Hmmm, French distributor
I will ask you again in 5 months, if you really have understand it, but i've no hope.
You will not understand their entirely new business model!
No one is interested in the past.
I love Sphere 3D's vision, what they have build and their new cooperation with Microsoft Azure and VMware since 4 months.
Let's face it:
They have this finished now late 2015 with the best technical equipment.
2016 will be the year of growing capital.
IMO we might be reach the $2 range soon. If that happens (again), IMHO it might very well stay upward of $2.
Sphere 3D 's software is only at the beginning and will continue to develop its diversified products.
Wait the next quarters, you and others will be astonished about the latest developments and growing income!
Look at Microsoft Azure, Sphere 3D benefits also from this new cloud technology.
Great posting Mac
I actually expect.....
I calculated...
We were told...
My guess is...
they probably...
If they get...
you nailed it...have a good day
Hugodrax, Steve Jobs was fired from his own company!
Do you remember?
Sorry, but
Marc Zuckerberg also has never run a successful business before Facebook
Markus Persson also has never run a successful business before Minecraft
Larry Page also has never run a successful business before Google
etc.
You have absolutely no idea of Glassware
Right, the expected tournaround took a long time, longer than expected.
It has taken the industry a long time to be convinced by this new technology.
And now your case:
Yes, Q1 2015, these have been a long time coming perhaps too long for you,
but they are there now, where they wanted to be.
Stpioc, there was a big transformation the last 2 years.
You have to recognize that, and now read carefully this:
We are coming off a year where we have undertaken a significant transformation and have positioned the company for growth in 2016.
In preparing for this growth, we are excited to have the opportunity to partner with Opus Bank, whose strength, leadership and experience in working with leading technology companies, provides us with the necessary foundation to capitalize on our opportunitie.
This news is sooo amazing!!!
That's peanuts for the next big cloud company.
Hoooooo boy

Sphere 3D Corp. (NASDAQ:ANY), a containerization, virtualization and data management solutions provider and parent company of Overland Storage and Tandberg Data, today announced the continued successes in customer adoption of its two Cloud offerings in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace: G-Series Cloud, powered by Glassware 2.0™ technology - its Cloud-based Windows application containerization solution; and SnapCLOUD™ - its Cloud-based data storage product. Sphere 3D has more than doubled the number of provisioned G-Series Cloud and SnapCLOUD virtual machines (VMs) to over 300, since announcing its joint marketing program with Microsoft on January 11, 2016 (see http://bit.ly/1LVTyFo).
The joint Sphere 3D / Azure campaign is being targeted to a subset of Sphere 3D’s dedicated customers that use its brand-leading, on-premise SnapServer® storage solutions in North America. Recipients of the campaign have shared that they appreciate the comprehensiveness of both the Sphere 3D and Microsoft Azure services and how they seamlessly work together. The campaign’s survey results, taken after each deployment, also show high marks of customer satisfaction for the products’ hybrid-cloud as well as service and support capabilities.
“Our corporate strategy of vertical integration and market-driven service offerings continue to crystallize the positive results we see from our customers within our product portfolios. Glassware 2.0 and SnapCLOUD, coupled with the security and dependability of Microsoft Azure, have given our customers tremendous agility within their workflows. These early stage campaign outcomes reinforce our value proposition, which enable us to deliver comprehensive hybrid-cloud solutions to our customers,” said Eric Kelly, CEO of Sphere 3D. He continued by stating, “This positive customer momentum will help accelerate our plan to expand these cross-promotional tactics and methodologies to the sizable installed bases for our RDX® purpose-built, back-up appliance and NEO® tape library customers, which amount to hundreds of thousands of deployments worldwide.”
Wesley Tate, IT Director for an international import-export company, stated, “Prior to learning about SnapCLOUD, I had been hesitant to adopt Cloud storage for our day-to-day business environment due to our concerns of a security breach and potential loss of control of the data. However, once we became familiar with Microsoft Azure’s stringent security levels, our team could feel comfortable controlling what data goes into the Cloud, how long it stays there and who gets access privileges. When our employees travel abroad, this makes life easy because they can use their Chromebooks to access the Cloud, and my IT team knows the data they access is secure in SnapCLOUD. Augmenting our existing on-premise SnapServers with SnapCLOUD is already proving to be an excellent decision for our business.”

Short interest should be zero by now with these news from Sphere 3D, but there exist always people that don't understand the cloud business.
Everyone can write everything in this board. I can write that i have blond hair and 1000 shares or i can tell you that i have brown hair and 100.0000 shares. It's the same with persons who are telling you being "software developer" and proclaiming that Glassware is a great plateform and Microsoft and VMware thinks also or telling you that Glassware is not the great product. It doesn't influence me for buying or selling shares.
I'm reading this board just for fun, and i believe only, what i see with my own eyes. The recent mergers and the new products near Glassware, i'm telling you that Sphere 3D will have a great future in the cloud business. That's are facts. Just my opinion
Tim Law, President Novarad: "We initially envisioned NovaGlass as a solution that will leverage our PACS and RIS solutions to give users access to full imaging features from additional endpoints. However, over the last 12 months, it has evolved to significantly more. Today, having worked closely with the team at Sphere 3D and spent time canvassing our customers, we see NovaGlass as a platform that enhances clinical workflow and can increase our ability to positively impact patient outcomes."
Sure i saw that, and now (since December 2015) you can see that they seemed to have moved closer together. I love Sphere 3D and their new products
Vibhor Kapoor, Director, Microsoft Azure Product Marketing said “By working closely with Sphere 3D, we are able to continue to deliver on that commitment and provide a new level of flexibility for organizations looking for scalable application delivery from the cloud.”
Larry Orecklyn, Microsoft VP and Chief Evangelist: “Sphere 3D is again demonstrating agility, creating exciting hybrid solutions architected to deliver user apps and data on-premises or in the cloud . That is what makes Sphere 3D a great fit with our Azure cloud ecosystem.”
Right Mister Hugo, i'm long
You don't understand it. The shareprice is NOW not important for me. I have children, may be they will receive my shares in 15 years.
Shareprice doesn't interest me. You know i'm long (7-10 years or more) and i will buy much more in the next months
December 2015 was the turnaround with Microsoft Azure and VMware!!
For those who are new here:
Q4 2015 is not the reference.
The latest deals will soon be revealed.
Q2 and Q3 2016 will show what's going on with our partners Microsoft Azure and VMWare
Well said
