Hey, it's completely valid to ask questions. I did not want to go by what people say on this board, that's why I have called the CEO and spoke to him directly. We want to protect and know our investment to be in good hands, right? I have no problem with patience. I'm a investor. :)

I have been in FROZ forever(now MTVX) and I remember that it has taken some time for the ticker change to be completed.

A bump on the road is what he said and that we are now on track. As far as my personal impression of Mr. Grande, it is what it is. After speaking with him, I totally feel comfortable in my decision of staying LONG and I am thinking that it will pay of big time for me.

I actually did ask him that and he said that there was a bump on the road but it has been taken care of and we're back on track.

I have just spent the past 15 minutes on the Phone with Mr. Grande. I was very impressed with his positive attitude and his detailed explanations. Mr. Grande explained that there are no changes in plans or directions and that everything is going forward as envisioned. We will be seeing a lot of PR's coming out once the FINRA process is completed.

I have been a believer in CWIR but now I am even more confident that Mr. Grande's information is honest and credible, so I will remain LONG and keep on buying dips as I have been. Investors have been buying again and it will be exciting to see this going to penny land.

I am mixing in my answers in red with your questions in black:

I am a shareholder that is a bit concerned with the recent sell-offs and the share price that keeps
on dropping. I strongly believe that this is a reaction of shareholders not hearing any news for long
periods of time.

We will likely have more information relatively soon, we are closer to being able to share a lot more.

Since Asepticsure was approved in Canada, it would be nice to know how many (if any) Asepticsure Units have been sold by Woodwyant? Is there any sales record you can share? What about the US EPA approval. Any news on that?

I am not sure of the exact number in Canada. I am asking Ed and others what the Canadian number is, and what the number outside of the US. I hope to get that to you soon.

EPA – We are getting closer. Right now they have not asked for additional test and have not asked additional formal questions. I am told that the we tested in the most accurate, best way possible. I hope this answers the question.


Also, although the company website is nice, it is important for us shareholders to see company news hit the news wires that reach current and prospective investors.

You are right that the wires are the best source for releasing news. We totally agree. The reason we do Chairmans Updates on the site is that not everything rises to what we legally things requires (maybe justifies is a better word) a press release. Our Chairman usually gives a wider update that contains several items. Sometimes that is too many different topics for a standard press release.
