Buy out Senerio Theory Good, but.....
While I'm pleased that our conversation is going well, and what seemed like a little jumping around in my post, the crux of my point was made at the Begining. I know you maybe expecting TPG to takeout SFOR.
It's a great premise and I had the thought of that being a possibility myself at one time and discussed on the board in the Past.
How could TPG buyout SFOR, if Mark stated he is not looking at a buyout in the near term.

That paragraph may remove some of the Helter Skelter you read into my post and place it more in context.
Unless Kay said that to keep people off the Track of thinking TPG is buyingout SFOR. Then I can't see the senerio you're describing happening, unless it happens way down the road a year-and-a-half for 2 years from now.
Your next question will be "What Email?" A few here may know what I'm talking about.

I can't remember everything, but when it comes to facts stated by Kay, I have a pretty good memory, I normallyjust need to dig and find where he said it.
It was in an email, but the email to me did not come from Mark.
The email I recieved came from a friend (I'll call him Joe) who had called Mark for the first time. In Joe's email to to me describing his conversation with Mark this is how he paraphraseed it :
"he also said the company is at least 2 years away from being taken over. and he realizes that this technology needs to get into the final users hands quickly before it goes stale. he claims right now he has the best product on the market. "

This email was back in Mid-April.
The person who emailed me, is how shall I say it, is a septic that everything we know, will come to pass, in fact I'm surprised he even told me of the conversation, but sees I have done and shared a lot of DD, and may have thought it the least he could do. We don't see eye to eye on everything. But I have known the person on the boards for a long time. So I trust what he says. From what I know he has a sceptics 1M shares and sold enough to cover his investment.
Understanding SFOR intially thanks to ZPaul, and saying DAMN ! each time another piece of the puzzle was unveiled, plus seeing my Acct. go up $50K+ on a good day, I have a totally different ViewPoint than Joe.

Although I can't conceive something along those lines not being negotiated. But we just don't know yet.

Backdoors are various and numerous, such as Hardware Pre-installed such as the Latest incident with HP. Any outside manufactured component should be suspect.
In a Classified Network stituation, there should be be an option to purchase Workstations and PC's designed with NO USB Ports DVD/CD-ROMS Drives and updates and Program Updates only via NetworK by the Systems Admin.
On the systems at the Space Center in years past. I seeked and gained permission to super glue all USB Ports, including PC's on the Unclassified Network used by everyone and DVD/CD Drive were removed and blank Panels installed. White Listed Websites were the only ones that could be accesed, not that white listing would prevent an attacked but helped. Company Email also began with a Specific Title, again helping eliminate bogus email (Such as a tech support click to install upadte) and no attachments were permitted to be opened from a family member, etc.
Of course no one soulution can do it all, it takes a concert of tools and efforts of many things to prevent Breeches. Missing a vital component in that effort is a recipe for a systems Cyber Security breech.
StrikeForce's IP is one of those vital Components IMO.

This Ransomware Attack exploited a Hole in the Windows Operating System and it was by an NSA Program "ETERNALBLUE" somehow a copy of was stolen and being used by Hackers. And apparently the companies Hit by the Attack had not done Windows updates that would have prevented the attack or plugged the Hole.
Once inside the Operating system, you just need to create an Account and make yourself a System Administrator Acct. Then and you can do anything.

We actually do in-house sales but a very small amount of it, because we put in so much energy in supporting the channel partners. Just because we have a channel partner doesn't mean that they do all the work we're doing tons of work here to support their needs, there requirements their updates to the products that we have to supply to meet their clients needs initially, with some other free time we are working with some other clients we are going after especially in the retail space. And in the retail space I'm sure everyone is aware now since we been on I can say it, we've been on HSN, that took us over a year to get therein our minds and the good news is we'll probably be on that show a few more times most likely but we're not sure yet.
