A dividend can be in the form of shares or cash.A dividend of .02 a share wouldnt be impossibleto accomplish. As revenues are generated paying a dividend will be easier. As others stated yesterday news looks to be in the offing or else why allow the P shares to trade ?
$1 where is that coming from ? I see .20 for RGBPP which is a nice start.A dollar would be sweet.
Nice find Laddy
A reminder about Caven's background and I suspect Lander knows some well connected arab from his time in the Middle East.I would hope that they will find the money to start trials.

Very good post !!I am satisfied with the direction of the company and all we need is $30m for trials and it has to come from angel investors or a vc company. If they do that our common and preferred shares will appreciate significantly.
I agree with most of your post, except the volume.Yesterday it was almost a half million shares traded.A high level for this stock.Which usually see maybe 100,000 traded daily.
Once you threaten legal action any written communication between the company and yourself will be very limited. If he has something material to say he will do so in a PR.At this point the company needs to show us the beef,so to speak.Right now its up to the FDA to approve the IND's.When that happens the company will get government money to move along. This is the start of a very long process, that is to say the clinical trials of which there are 3 stages, any of which can encounter problems.Buckle your seat belt ladies and gentlemen it has taken us 2 years to get to this point. We are looking at another year or two.
If it hits .02 Jack I will buy a million shares. That would be a bargain.
I think this was posted the other day,but the comments on the blog site are interesting.

We told you one day this little Diamond in The Rough would be going somewhere Big
$RGBP HemaXellerate (for treatment of aPlastic Anemia-Rare Blood Disorder) is already FDA Cleared for Human Trials and they are working in collaboration with the NIH with the overall goal of entering the growing Hematopoietic market. Drugs currently in the market are Revolade, Leukine, Neulasta, and Neupogen, all Trade Marked Drugs
Orphan Drug Status has been filed and if approved that means US Govt Funding
Another New Drug dCellVax (for treatment of Breast Cancer) is wrapping up comments as we speak with the FDA and Clearance for Human Trials is anticipated soon
$RGBP recently submitted an IND application with the FDA for a third new drug protocol tCellVax (a check point inhibitor for Cancer Therapy-using siRNA to silence NR2F6 activity in human cells) for various cancers
$RGBP is now considered a Clinical-Stage Company seeking to identify undervalued regenerative medicine applications in the Immunotherapy and Stem Cell space.
Currently the company is centering and focused on gene silencing therapy for treating cancer (Breast, Prostate, Liver, Kidney, to name a few), telomeres, and small molecule therapies along with developing stem cell treatments for aPlastic Anemia.
And now today an Agreement with Eli Lilly and Company. RGBP is Poised to become a Major Player in the Stem Cell Arena and/or a very Attractive Candidate for Buy Out
Regen BioPharma is a LONG PLAY that has experienced and multiple times realized Short Term Gains.
I dont think they plan on funding the trials by issuing shares. There are grants available through NIH.Big Pharma is a possibility as well.Have you read FierceBioTech ? Its very informative as to what is going on and not going on in the industry. Its evident that Koos doesnt want to lose control which is why they issued the large blocks of preferred shares to key officers. It may explain why they havent traded. It is hostile takeover insurance. This company is exactly what Big Pharma is looking for as an incubator if you will. What price would you put on a company that can cure several types of cancers ? The proof will be in the clinical trials.

I think you guys are really off base at this point. If Lilly is on board wouldnt it be cheaper for them to buy RGBP ? Shareholders get paid off.At that point a lawsuit might be smart.Preferred shares may get $100 a share, those that gave themselves millions prior to a sale would be liable. For Lilly to finalize the deal they would want any litigation resolved. So I would advise you all to keep your powder dry and wait.
Exciting times for investors.
Scottrade has yet to update the ticker.I hope they get around to it today.
I havent held any shares of BMSN for a year.
Its not a loss unless you sell now.Who would do that ? When the preferreds trade you will be rolling in clover with the common following soon after.
thanks :)
Still no symbol change with Scottrade so I doubt RGBPP is ready to trade.
We know what a preferred stock is.What I dont know when my shares will be renamed in my account. So far it has not been upgraded to RGBPP.I dont think the shares are being traded yet.
Thanks
Scottrade hasnt upgraded the preferred shares in my account.Maybe today....
Outstanding post Schuller !!
I sent Scottrade a message about the symbol change for RGBP preferreds.WE will see how long it takes to get upgraded.Like you I want to load the boat on these P stocks.
unit of trade 100 ? [per the filing]
100 shares of common per share of preferred would equal a price of $12 a share at todays closing price.Correct ?
I checked my account and I dont see any change still the symbol REGPR9#.Tradable preferreds are good and I dont see the common going away if you want to uplist.
According to the last report from the TA there has been no incraese in shares.
IF you read this Board frequently you would know that there has been NO dilution.
My theory is the IND's will be used in the human trials. The FDA has approved RGBP's approach to fighting cancer IMO.At the sametime the company needs to have the trials funded and I think that is where the joint RGBP/CDC study comes in.
It wasnt a sell off and someone got cheap shares. This remains the pattern we have seen for awhile now.News will just fuel the next phase of flipping. We need news about P1 trials: where and when it will be conducted, how it will be funded and when it will start to advertise for patients. This is going to be a long slog.Successful trials will send this to dollarland, failure will cause the stock to plummet.Definitely not for the feint of heart.
and to what are you referring ?
Thank You !! Have a good night !!
Schuller just stay out of this issue please.Brakeman is an adult and if he thinks he was wronged he can appeal the deletion.I agree everyone is entitled to an opinion, but it should be respectful not incendiary.
The share count has not increased per the TA.Anyway IF you were a long, the day to day price swings dont matter. What matters is the science and the results the company has accomplished. Its been baby steps for sure, but the company hasnt misled the investors or practiced the games that we see frequently in penny land.I have invested $60,000 in this company and at some point it will pay off hansomely.Ultimately its those suffering from cancer that will be the beneficiaries of the work this company is doing.
We have had a steady stream of good news and still we are stuck in this downtrough. We had FDA approval to start clinicals and still not much upward movement which has me scratching my head.
Clinical news including how its to be funded is a biggy, when and where it will start hasnt been revealed.Curious is all.
I doubt they will be traded but I could be wrong.
I would love to buy more preferred shares !!
BMSN has 32m RGBP shares and thats about it.Its a holding company with no revenues. If RGBP merges with one of the big biopharma firms then thats the payoff for shareholders.RGBP is where the real money will be made for all concerned.
Thanks !! It makes for a nicer stickie.
Excellent article that covers the full spectrum of products RGBP is working on.I stickied the article.
I am encouraged that we ended green, rather than the usual red even after good news.
Very nice start to the week !!
By the way LoveandLight I member marked you.Your contribution here has been significant and much appreciated !!
