Would like to remind traders who like to keep all their gambling capital in the market at all times, to check ahead with your online broker so that you know what YOUR BROKER'S "conversion fee" is. Said fee is going to be levied against your CRGC shares to convert them to PGLC shares. You don't want to get sold out of your position in order to pay fees your didn't plan on, just because you didn't leave $30 or $50 or whatever in your account for this eventuality. That 30-60day time window is already in count down mode.
Think of this irritating fee like cookies or milk set out for Jolly OSN each Christmas Eve.
Please explain how this relates to CRGC. Last I heard, PGLC had disposed of all the land package in CRGC, because it was uranium related. I don't understand. Thank you.
The following was received from IR, June 28. It was unsigned. I tried calling, and always received a canned answering machine message, regardless of time of day when placing my call. Moved to emailing the company. Initial email was sent it June 22, and subsequently had to resend 2 more times before finally receiving a response 6 days later and after leaving phone message machine requests for contact as a shareholder. Not very impressed with PGLC's IR department. I guess when one has a billionaire funding the company and a big cheese former FMC VP as management, there is no need to coddle any lowly shareholder. The copy paste verbatim reply is in its totality, and is as follows:
Does anyone know if full service brokers have any kind of electronic back channels where they can tick a stock for about to be released from registration information? Online brokers are useless for this kind of customer service.
