1,000% increase for those who got in at No bidX(.0001) to the new base at .0010. This drastic fluctuation creates massive sell offs, but CBYI is still relentlessly holding at the new base of .0010!!!
Call me crazy, but this is pretty amazing.......
From a technical standpoint *CHART*
Check out ClayTraders chart work. Good watch. CBYI is just warming up!
72,286,464 current volume.Volume is building quick and pps will soon follow. Proper catalyst and the chase will be underway. Friday set this up perfectly imo.
53,089,797 volume currently!!!!! We have some nice support 10-12 range. No worries. Even with all the negativity and waiting for news...
Up until recently the http://www.cambertire.com/ site had a direct link to CBYI at the bottom. It has since been removed. Speculation is that the deal is not occurring and it was a coding mistake, while others present the argument John Scott was overwhelmed with communications regarding the stock and removed it.
Some other interesting points:

and a Video posted via John Scotts personal YouTube account that directly connects CBYI and Camber Tire.

Interesting right? The board has recently received a heavy wave of negativity and regurgitation of old information. I would love to know why that's the main header when we have so much other positive information that is current and relevant to the future of the ticker.
Hopefully the board starts to take both sides into consideration again.
Please anyone new view my posts if you want facts and not just speculation.
I don't have PM on this board, but if you message me your email address I will return any questions.
Excellent work!!!!! Going to grab some coffee and read your page. Thank you for the DD!
It's too early to make a valid evaluate of what it can and cannot do. We don't have enough information to prove if it fits within the general outline of the typical SPAC. What CBYI and Camber Tire are doing behind closed doors is anyones guess. Once information is provided and you have facts I will listen/take your information into consideration.
Why the revoked status is NOT a RED FLAG
"LAS VEGAS, NV - (Accesswire) August 13th 2013 - Cal-Bay International, Inc. (Pinksheets:CBYI) Today confirmed the company has today completed the necessary paperwork for the name and symbol change as per the agreement with Cambertire."
"LAS VEGAS, NV - (Accesswire) September 16th 2013 Cal-Bay International, Inc. (Pinksheets: CBYI) Today announced the following Name Change: The name change is in effect and in the hands of "FINRA" for final approval."
-Connect the dots. The Revoked status can be easily bypassed once everything is in order with a location change. A lot has been accomplished and business takes time. The $5k reinstatement fee is meniscal in the big picture, hardly grounds for concern at this point.

not my write up (~~~credit easymoney~~~)
I left work with a migrain today and forgot my house keys so I wound up sitting in the parking lot waiting for the missus to get home. So I fired up the ol smart phone and starting reading through the posts here, and the major topic was the NV SOS revoked status, and how it was going to end up in an SEC suspension.
Well since I am not well versed in NV state law, I decided to reach out and touch someone. I contacted the Las Vegas office at 702-486-2440 and explained I was intrested in some information on a company revoked status. The receptionist (I assume she was) put me through directly to a NV SOS investigator
I explained that I was intrested in a NV incorprated company that currently had a revoked status, he asked for the name and I told him and he proceded to tell me that Cal-Bay was revoked on 12-31-2011 for failure to updated their corprate list and pay the state. He also said that is not uncommon for smaller companys, since NV is second only to Deleware for company incorprations and since they have 5 years to bring their status to active, so if a company is struggling they have an opportunity to raise the capital to pay the state off.
I then asked him about if Cal-Bay aquires/reverse merges with another non public company would that be legal? His answer was YES, as long as the company has filings with the SEC and is in good standing with the market place it is legal.
So I asked what essentialy is a revoked status then? He explained it to me simply as this, that the state of Nevada does not recognize the company name, they can still conduct business but Nevada does not recognize it, and if they do not pay up in 5 years the company name is up for grabs to any company that wants it.
So I asked what about a name/symbol change what would happen? He said nothing, if they back into an entity in another state (like Wisconson for example) nothing would happen as long as FIRNA approves the change and once again its filed with the SEC. So what would happen to Cal-Bay I asked if they did this? He said the name would be up for grabs on 12-31-2015 if they did not pay the $5100. Which from my understanding wouldn't matter since Cal-Bay would have already backed into Cambertire so who cares about standing in Nevada.
This is not hearsay, these were the questions I asked a Nevada SOS investigator at approx 5:30pm et today would would have been 2:30pt. I thanked the man very much for his time and answers regarding this and hung the phone up quite happy with the information I recived.
Thought I would pass it along to everone hopefully clearing up the whole revoked status debate.

Thank you Sherry. Happy you understand the point of my post. Indeed it's conflicting and a theory, so it has to be mediocritized by some. It's just speculation so I'm not going to defend it, no need at this point. The lack of reasoning here is abundant and it's just circular arguments without facts, quite unavailing.
Good post. This is a very realistic reason for Camber tire to go this route.

Hi,
I just wanted to say how impressed I am with your Camber Tires. I have spent the last 2 months researching and watching videos about them. I'm now a stakeholder in CBYI - Camber Tires, don't worry I' m not here to harass you about information. Just really happy to be part of what you created, I live and breathe cars and can't wait to see what you have coming! Can't wait until you come out with more sizes so I can pick some up. Anyways, have a good one!

ZERO denial of CBYI and Camber tires connection. Yes, insider information is an issue and he has to be cautious about disclosing information, I know. As a representative of a business image however, how could you allow investors to buy into something (believed to be yours) if it's not? John Scott could have replied to any of our emails explaining it's in transition or facing more review, but didn't. just my .0001 cents.
Connect the dots... Risk Vs Reward
This ticker has seen some impressive scrutiny due to Pawson. Some good points on both sides, but in reality it's a pure speculation play until we receive the agreement, signed and filed in full, which I'm sure we can all agree on. Both sides are regurgitating speculations and old information at this point. It's now just a moderators nightmare...
CBYI is not Camber Tire. Currently.
However, progress has been made in some direction, not sure which.... CBYI has started straightening up loose ends (simply look at the numbers in the report). They filed and uploaded a quarterly report on Sep 18, 2013. Also, the "STOP" sign has been removed for a yield sign and the par value has increased to .01.

Not to mention the PR's with news of name changes, new board, symbol change (in the older ones), etc. They are all good reads and worth spending the time.

Sent you a message on tuesday. Believed to be the correct facebook, the name matches what you sent me. If not could you message me your email on here? I would rather not advertise mine on the public forum. Really would appreciate your input. Thanks!
Charlie, I don't have pming on this, but I sent you a message on fb I believe. Would love to talk to you about some stuff if you get the time.
Agreed. He may not be the most ethical business man, but if this deal gives him the opportunity to make profit, why would he let it fall apart?
It's still debatable how much control Pawson has..... According to previous posts, he's just a shareholder from an IR contact, but it's anyones guess until we receive more filings. I can't imagine why he would want to ruin something with such potential.....
John Scott can still manufacture while licensing out his products, just depends on how savy his contract work is. Those two locations discussed could still be viable options for the future of Camber Tire.
Tried to find the connection, but I'm not having any luck locating a post or document relating them. If you find it please post it! IT would be a great addition to the DD. have a good weekend.

I know a lot of people keep speculating his intentions with his design/patents, but this is pretty obvious after looking over the powerpoint....
Did I miss something? I don't recall John registering under Cal bay for the conference. This would be a very valuable piece of information if you have it, please post it. Thanks.
All good points. Seems a lot of us went into this with the same tactics. Happy to see you have a very similar outlook on it.
I'm sure you can agree, it looks like we will have some more dips and sideways trend prior to the next PR, which will make another leg up. If the next PR does indeed have substance and a little merit we should touch into new highs and really get this moving. If not..... well.... it was one fun ride!
Nice new base forming at .001-.0015. Pretty remarkable achievement for any ticker in the .000x range! Not only did it climb out of the trips at an unbelievable rate it was sitting at no bid.... They rarely break the .0002-.0003 range and this has reached the +.0045s. The market knows the potential and even with the speculation, it's still climbing back slowly.
The chart shows the panic selling and profit taking, but we are still holding strong. It's hard to resist selling when you're sitting on shares with +400% gains (trust me).
Even with the heavy bashers reinstating the same information constantly, we are still moving up and the company is updating just as they said they would. Next week we might get into the 10s due to the weak volume currently, but once any news occurs the 20s will be cheapies. Know what you own and do your DD. This moves like a rocket ship when the volume picks up.
loaded some more today. Took full advantage of the weak volume and we should have a nice dip next week for more if you missed out today. Calm before the storm! Patiently waiting for that substantial update.
