because they don't control the company unfortunately..
Hi Duke. For what it is worth, I really don't believe this is a scam and it certainly wasn't when I was at the helm. More like inexperience and/or incompetence on current management's ability to execute - just as frustrating but I genuinely believe they are committed to trying to create value for us all. This is a long term play if it is anything. I believe things could have been differently any more effectively (which is easily said from the comfort of home) but that is not the same as thinking we are being mis-led and I only know the facts from over a year ago - things will have changed significantly since then.
Hi Duke - still here and in contact with shareholder group. Despite what you may think, I am genuinely trying to sort something out for all our sakes (the shareholders that is) although, so far, my efforts have gone unrewarded. I am extremely disappointed with what has happened and is happening - this never happened when I was involved. I'm currently nursing a 95% loss on my settlement which hurts.
Hello all - let me look into this and report back. T
Hi all - I hope everyone is enjoying their weekends and welcome back to our newly released comrades.
IMO it can't be Viewpoint as all merger shares are treated the same and no-one's have been de-restricted as far as I'm aware. If any were, there would have been a filing and there hasn't been. it would also mean my shares were free and they're not. Finally, it would also have meant the freefloat number increasing which again it hasn't. I really don't believe these are merger shares. Not sure what they abut hopes this helps!
I agree with you comments Wakl. Filings are what we need and from the company - not emails from an 'advisor to the board' who has no real accountability or authority. One thing I would like to know - what email address did he use when replying to individual's emails?
Well said Rook
Hi all - it definitely did not get 'lost' and was received by all members it was sent to however, I agree with Windchime, let's give them another chance and hope that this time they do take note.
I have to agree that it should only come from one person as we want one voice to and from the company for their (and our) sake.
I'll resend it now.
Separately, those that received the email from Hany should also mention about it as he is engaging directly with them. Personally I don't think it is a good idea fro him to do it(as I've stated before) because it just creates unnecessary expectations etc.
His email said nothing this time around which is frustrating after his previous correspondence.
A disappointing email from Hany to say the least. As for Shareholders' emails being answered regularly and promptly, might I remind him of a letter recently sent to the Company's Board (to him as well) from 51 shareholders??
Hi Windchime - I was just preparing a post...
The law firm was Wuersch & Gering in NY. I believe they were issued with options according to the filings?
Also, wouldn't the Free Float have increased if any previously restricted shares were released?
Hi Duke - don't worry, I'm still here!
Thank you Duke. I agree that the shareholders don't deserve to be treated this way. IMO I also think it is wrong not to have a universal approach to us all - sending emails to individuals is not the way to manage things. Look at the expectation and subsequent disappointment created by Hany's recent emails.
I totally understand your scepticism towards me although can only try to reassure you that I am who I say I am and that my intentions are entirely honourable.
Like everyone - I enjoy the banter here on the boards but have better things to do than try and coordinate communication with the Company.
Here's hoping for something positive!
Cheers
Toby
Hi Schekin - sorry you feel that way. The opinion expressed is the opinion of the 51 shareholders with whom I am in direct contact with. The company have a responsibility to us as shareholders and if asking questions is going to upset them then that should be a big concern.
You are right about me not being in the loop any more - but even if I was, I wouldn't broadcast it as it would be duplicitous and possibly illegal anyway.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion - we are all on the same side and just want what's best for PSPW.
Cheers
Toby
Morning all. Nothing from my end which is very disappointing not to mention frustrating as well.
Toba
Evening all. I've not heard anything either. Very frustrating not to have had even an acknowledgement.
I agree Sctts
You can always rely on Duke for some entertaining observations LOL. Good response Rookie - I agree, openness is the best policy.
As for your suggestion of 'being on the phone everyday' - that is exactly why we're acting together. There is no way on earth a company would nursemaid individual shareholders - it would take far too much time and effort.
Here's hoping spdon..
Got to keep the faith Sctts!!
Good Morning all - nothing in the post bag yet I'm afraid. Will post any reply I get immediately.
Hello all - No, I've not left the building and No I haven't sold my shares (just to be absolutely clear - I have not sold a single share in PSPW EVER). I've been of base for the weekend enjoying this foul English weather we've been having..
I will write to the board today and send it tonight for tomorrow morning Dubai time.
Thanks to those that believe in me - sorry to those that don't!
Isxtrader - apologies for not replying to your mail, I must have missed it? can you send again and I will respond.
As for the relationship with Seawind, as far as I'm aware, International is nothing to do with PSPW (it wasn't part of the merger).
T
Hi Windchime - couldn't agree more... Yep, I will write to the Board over the weekend ahead of Monday's open. No point today as it's Friday in Dubai. I'll circulate the email once sent.
T
Hello all - here we go again...
almost right Rookie.. My shares are restricted along with everyone else's until the necessary filing is made.
Hope this helps!
I believe that they are able to be de-restricted now (as are mine) but, until the necessary filing is made (which we will all hear about), they will remain restricted.
Hi Joe - the key point in this announcement is that the shares are restricted. Until they announce the lifting of this restriction (via a filing) they are not freely trade-able.
I am not providing false information. The Company CAN issue up to 300m shares but they will be restricted and NOT freely tradeable until the company files the necessary SEC forms. It is the same for all the shares issued in the merger and subsequently to creditors.
IMO I really don't believe it is dilution. Unless something has changed, the Company would have needed to file either an S1, Form 10 or some other device in order to get the shares de-restricted. This is the same for all the shares NOT already included in the free float (including my 500k).
I'm not sure exactly what is going on but there have been no filings to support the lifting of restrictions and so don't believe the company can directly be involved..
Toba
I meant US time - price sensitive info usually gets issued pre or post trading day so as not to destabilise... Consensus is to wait until end of the week anyway.
No ants here mlb4nd! Happy to wait it out. Just don't want to lose the momentum between us posters...
Duke - haven't you got something better to do? We know you don't like PSPW - thanks for your opinions - but really??
I may not have been posting on the boards as regularly as some (I have a day job and I'm UK based so way ahead on the time zone) as I can't always get to my computer. I do follow it daily on my Blackberry, but trying to write a post on it doesn't work well as I can't read it properly (must be getting old). That's why I tend to post in the morning (10am here in Suffolk).
T
Hi everyone. Seems we're under pressure again whilst waiting for this update from the Company.
IMO, I think we should wait until close of business tomorrow (Wednesday) and then write to the BOD voicing our concerns. We want our correspondence to be with them ahaed of their weekend (Friday and Saturday) to give them a chance to respond.
Does everyone agree?
Toba
Hi Spdon - IMO I think we should wait for the announcement mentioned by Hany. Obviously if it's not through by early next week then we should approach them but we should give them the time to respond. These things always take a little longer than planned - especially when you are dealing with multiple timezones etc.
Let's hope it's worth the wait!!
T
Not sure what your issue is Adeezl but I can assure you it is me. I have verified myself to enough people but understand your point of view. If you're not a PSPW holder then I guess it doesn't matter anyway but if you wanted to use my email address t.durrant@libertonworldwide.com I am happy to respond. This is my consulting company and is mentioned in the 8Ks/my profile (set up in 2010, not recently).
Toby
Hi Andy - was travelling yesterday so could only squint at IHUB on my Blackberry (getting old so not as easy as it used to be!)
I've sent you an email in response to your mail of last week - sorry for being slow but I thought I'd already sent one to you.
Good news on the S/P yesterday - let's hope for more of the same today!
Toby
Got to say I disagree re Hany's email of yesterday. I think it was wrong to have sent it - although it contains no specific material, it does indicate both a time frame and expectation which might well have a material effect on the share price. I'm sure it was sent with the best intentions but you have to be careful about these things.
Hi Rookiecrd1 - just to be totally clear, I don't believe David Tucker or Olivier de Vergnies are connected to the Company any more (unless re-appointed after my departure).
T
Blimey - I'm still getting used to living in the digital age and having everything out there for all to see!!
I don't think 9 connections is that great (I've never really used linkedin) so if anyone wants to connect...!
No problem Duke - I can totally understand your concerns. I am sure that there are plenty of scammers on the OTC however I am not one of them and have a solid reputation (here in the UK at least!) as being a straight shooter.
With regard to the price-spike post merge, it was inevitable following the news - especially as the OTC is far more speculative then a majority of exchanges so dramatic price fluctuations are commonplace.
As to whether I'm genuine or not, I guess only time will tell but I have been open with everyone here and will continue to be so as long as I have an interest in PSPW. Anyone is free to email me on my private address (it's not a hotmail or google address either but my main work email).
Cheers
Toby
Hi Helikon - just to confirm (again) I am nothing to do with PSPW in any way and nor do I have privileged access to it. I obviously can't talk about projects etc as I have no knowledge other than what I read in the filings (it's almost a year since I left).
I personally don't see any conflict of interest as I am only acting in my capacity as a shareholder. My shares are restricted anyway so I can't sell if the price jumps. I just want to try stop the terminal decline we've seen over the last few months.
Nobody has to join my approach - I'll be doing it anyway - but having multiple shareholders do it adds significant weight. I have run publicly traded Companies before and am all to aware of the need to engage with shareholders.
There is no agenda nor is there any requirement for people to act. However, sitting and doing nothing is not the way I do things.
Kind regards
Toby
I understand your comments Duke but your scepticism is mis-placed. If someone else would rather be the conduit then I would be entirely happy for that. I am just a frustrated shareholder along with everyone else - I have no contact with the Company (directly or indirectly) and haven't had for some time (I quit in October of last year and, other than some formal emails regarding handover etc) have had nothing to do with the company since. I have been alarmed at the drop-off in price and decided to do something about it - my one voice would not be enough so thought it would be useful to gain some support and try to coordinate an approach - it would be entirely unreasonable to expect the Company to answer everyone's questions individually. I also think it would be beneficial for the Company to know that there are many supporters who feel the same way.
If you have a better idea or would like to take over, please speak up.
Kind regards
Toby
Good morning PSP'ers. I've now had over 40 replies from S/holders wanting to join forces which is fantastic. Together we have a substantial holding in the Company and a desire to see it reach its true potential.
If you know anyone else who might hold and want to join, please pass them my details. I intend to circulate my proposed correspondence to the board in the next 48hrs with a plan to send it by close of play (UK time) on Friday. I will circulate it privately to all those who have responded with their information and we can discuss before I submit it. Once sent, I will publish it on the boards for eveyone's benefit.
Here's to a better day!
Toby
