just my thoughts...
anyone live in Phoenix?
If yes, can they drive to Sunn's office...This is crazy that they are not talking..
When will they be more assertive about giving us updates???
This lawsuit is kind of important?
Visit to the Sunncomm office.
I agree, now would be the ideal time to simply ask face-face, what the hell is going on??? Like I mentioned, then will lie, but you can usually tell by their facial expressions if they are saying the truth or not..
Thanks JR..
I know this is asking a lot, but, do you think it would be possible to walk in and ask a few folks there, what's going on. OF course there will be white lies, but maybe you can get a sense of the mood at SunnComm.
It's worth a shot
Anyone in Phoenix? Can they drive up to SunnComm office and talk to them?
Can someone go there and report back to us?
Share buy back?-
Does anyone know if the company will buy back shares within the next Qtr?????
How long will management stay quiet at 0.022??
Stingray2 you are correct. However, now that there is revenue coming in (or so we think) it's time for a reverse split and some buy backs. I was just thinking how do we plan to get onto NASDAQ (even with MMX) without a share price above > 2.00 (I beleive is the min). I know that Peter issued more shares to finance this puppy. But now that we do have revenue coming in..isn't it time to look at the crummy share price of less than 0.04.
FYI...maybe I missed it, but when is the next shareholder teleconference. Maybe Peter will have the kuhanas to answer what he plans to do to get stock above 1.00 (and hopefully, not the B.S about we are signing more lables...blah..blah.. that is understood without saying). For example, Cisco buys back $5B of it's shares a Qtr aside from aggresively increasing revenue.. What is Peter going to do?

Number of shares outstanding is very important.
a) There are funds out there that do buy Pinks, but will not buy a stock under a $1 some under $5.
b) Think about if we had 5% of the shares outstanding (35 M). when the stock will move it will move by larger Dollars, which creates even greater momentum. Look at ITWO
c) You mentioned SUN (SUNW) that have large market caps, (and NT, LU) these companies do have too many shares ane because of that, these stocks don't move
d) By simply being over a dollar you are more respected. Period.
e) Buying back shares sends a good signal to the market. Or so said my Finance Proff many years back.
f) Finally, by not growing from 300 M shares to 700 M shares as I saw over the past 3 years, tells investors we are not strong enough to support ourselves and we will continue to borrow from stock holder rather then mixing with borrowed debt
and or bank credit lines.
Although percentages may not change, managing the number of shares is important...
You seriously don't believe we can be over a dollar/share with 700 M shares??? Come on...
With 700 M shares outstanding you are going to need a Tsunami of Big deals to move this stock..there is just too much dilution of shares for a small amount of revenue dollars. Peter needs to reduce the number of outstanding shares...
So no knows about any plans for a reverse split or share buy back....???
Thanjs Sahd3g
However, I think you would agree that we do not need an aggresive reverse or buy back. There is no way this company would have a market cap of 700 M (assuming a $1/share) anytime within the next 5 years. The only way to get this share price over 1.00 would be to buy back. As the company grows than it would make sense to sell more shares.
Stock buy Back
Thanks UR2W
I am just wondering how long Sunncomm can keep this up? Has anyone actually asked Peter this question? Are they simply putting the stock on hold for now, and not give a damn about the share price and continue to add more shares?? I didn't realize it was 760 M shares??
Share Buy Back
In short, nothing will happen to this stock until we trim the 500M shares outstanding. Has anyone spoken to management about buying back shares? Who cares about all the press releases..the company first needs to get it shares above $1.00. I would really appreciate anyone's feedback if they spoke to Peter about buying back stock.
Thanks
You are so immature. Every year for the past 3 years people on this silly board have been stating the same thing. "Next year will be better, next year the stock will rise... Blah..blah..blah".
Lets face it, the concept is a great concept, the management is not so good.
Didn't I tell you people a few months ago that Peter would issue more shares. I must have said it 10x at least.
Good luck with this messed up company. Next Year, Peter and team will issue another 100 M and so on and so forth.
Wick50
You mentioned that JF and family have diluted the shares to the extent that they can control the price. You mentioned that will change in May? Why in May would that change? What is signficant with this month?
thanks
Thanks Wick
But why a CEO purposely keep the stock in the gutter due to a "possible" hostile takeover threat. If anything that would drive up the stock price and it seems that the industry is consolidating. GZFX will lose to the big fish that get larger. ..
Plus there are other ways to avoid takeovers such as poison pills, and a firm "board" that doen't support it.
So has there been discussion with JF in terms of how long he wants to keep the stock in the gutter? We can never more with 600M shares outstanding.
March 31 is the annual report..Great!
I guess what I am looking for has there been talk about a reverse split? Too many shares outstanding.
Also, did they offer any strategy going forward?
seriously, who are the folks running this ship. Do any of you speak to the CEO often..
How many people work for this company. On Yahoo it shows 3..but I would believe it's more than that.
- Has anyone spoken to the management team anytime soon?
I know the Annual report is due on May 15, but is there any current feedback as of today from the company?
- Did the CEO at anytime give us a strategy plan to combat NFLX/BBI other then "they are fighting amongst themselves"?
- How many active subscribers do they have?
- Is there any plan at all to buy back shares, reverse split etc..
- Has there been talk to get on NASDAQ (not Bulletin Board?
would appreciate any info.
what's happening on May 15th?
Has anyone spoken to the management team? How many employees do they have?
Would appreciate any response.
Thank you very much GAP.
I was shot down many times on this board for saying CD's will soon expire. They will folks. The future is in Digital Files.
It's sooner than we think. Just ask the VIP woman.. (hey where did she go)..
I would be more happy with 99% of the DVD market than with 99% of the CD business.
Has anyone heard more about the DVD business?
Just more Hype. EOM
sahd-
Look at the IPOD explosion. In a few years, MP3 will be the norm.
CD's scratch easily and they are a pain to move around. I can store all my MP3's on a key chain. Plus I can send them to whomever I want.
Think about it..all the songs I can think off on a key chain, or a CD for each artist.
There is nothing to mess with..it's plug and play
Worh Repeating-
Though reporting is nice, bottom line we need off the Pink Sheets and into the Nasdaq.
We also need to get aggresive in the DVD space. CD's will fall off as MP3 becomes the norm. Soon, there will not be any need for CD's.
In time DVD's will also fall off as people can download movies via high speed (I think that will take longer)
I agree Jarvis, but he has been saying this for over 2 years. Remember those ASk the Prez, where he explicitly said that we were moving to an exchange by the end of Dec 03. When that didn't happen..sunncomm scraped the ASk the Prez web site.
Prob to hide the evidence. We need action...plenty of companies with less earnings listed on the NAZ, why can't we be there too?
We as shareholders need to pressure Peter and team to get off the pink sheet...There is no regulation at all on the pink...So MM can do with the stock price as they wish. If we want appreciation in value, lets start by moving to a place where there are rules.
Peter- We can announce a billion cd's sold. The market will still hold down the stock price !!! Why? Becuase this stock is not regulated and therefore is subject to manipulation. So until we report financials and get off this darn pink sheet, all the good news in the world won't help. That's a fact!
Not even the SEC will help.
Peter- we need off the pinks, and into the NASDAQ
Point Final.
Viperman- $5.8 in annual is ok revenue, but no way near exciting as everyone is touting. What we need is to aggresively consolidate the number of shares. I have said this a billion times. With 450M shares outstanding, there is no way we will see $1 anytime soon.
We need to get on the NASDAQ, and we need more business in not just Music, but DVD and other security protection software.
145 M cd's at 0.04 = 5.8M in revenue..
Though 145 million sounds like a big number, from a revenue perspective it's only 5.8 FOR THE ENTIRE Year. SunnComm needs to get into the DVD (we saw that from the last announcement), and other markets too. We can't move to the NASADAQ on $5.8 dollars...
DOES GZFX report numbers? If so, when will they report the previous qtr revenue?
if QTIG is the shell, and sunncomm has dirty laundry, then why not buy qtig? which stock represents sunncomm, scmi or qtig????
Can anyone please explain the value in QTIG shares. If a share pric is a reflection of Revenue, Earnings etc..and SCMI and QTIG both share the same revenue, than why is QTIG even needed?
Granted that QTIG reports and SCMI doesn't, but why can't SCMI report and be done with QTIG
Please no silly PR's...for once Peter, let us enjoy this 1 cent rally.
Sunncomm should focus on revenue generation, not silly QTIG shares. Isn't QTIG a subsidiary of SunnComm. So what SunnComm earns, QTIG earns. Revenue, Revenue, Revenue..
