Followed you and others on this board for years, so respect you greatly. I'm a SMALL investor. Been in and out of HL over the years. Took a SMALL bite at 3.35. It's at a 52 week low. If it goes lower, I will buy more. Last time it went under 2, HL was a four bagger. Cheers!

If HL goes down, IMHO, it might be a good idea to BUY. If you read the info on the purchase, the company thinks the purchase will add a quarter BILLION to Hecla's yearly revenues. I was blindsided by the event, and I've been following GSS and other miners for years. I was surprised it was little noted on this board, which I read because I know you all know a lot more than I. HL seems to be one which benefitted, as it seems the fund was compelled to add shares.
I have been aware of Russell rebalancing, which is more transparent, but never paid much attention to GDX, GDXJ other than follow the general movement.

Though not mentioned specifically here, I believe GSS was included in this rebalance on 12/19.
