Destiny Media Technologies (OTCBB: DSNY) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a reseller agreement with the Inisia Corporation to distribute localized version boxed copies of Clipstream™ and Pirate Radio™ in the Japanese market.

The agreement is for four years, with minimum payments to Destiny of 560 million yen (approx. $5 million USD) over that period. Inisia will have the right to market the software directly, through retail software outlets and through other distributors and OEM channels.

Destiny has been flogging Clipstream for over ten years now with no success.
They managed to improve the quality slightly, re-branded, re-hyped and here we are still with a product that’s no one wants to watch because it’s of poor quality.


One question for Van:

Why would you recommend to this board and others to buy a stock that has almost a 400 P/E?

There's no trading in Canada because the pump is taking place in the US the boiler rooms aren't reaching out to Canadian suckers..
the market maker in Canada has to keep adjusting the price to reflect the US price that's why the trading is so low.
You can tell how the dumpster's are on this board because they only post 9-5.

here's a stock that's reported an other consecutive quarter of decreased revenue and with a technology that no one has adopted is trading at the multiple it is.

This new deal encompasses the acquisition of EMI (witch they already had ) and because their revenues are now bigger in Europe then the US they inked the deal in Euros.

Because of all this they can call it new

1. This is same deal that they have had for 4 years with UMG and has just been renewed.

2. This deal is not exclusive

3. This does not include broadcast quality video just streaming which they have been doing for years

4. Record industry is in serious decline and the price Universal pay MPE continues to go down and is now pennies per delivery.

The Destiny quarter is due and that will tell the tail. Their revenues have not increased in over 3 years and are not likely to now.
