Let say after 3 months? If DSS loses to Apple...…..
CyberJ, Are you a software engineer? Why would DSS just spend 45% of their capital on Chan's dog shit penny stock?? How does DSS win with that play?
The advantages or disadvantages is beyond my understanding.
Is he just off loading newly printed SED shares for free DSS stock?
But what's the benefit? DSS still has to go up and he would have to be able to sell DSS(which he could never sell)?
The Chinese have reinvented the stock market fraud game beyond what I can understand. If it is some sort of scheme. LOL
It's just moving money in a circle as far as I can understand. I cant make sense of it.
How does this investment make any sense for DSS? None
unless SED is undervalued. If you look at SEDs chart .04 is not a terrible price.
Maybe this is a tax scheme for the benefit of Chan. That might make sense.
Its not like any of us can decipher the value of a tiny co trading in Singapore.
Whatever it is I don't like it. It Smells bad
VHC is a very well capitalized IP troll. They have very competent people at the helm. Still they haven't collected from those cases.

Why are your posts from the stone ages? 2016
This is a huge mystery??? Any thoughts?
As previously reported on a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on September 15, 2017, Document Security Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a securities purchase agreement whereby the Company issued and sold 683,000 shares of the Company’s common stock in exchange for 21,196,552 ordinary shares of Singapore eDevelopment Limited (“SED”), a company incorporated in Singapore and publicly listed on the Singapore Exchange Limited, and an existing three-year warrant to purchase up to 105,982,759 ordinary shares of SED at an exercise price of SGD $0.040 per share. On December 19, 2019, the Company exercised the warrant, in part, pursuant to which the Company acquired 61,977,577 ordinary shares of SED. The total consideration paid by the Company for these ordinary shares was SGD$2,479,103.08, or approximately $1,833,000 USD. A lock-up provision that precluded either party from selling the stock that each had acquired pursuant to the agreement expired on September 12, 2019.
After giving effect to the warrant exercise, the Company now owns 83,174,129 ordinary shares of SED, representing approximately 7.1% of the outstanding shares of SED, and the remaining warrant to purchase 44,005,182 ordinary shares of SED.
Have things changed? The rich do control the world and the message right?
Just look at the national debt!
Should have been the criminals of silicon valley.
Only don't imagine that somehow the righteous are gonna win cause that's not how it works. Goliath crushes David all day long in America.
Once in a while David gets a lick in and that just might be DSS against Apple. I only say this because the federal level over turned the PTAB and you don't see that everyday. Rare as an honest politician
Of course not, but this is America. Crony Capitalism in full effect. Money runs this system. Its no longer the land of the free. Its the land of the corrupt who think they have honor. Cause all their rich pals tell them so
and who runs congress and the PTAB? google, Apple, and Msft to name a few.
good luck
Not with a republican Senate. And that's not going to change for years with Trump getting re-elected.
Even if Alice was changed where the heck would SFOR get the funding to sue anyone for infringement? Diluting shareholders at .003? Good luck with that move. Im sure your common would drop at least 99.9% from where it currently is! with a few reverse splits of course.
Its the PRKR syndrom
Really? You are back from where? Why couldn't u post? You were so valuable, we couldn't make a move without u
Congress isn't going to change Alice. Congress is owned by the rich, just like the courts.
So why is it I don't know anyone in America who is worried enough to use the software? And based on Sfor revenues no one else does. I don't understand your point? At .10 strikeforce is a 300 million dollar co. Currently doing a few hundred thousand in revenues. What are you so excited about?? The constant pumping of a stock that is currently way overvalued and looks to be that way for the next few years even if your dreaming does come true. Tell me how I'm wrong?
It's now obvious Chan wants out of the IP litigation business. That is why DSS called for a partial summary judgement on the validity claim. DSS is trying to reduce the costs of going through more appeals if they happen to win in February. This court request was just filed in October, a little while after they booted Brickell key's representative off the board. DSS is looking to tighten the noose on apple rather than waste money being dragged through years of more appeals. I'd guess the judge went on early vacation so we won't hear anything til after the new year?
Don't put the cart before the horse. The only way this case sees the supreme Court is if DSS wins. If they lose. It's over.
Don't forget the law firms who take IP cases on contingency must first think they can win. The firm from Texas representing DSS, Buether Joe & Carpenter is a small firm but they have been representing DSS for nearly a decade. I wonder if they knew Frank Heuszel and that how Frank joined this equation.
Franks legal background is fairly extensive in the right areas for DSS's situation
Its just wishful thinking, but I believe over time it will be .50 plus. Might be a year or longer. The Chan types aren't thinking short term. They are not stock traders. They need to build a co in order to win with through the stock appreciation.
Or they become like the management at SFOR and just collect their salaries for decades to make up for their stocks demise. Only two ways to go! LOL
A firm already has the case. Plus nothing is for free. You either pay upfront and reap most of the win or give away 40% on contingency
I don't think anyone could accumulate 2-3 million common up to .50.
I'll let you know. I'm still in there buying. LOL
And you are buying why?? In hopes there will be 4 billion ? Lol
Lots of dreams and little understanding of what it takes to move the price up when there are 2.8 billion shares outstanding. Wow.
Id like to consider myself an experienced trader, being I've been doing this for a living for 30 years.
Do the math again. and realize that a real buyer would only be able to actually buy 10% of that #. And that would also more than likely keep the price closer to .35
Believe me cause I'm a large trader. I have experience accumulating. So much of the volume you see today is algo's front running the real orders.
I've managed to only accumulate about 120k shares the past 4 weeks.
So I can tell you from experience you cant just buy size unless you are pushing the price up materially
#3 made no sense you might want to edit
Come on, you are not serious??
No one can buy that much stock down here.....
You cant buy 5% at .30
They didn't sell. These clowns have owned the stock for 10 years. They have no intension on selling. These type of investors NEVER sell.
If they were going to sell they'd have sold years ago.
They are typical wealthy clueless investors who bought into hype that never materialized. Game over for them
Those clowns are not for real. Chan holds 32% so he controls the co. No one has any ability to challenge him.
Feigenbaum is not for real. Anyone who wants credibility needs to be buying the stock. This clown ass bought 5000 at .32. He's not for real. His cronies are nothing but ignorant Dr. investors. The typical dummies fleeced by penny stock brokers. They aint coming back. Their early bailing proved they had no power and no plan. They said they were pulling their board cause they had no way to win and they didn't want to waste resources. So they obviously don't believe in their own BS
Just cause I think Chan might be a crook, he still bought a ton of stock. I think there are higher prices ahead. I'll figure it out in time
because 100 mil pennies doesn't stop the cash burn and make anyone profits.
You have no dollar amounts just a number of POSSIBLE/Imaginary subscribers which tells us nothing.
Plus don't forget DSS just printed 8-9 million losing shares at .50. Plenty of tax loss sellers are getting out. That's how the game is played. Down 40% and everyone wants out
I think it's the way chan plays games. It looks like he is paying one price but in the end it's a lot lower cause he's pick pocketing DSS. Wonder why he removed the entire previous board? So he can do as he pleases. This is my main concern
Big issue I have is that there was a promissory note paid off immediately after the secondary for 650K to one of Chan's entities. Bigger problem is I cant reconciliate that amount on the cash flow statement. DSS answer was not sufficient to alleviate my fear that Chan never actually loaned the money to DSS. Now maybe it was used as bribe money in China show knows but it smells.
DSS claims that being the funds were borrowed and returned with 45 days their auditor said they didn't have to show it. Bigger question, why not show it? Seems someone is trying to hide something.
DSS makes nothing. They have revenues but they burn cash. So they aint worth a squirt of piss at the moment similar to SFOR. Only SFOR has so much stock outstanding its never going up.JMO
DSS does very little on the press releases. Why do they have to alert shareholders that they are rolling out a new product? I see no reason for it
I think Chan wants to out as much distance between his .30 massive dilutive purchase and any material positive news. Don't expect anything until next earnings. Or the Apple case of course
How is it that no one knows what this case could be worth? Its either too small for anyone to care or its just not on anyone's radar cause no cares about the IP business anymore because the little guy always loses.
The recent spikes couldn't hold because of the 10 million share secondary at .50 that bagged alot of people and they just want the tax loss. Which is why DSS has been met with supply every lift. I know I sold every lift and bought it back lower. But I really couldn't sell much. Maybe 40-50k each pop. So imagine, I was selling along with all the other sellers. Only made them more eager to sell and knock the price down
What I find so interesting is that the major tech cos avoid settlements and licensing fees because they have the PTAB invalidate the plaintiffs patent. In this case that has already been done and reversed on the Federal level.
So the partial Summary Judgement request seems like it should be a win for DSS and really put the pressure on Apple.
Being MSFT, AMZN, Honeywell and others have filed under seal their settlement and licensing agreements related to the validity of the patent in question I can't understand how the judge doesn't rule in favor of DSS at this juncture. With all the proof that others made deals with DSS, smart tech cos obviously thought DSS had a valid patent.
Being Chan has just pumped nearly $3 million into DSS a the lows I'd imagine he isn't out promoting how valuable DSS's case against Apple might be or he wouldn't be able to buy so much in the hole.
Seems odd no one knows anything about this case, but DSS is a no name co.
I just wish I had an idea if this is a $10-$20 million settlement or multi 100 mil settlement. All I know for certain is DSS is DSS recent spend going into trial is around 350K a month. Does a co spend 350k a month to try to win 10 million?? I don't think so.....gotta be much higher
Sotomayor.
Where did u find the ruling info from the supreme court you just posted? Sodamire actually ruled on DSS's patent? Or were you quoting her in relation to patents in general
Atleast you have a cart. Took DSS 5 years to assemble this cart
You just enlightened the entire board. Interesting how no one on the planet is following this. Should be an interesting finish. I've notice there has been a buyer on close every day this week. Closing trade is very rare in DSS. Someone is trying to buy some quietly
