Very good post. Been around since 2012... in the stock since then. Was close to disregarding the board . Your post was timely and I hope effective. Interesting period for WDDD coming to a theatre new you. Let’s root her home.
Read the decision. It’s very clear. Res judicata.
Looks like .20 cents per share , penny or two , in MRMD. 5 cents for rest of concern. Worth risk at this point for me. All subject to change though.
Wish I could. Have muscular dystrophy. Mobility problems and ongoing med and therapy preclude such a commitment. There is a bit of amusement in that I worked next door to the courthouse before I retired. Good fortune to all of us who have held through the years.

500,000@ .03 and change. First took notice of WDDD in 2012 during the VRNG mania. In and out of Worlds until past summer. Now in until denouement. No such thing as a dead certainty but I like the odds on this one.
Thanks to all board members who have provided terrific research and info. Have worked in court environment and have good sense of the difficulty in extracting accurate info. Thanks again.
Warren Buffett time was gone at the dot com mania . Same argument was made then. Same underestimation being made now. He , however , would not invest in a company not making money or as speculative as XXII . That being said I have money in both BRK and XXII . Room for both in a diversified portfolio .
We may end day higher than the other.

No way. Cap too small. Tech company. Most important: no earnings!!! We are very cognisant of the potential of Sphere. Actuality will follow profits. Each passing day brings another rung in the ladder to reach those profits.
Banana eating ape? Not too obvious are you?
Brooklyn: enjoy your style . Don't lose the irreverence . The 13? Homage / tribute to Ralph Branca?
Per Shakespeare : The lady doth protest too much!
I had similar thoughts. I'm as long as the next guy, but have a hard time buying that story without solid attribution.
Bravo
It's called " post hoc ergo propter hoc". For
Non Latin students... After this because of this". One of the common fallacies.
sondheim song. wonderful . backstory pertains to old time circuses and carnivals; when an accident took place : fall from trapeze , animal escape, any serious problem with show , management would send in the clowns to distract the audience or rubes. in the song the relationship is on the rocks so " send in the clowns " to change the vibe. Your reference to the song is on the mark. Shorts or whoever are sending the clowns for distraction . To use another reference" keep eyes on the prize "
Ignore him and those of his/ her ilk. That type of personality is driven by gaining attention and the level of response. Borderline narcissism. Rational discussion and debate do not figure in the equation. Too much going on with the company to be side tracked.
Bravo
Please don't tun the board into Fox news.
If you have read your James Bond, you are well aware Hugo Drax cheats at cards. M was quite upset with revelation .
The syntax is a tip off. Poor job of creating a ruse.
Hello ; Sorry to hear the news. My wife within the last month finished course of treatment for BC. Surgery , chemo and radiation. Had a good result and is now feeling well and exercising daily. . Best wishes to your wife . Please take comfort in knowing treatment protocols have advanced considerably in recent years. Good Luck.
just recently MSFT and NOK… Roughly 2.5 to 8.
If I remember correctly, Secretariat went off on short odds. You would have to have laid an awful lot of money for a decent pay off. That is not in consideration of the many horse bettors who kept their tickets as a memento of the greatest thoroughbred of all time. I still have mine. That was a truly special day. Never forget it. For those too young , please Google the 1973 Belmont.
The talk regarding a short squeeze is quite amusing to me. In 25 years I have seen just 1 legitimate squeeze.. there mayI have been others unknown to me. I followed many stocks whose adherents posted non stop about the evil shorts and what was coming to them. To me it was obsessive. Never happened. The 1 squeeze that i remember though was epic. Qualcomm in mid to late 90s. Look it up. I cannot document it fully … seems to have been a 10 ten bagger in a years time. Perhaps someone can do the research, Despite all the angst around here it appears this company is progressing in sync with its plan. Stock price will follow progress… it always does. Good fortune to all.
Able to trade on PC . I think the restriction applies to mobile devices.
Regular session for equities... short for bonds.
30k at about the current share price. Rode it up and down. No selling. Adding now. Went through this exercise on the yahooo nok and kerx boards. ( # shares etc.) Duplication would be welcome.
What took you so long? You need to develop patience if you are going to play in this game. By the way I saw the Pats first game in 1960. At BU field. Beat the Broncos. Butch Songin was the Pats qb.
Mr Wolfe is a clean up guy. Before Ms Bonnie comes calling again, Mr Wolfe would clean up loose ends. As we all know , there are several.
We need Winston Wolf to handle the Bonnie situation.
My type of post...Bravo
You are correct. To paraphrase Warren Buffet : The stock market is a voting machine in the short run and a counting machine in the long run. I think we are in right position for the long run evaluation.
Michael Milken? That would give me pause. And I'm long.
V has a financial interest in keeping his ear at the door. Who will subscribe if the info is not forthcoming? All in all a non issue. If the company fulfills its business plan , the stock goes up. If not , you know the rest.
We know where it's going.
Wow. An E.B. White reference on a stock board. Thank you for the nod to civility.
agree 100%
What BS. Perfect example of when to be selective regarding message board comments.
