It has different ingredients than Koma. I think no melatonin. That was the concern of FDA
I was trying to decide if I'd rather see money raised this way or more endless dillutuon. If the dillution acually stopped and the go fund me was effective then maybe

Oh and FYI don't try and go to the site from your phone. It still gets the mobile site and tries to sell you headshots.
Also on their main site their "koma locator" sends you to a broken link, error 404.
Fun times. I could have made a better website.

Wow I didn't think it could get much worse here. It appear the market is saturated with e cigarettes and such

BeBevCo Updates Shareholders On Stock Dividend
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/bebevco-updates-shareholders-stock-dividend-145500305.html
STATESVILLE, N.C., Jan. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Bebida Beverage Company (BBDAD), (BeBevCo), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of relaxation and energy products updated the shareholders on an announcement made in December, whereas the company will push forward with is first stock dividend. As a reward for their loyalty and patience, the CEO has approved a Stock Dividend that will pay all shareholders of record a 5% stock dividend. This dividend will issue each shareholder five (5) new Bebida Beverage Company shares for every 100 (shares) held.
Does this go live this Friday? Sounds like a good buy

Note the ex-dividend date and the date of record. To participate in the split, you must own the stock on the date of record, which means you must have bought the stock by or on the ex-dividend date. If you sell on the ex-dividend date, the person who buys your shares buys them with the additional stock. If you buy one day late, you pay a lower price, but you don't receive the stock split. In a reverse split, if you buy stock on the ex-dividend date you will pay a higher price for fewer shares, because the reverse split consolidated shares, so the price goes up.

Here is another article explaining it
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/netflix-splits-stock-7-1-203117589.html
On July 14, each Netflix share will pay a one-time dividend consisting of six additional shares. Technically, you should hold shares at the close of July 2 in order to qualify for this event, but shares traded between those dates will automatically come with a due bill. That's an IOU that requires the seller to hand over the new split-based shares to the buyer as soon as they are created. All of this is handled by the brokers behind the scenes, so there's no way to sell your shares and hang on to the stock dividend.
Everyone who purchased after the 2nd does not qualify according to Motley Fool. I would trust that you will lose your value (divided by 7) and not get the extra shares
I think some are confused. If you purchase after the ex divi date then the stock forward splits then you do NOT get the extra shares. Your value will be divided by 7. I would wait till after the split July 15 to buy. If you bought after July 2 today may be the last day to sell. I would expect a significant drop by end of day.
My favorite part of the interview is how BW said he had no idea how many states Koma was in. Shouldn't a CEO know where your products are sold.
The worst part is that he started it with the word disappointment. Nobody is surprised by this. No divi due to the chill. Surprise. Got to blame it on something.
Ho Ho Ho fo sho
He should hold up a dollar then say your money is now worth a penny. That would be more accurate.
"My intention is to buy back the stock" Empty words. He will never buy back the stock. I would expect the "divided" to be paid in shares. Then it won't cost him anything. Just further depression of the stock.

Slap that ask. Would be nice to see some green today
