Elite will be sold at top $ because of the April 2nd tariffs.
Yes, I agree, and the updated tax law should be done by early to mid June.
!5% tax on American mfg. and 100% equipment & cost expensing first year.
For that size order you could bid the ask price and the difference is a couple bucks. I wouldn't be surprised if your order would fill in between the bid/ask price anyways.
People asking, wondering.... "Why is ELTPs volume so puny"? "How low will we go"? "If we don't get back to .50 soon...real hell is gonna break loose"? OK- First off, the ELTP story alone is worth way more than .50 cents...So, hasn't anyone else gave any thought to what's happening here and maybe things they couldn't be aware of may be occurring behind the scenes? What if an entity told the MMs (or the MMs among themselves decided) "We will purchase all the shares you can obtain for .50 cents", knowing there would be plenty of time before an actual profit boom hit the wires in the future. Isn't holding the stock PPS almost at a flatline LT a great technique to get retail investors to sell? It also keeps retail from buying too (those waiting forever for the bottom to drop out to buy). Maybe an "arrangement" started back when the BOD member sold his shares at .50? Another obvious tact, relatively low volume, enables the PPS to be easily manipulated by MMs. Seems anytime the price goes higher there's daily shorts hittin it hard to get right back to the same old PPS. What if most of the actual daily volume has been an illusion? So, are these many MMs just churning .47/.48 and accumulating (for whatever reason, a silent buyer or for themselves)? There are a lot of them taking turns at the bid / ask trough if you have been watching level 2.....Also, if they decide not to churn- you hear- OMG! Low volume! Does that mean collecting is all finished? IDK! I will wait and see. Look at the chart. Does it support these conclusions? GLTA HB
Yep, seems nonsensical explanations sometimes portend deals are being formulated, IMO.
i like this web page NK thanks.
If / when this comes out of EM, it depends on if there is other news released. IMHO it will only come out for a good reason since the BOD really doesn't seem to have a fire under their butt about leaving EM now, so you might want to hold off on setting a sell order. If you are a US shareholder, you could have a few days to decide since (IMO) it probably won't be quoted here immediately and buying volume could be lighter until it is. Although I hope they do a halt until every one is set to go. GLTU HB
China tariff now 20%. The acquisition price keeps going up.
Ok thanks. I noticed there was no information on what was shipped in todays 8K
Hi James, how long before we see the product(s) from this shipment (from the new facility) at the pharmacy. TIA HB
How is the deal done? In my one buyout it was all about one stupid little patented compounded drug formula that some Japanese company made an offer on after a long and pronounced period of suffering thru lower share prices. This was mostly due to the company financing a large loan sum towards the end that did not make any sense to the shareholders. It didn't smell right to me, so I averaged down a lot and hung on. Months later, the offer was made (which I believe was around 14 Dollars) and the stock price opened right there (minus a few pennies) so the MMs could make a few pennies buying from anyone who wanted to sell before the deal closed. I did not sell because I was hoping for a competing offer (bidding war) but that did not materialize. After the deal closed, maybe 4 or 6 weeks later, the transfer occurred, the symbol disappeared, and the proceeds went to my account's cash balance. Turns out the buyers had demanded cash as part of the deal and that's why the seller took out the crazy large loan with no explanation. The company couldn't say anything about the loan and that was a tipoff for me. Many sold around $1.50 because of that loan. Just one of the multitude of twists that can befall someone holding long. I'm hoping the EM thing here is just another of these tactics.
Just my 2 cents on this future valuation argument. There are posters who say the board's quarterly net income game helps shorters and detractors. Similarly, these arguments about future valuation probably have the same effect- Persuading or dissuading potential investors. For those that bought below .10 or .20 It seems hard to pay .50 a share so new investors are key now. If people are posting a future valuation of $1.50 or $2.00 well that's a 2x or 3x bagger and maybe not so attractive as a future valuation prediction of $5.00 or 10x. Many traders will preach "don't be greedy" and they will sell any stock if it goes up 100% and I'm sure this will happen, and some will sell at 100% gains. I don't know what a buyout final strike price will be for ELTP, and I don't want to guess but certainly more than a dollar! So, I will hold. I'm not telling people to buy either. I'm considering adding to my small share number I've been hanging onto since SequestOx. This stock has a story that is constantly improving IMO, and we are usually close to the top on most posted / read boards. When a deal is announced there realistically won't be much to do except hope for competing offers from 3rd parties. The timeframe here isn't that important to me now, I'm satisfied that Nasrat says he is rapidly facilitating a sale. Logically, buyout / merger probing would naturally increase after a few more milestones are reached and earnings reports are filed, as a normal consequence of business. But- The real timing of offers will mostly depend also how soon the Federal Govt. solidifies their policy on the tariffs, any FDA rule changes are completed and don't forget the important tax law updates. These events will be the real driver of buyout offers because foreign drug suppliers will then have to reach quick decisions on what to do and they won't want to be left behind their foreign competitors. Nothing but blue skies do I see."
Seems Dr. Redding's (or Novartis) is a takeover target too with all that debt. How about a three way deal where Dr. Redding's (or Novartis) adds more debt, buys ELTP and some really big fish swoops them. It would be like a movie.
Wondering. Will they announce the hiring of an investment banker? Or will we have to wait for the following quarter financials to see that? GLTA HB
May be a BE or Perdue news falls before next CC.
Trump just announced a 25% tariff upcoming on imported pharmaceutical products. He just answered a direct question at Mar A Lago- "25% to start but it will go higher...We need to give them time to move into the country". Exactly what I was talking about earlier.
I cannot fathom how anyone can be critical here. I have been in and out of more than a few pharm plays. This company has never been better positioned for an acquisition in the next six to twelve months in my opinion. We are witnessing a proverbial "perfect storm" with rising profits, diversified drug portfolio, production / facility enhancements and critical shortage demand. Like Nas or not, he's certainly not dumb. Nasrat is keenly aware of the timing, the current administration is working to onshore foreign drug producers / suppliers and offer a very low tax rate in exchange. There could be dozens of potential suitors of this company in the near future. Maybe a bidding war? Could the final outcome of an ELTP acquisition surprise above even the biggest predictions or expectations? Why not! GLTA HB
All IMO- The Series A & B are set up for large (long term) investors / partners with set outcomes, rules and regulations on voting and trading versus long term financing or Billions of common shares added. I'm guessing they have the two menu options for large investors to choose from, A or B or both, or possibly two (or more) investment groups. I think this is the best way in this situation to fund research and trials because it spreads out the profit and reduces the risk to everyone. Not having to pay interest or diluting the common shares is good for retail. Retail shares get last consideration in a default which I am not anticipating at all. Hoping they announce a big investor or partnership soon. GLTA HB
Liking this- Go ELTP!
Gloom, despair, agony onto ELTP!
0.517275? No funky shit going on here 🤣
Seems PUMA is nibbling too.
100 share dump to paint the final candle red. So pathetic! Go ELTP!
Magaza Beach Resort! I don't care much as long as they are buying ELTP generics.

911 signal - Lets go!
Hey a ELTP green close! They're a swoopin and a scoopin the weaker hands.
Agree. Vertex did not do well against the opioid test group. Also, Vertex group reported numerous side effects. The Vertex drug contains 5 Florine molecules? KRM-ll-81 reportedly has shown no side effects. I will watch and let the Guinea pigs test Vertex in the population. I hope the FDA is not approving anything just because it's a quick alternative to opioids.
Elite. Looking good today! There were no more shares to shake at .48! Knocking on the 50DMA? Collection time running out and pressure building- Lets Goooooooooogh!
I thought the Nas likes to make announcements on Mondays. I'm fine with Monday too. Now looking at resistance / breakout at .51? GLTA HB
Organized run for the exit. 🤪
Seems like a MM scoop going on in reverse, wonder what that is called. Not many sellers here could force PPS higher. ASK volume seems to be invigorated as of late. GLTA HB
Looks like PSAR flipping today. GLTA HB
Maybe this gets us back to US markets? https://blog.otcmarkets.com/2024/10/14/the-evolution-of-the-otc-market-introducing-otcid/
What does that cost.... $25 bucks?
Seems simple for drugs though, IMO. If a company manufactures their drugs in the USA- 15% tax. Supplies / ingredients purchased from USA suppliers 15% pass thru cost. Supplies / ingredients / drugs purchased from non-USA suppliers will have already been tariffed @ %?%?. I'm guessing USA pharm companies will charge prices depending on each drugs availability- Supply / demand pricing rather than passing on their tax savings across the board.
I'm looking at the tax bill passing and continuation of immediate business expensing to be continued. Then there will be a big demand for our ticker, IMO. GLTA HB
https://investorshub.advfn.com/uimage/uploads/2025/1/21/ljoxi1_21_25.jpg I really like the chart, ready to pop?
ELTP article reads good and Ui Money site seems reputable even though maybe one person is running the whole banana.
IDK about low volume days. I interpret this as retail not selling their shares. I like the chart too. Ready for a pop, IMO! GLTA HB
