Quote: Let's see there was orr-, mex-, dpb-, I can count numerous ones that came and went, in a short period. So far sfrx has kept on keeping on! I'll stick with sfrx. Sfrx doesn't quit!! Like a lot of companies. Jmo
_____________________________________
How right you are "So far sfrx has kept on keeping on!" Record breaking 15 years plus of total failure. No SFRX doesn't quit. Why should they with the CEO pulling 350 grand a year along with all his restaurant and bar room perks. Great benefits for failure. Biggest joke that's ever been in the treasure hunting game.
Quote: Sorry for a minute there I thought you were talking about mex-$. Jmo
_________________________________________
It amuses me how you always revert back to mex as a diversion in your efforts to cover for SFRX on going failures.
Quote: The Panic is Palpable
________________________
For SFRX that's quite understandable. The season is half way gone and about the only thing to show is pretty video's of the Timmy Toy at play along with an on going flow of bullshit. No new exciting (never found before) shipwrecks, no gold, no silver, no notable artifacts, no nothing. Yes, one might say "The Panic is Palpable".
Quote: Ha Ha, we know what the real joke is
__________________________
The Timmy Toy of course. That wasn't difficult to figure out.
Quote: Ah yes, where would we be without our armchair technologists? If it's not found with a magnetometer, it is not found.
_________________________
Far more than an arm chair technologist as you put it. Incidentally, it may interest you to know that's how all major historic shipwrecks (treasure wrecks) have been found.
WITH A MAGNETOMETER. Not with the Ikes of this silly unproven Timmy Toy. List the verifiable shipwrecks it has actually found thus far. Or the piles of gold and silver it has analytically found.
As the toy it is, it's impressive. Are you telling me that's the find in the video. They obviously had to be careful they didn't bump into it. A very easy target for a magnetometer. Is this some kind of a joke?
Quote: Second, where’s the metal objects that the device saw? I understood an affiliate to say NEVER announce you’ve found treasure until you can verify. How did they verify the “numerous materials including brass, iron, copper, aluminum, lead, and stainless steel?”
Maybe that will be explained in the next video.
___________________________________
Putting it bluntly: Horse shit.
Quote: I'm liking all of this. Too bad there was no treasure at the Ring site but it sounds like the SeaSearcher is finally doing what it's suppose to do — tell us what metal is there that we can't see otherwise. No treasure at Ring site? Move on to HTQ. Then proceed from there depending on scan results. Either go after treasure or move on to the next site.
__________________________
....and here we go again. No evidence what so ever. Even if the Timmy Toy did what it's supposed to do, ministries of culture and their archaeologists frown upon your described approach; we're after just the gold and silver. Nothing there, just move on. Even if contracts were being granted, SFRX would never ever get one.
Quote: I think all the UNESCO talk (we won’t sell treasure) was by design in hopes the FBAR would miraculously issue a recovery permit.
________________________________________________
I don't know why but it seems that SFRX stockholders posting here either choose to ignore or sweep under the carpet how the UNESCO Underwater Cultural Heritage Treaty effects private sector historic shipwreck salvage. There are no longer any private sector contracts issued in any of the countries that have ratified the treaty, so in that respect it's a dead industry. UNESCO has a strong hostility towards treasure hunters and even though the U.S. has not signed said treaty, many of the states including Florida more or less agree with the content of the treaty in concept. They don't mind issuing explanation contracts and thus acquiring the resulting data, but list any new salvage contracts ever issued.
Quote: We'll according to earlier post I have been riding in a hot air balloon for years, oh yep I've been a sheeple, part of a clown show, I believe someone else has been the one mocking real shareholders. Jmo
_____________________________________
Apparently all of the above still applies.
Quote: I appreciate the concern I’ll miss out……but
I’ll take my chances.

In the history of modern day treasure hunting, never has there been a longer running clown show than this one.
The problem I see with this company is they continuously make colossal mistakes, poor judgment, but never seem to learn from those mistakes. As you know I've been saying for years they're playing with flotsam at Melbourne which didn't take much brain power to come to that conclusion. As for Juno, again as said before, I know the history regarding those (professionals) who dove that site, surveyed that site and reached the conclusion there is nothing there with the exception of that big ole ballast pile. Everything these people do (especially the company cheerleaders) is to take the turd and wrap it in an attractive candy bar wrapper, and that includes the Timmy Toy technology folly. As long as the CEO can suck up one grand a day in salary plus a company expense account for restaurant and bar bills, this could continue to run for a very long time.
Quote: Three D imaging as to what is below the surface, also the fact the equipment discriminates what material a buried artifact is made of. Jmo I'll keep my shares thank you.
__________________________________
Yes, and the farmer hauled another load away. No evidence of performance whatsoever. If there is, show it.
Sub-bottom three-d imaging has been in existence for quite some time now. Underwater molecular discrimination detectors also. Until hard validated facts can be produced to back up the Timmy Toy claims, its just a joke as is the company.
This site is now listed as a newly discovered historic shipwreck site in the Florida Master Site File system, courtesy of #SeafarerExploration.
_______________________
That can hardly be called a 'wreck site'. Who made that incompetent determination?
Quote: Now we are in the barnyard? I thought we were in a hot air balloon? Jmo
________________________________________
Actually both will suffice. Many others that apply just as well; circus. clown show, etc.
Quote: Kyle Kennedy, CEO of Seafarer stated "Seafarer is performing exceptional archaeology and is providing a valuable service to the Florida Division of Historical Resources (DHR) and the general public in direct alignment with the goals of the 1A-31 permit program
_________________________________
I mean really, what a barnyard load of horse shit. 'Performing exceptional archaeology'? They have never found a shipwreck, and of course never worked a shipwreck and have never found treasure or significant artifacts in over fifteen years. Has this man no shame.
Quote: Because if it is based on no information coming out, then it is based on nothing.
_______________________
For once I believe you're right. Nothing because there is nothing. Rather simple analysis.
Quote: Last I checked it's summer, shouldn't they be diving and giving updates ?
Kyle, this is getting old, you have a judiciary responsibility as a CEO to provide updates to your shareholders .
Where are our updates ?
________________________________
Speaking of diving (or surveying), nothing wrong with these sea conditions. The see all, know all Timmy Toy must be out there really doing its thing. So one may ask 'where's the treasure'?

Quote: SFRX shareholders= Winner Winner lobster and steak dinners!!! Jmo
___________________________________________________________
Aren't you a bit confused on the order of your wording?
Winner Winner lobster and steak dinners what the CEO indulges in every day on shareholders money, not to mention the grand a day pop for complete failure.
Either the $15B is there or it isn’t. Why is this becoming a multi year project?
It’s beyond comprehension.
_________________________________________
Might it just have something to do with that one grand a day pull this non-productive CEO is making?
Quote: Watch for yourself and please explain how the CEO of a company that “alleges” they have the industry leading recovery process could have been so freaking wrong.
___________________________________
An ultra bold statement for company that in fifteen years never found a wreck, never salvaged any wreck, not to mention treasure with the application of the Timmy Toy.
It's truly had to believe anyone continues to support this kind of crap.
QUOTE: Fully reporting SFRX is doing things beyond your comprehension.
_______________________________________________________
Whats that. Proving they are the biggest joke in the treasure hunting industry?
Quote: I'm having a great time in the markets! Yeah I was wondering if I needed to wear a helmet lately or roll my pants up higher? Looking forward to visiting SFRX eventually! Jmo
_____________________________
If your looking forward to visiting SFRX, that's when you will be needing to roll your pants up higher. May be an unsuccessful treasure hunting company but as a bull shit producer they excel.
Having been around this treasure hunting game for some time now, I've got to know some genuine pros. When talking about this outfit, they are looked at as a real laugh.
Quote: I could just as well counter your statement by saying "If the company is what you say it is, why would very experienced successful investors who are actively hands-on with daily operations invest in SFRX at all?"
____________________________________________
Because its that alluring word 'treasure hunting' which has a bedtime story effect on even investors of intellect. It's happened through the ages.
In the case of this clown show one really has to wonder.
Quote: Though it looked promising with the presence of cannons, it was quickly determined there was nothing of value there, like 99.9% of all wrecks.
_________________________________
To the point. Cannons don't mean treasure. As for these clowns, they haven't even found one cannon (on their own) in fifteen years. If they did, you'd have the SFRX cheerleading squad believing there's one billion in treasure there and the Timmy toy is needed to tell them where. What a circus.
Quote: Going ON THE RECORD and calling BS......
on Columbia finding 2 more shipwrecks near the San Jose.
I think it’s just a scheme to attract a sucker to fund the salvage of the San Jose.
I’ve considered funding the San Jose project, but the Columbians simply can’t be trusted.
My two cents
____________________________
On this I don't agree at least respective to what they found. The two 'other vessels' were not just found. They were found at the same time when the 'San Jose' was first discovered. The experienced eye will take note that the ROV is a video / camera system, and not a side-scan sonar system used for discovery. The two vessels (found earlier) are of a later period than that of the 'San Jose'. The bow structure you see in the video is not of the 'San Jose' but of one of these other two vessels.
As regarding your opinion about the trustworthiness of the Columbians, I couldn't agree more. As a matter of fact famed treasure finder Burt Webber was very key to the Law 1675 becoming a reality. He spoke both on the floor of the Colombian House of Representatives and the Senate in the open debates, influencing the votes to a great extent. In Columbian news articles it was referred to as the 'San Jose' - Webber Law. He was not after the 'San Jose' but rather an exclusive permit to go after the lost 1605 treasure galleons out on the Serranilla Bank. The law was a legal vehicle for the Columbians to go after the 'San Jose'. All said, Webber and his investor were stabbed in the back and never issued their sought after contract.
Quote: I was right! He's still at it!
___________________________
At a grand a day I can certainly believe 'He's still at it'.
Quote: We can claim the Toy works in paid promos and can see roots and chests at a certain angle, depth, and give you the dimensions, but we need to not say anything about what it sees at Melbourne until the Bureau does what it’s not gonna do, which is allow us to prove to the world it works.
________________________________
.....but never simulation tests on a Spanish Colonial period shipwreck. That in itself speaks volumes. Clearly amateurism.
Quote: I'm really not trying to sell anything, I'm stating how I would feel. The only thing I care about is my shares and if someone else doesn't have shares or doesn't think SFRX is going to find treasure that's their parogitive. Jmo
_____________________________
Indeed so.
Quote: I wonder how the floatsom crow taste?.......
Not like SFRX shareholders weren’t told that’s what was on the menu.
They’ve gotten 8 years worth of it at Melbourne as of the end of next month.
I guess the next crow they’ll have served is, the blacked out mag survey crow. They’ll probably get years of that too as it gets dragged out season after season with hype upon hype.
Do they really believe the treasure is 5 miles from the big ole ballast pile?
___________________________________
When you really think through all of this it's really unbelievable that there are those still drinking this kind of koolaid.
Quote: Ouch!! I can't imagine giving up that many shares and possibly seeing the pps go to $1.00 if or when sfrx finds treasure!! $34,000,000.!!! I'll bring the cheese!! Dang! Jmo

Here we go again with the old gonna be, wanna be, just you wait and see routine.
Trying to sell the turd in the candy bar wrapper.
Quote: But I'll add that they most certainly will find treasure. Real treasure, not trinkets.
Then they will do it over and over and the stock price will respond accordingly by going up many times over.

Whats going on here. Comedy hour? Why are you so stuck on the on going never ending 'wanna be, 'gonna be', 'just you wait and see' routine with a bunch of zero result producing amateurs. Never found a shipwreck, never salvaged a shipwreck, never found anything in 15 years that's noteworthy but still believing the 'Tinkertoy technology' is somehow going to change this all. Comedy hour indeed.
I read on the internet that Kyle has the........
FBAR and Spain right where he wants them.

So what are you saying? That when it comes to you making investments in treasure hunting companies, you have a natural talent for picking losers. You sure as H picked an all time looser with SFRX. Of course we can't forget about hot air balloon profits now and then, can't we. You must be swelling with pride being invested in a company that in fifteen years never found a wreck, never salvaged any wreck but promotes the Timmy Toy technology that has never found anything; gold, silver, etc. What a joke.
wonder if some of SFRX’s “travel expenses” included……
a meeting with this dear sweet lady. Kyle says they will follow the UNESCO model and not sell treasure.
Has he spoken with her? If so, what was her reaction to SFRX’s business model?
Just thinking out loud.
_________________________________
Unesco and or those countries that ratified the Underwater Cultural Heritage Treaty wouldn't touch SFRX with a 'ten foot pole' as that old saying goes. It's actually bizarre that this failure of a treasure hunting company has never found a shipwreck, excavated a shipwreck, and has never recovered anything note worthy during its entire existence.
Quote: Well I have all! My shares and just sitting in the passenger seat watching and waiting for what is found and when
____________________________________________
Yes, you're sitting in the passenger seat and no-one's driving the car. The back seat drivers seem to know a whole lot more than you do. Good luck on that one.
Quote: Gotta admit I enjoy seeing positive posts about SFRX!! Jmo

Thats understandable when considering there's nothing positive about the company.
Quote: Have a great Memorial Day weekend and GL with the update you’re looking for.

Here's the NOAA sea conditions report. With conditions like these, the Timmy Toy should really be doing the underwater boogie woogie positioning al those electronic flagging positions on all the tons of gold and silver. One or two day operation and it's in the bag. Can't forget the high-tech. excavation procedures that follow. 'Hand Fanning' state-of-the-art. Give them a break. There's always the diver propulsion scooters used in reverse. Capable of digging a hole two, maybe three feet deep.
